The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a quick clamping and fixing device for a cylindrical surface is characterized by comprising a clamp assembly (1) for realizing quick clamping of the cylindrical surface, wherein the clamp assembly (1) comprises a clamp body (3), a support body (4), a fixed support body connecting shaft (5), a clamping jaw connecting shaft (6), a clamping jaw (7), a pull rod support body connecting shaft (8), a pull rod (9), a bolt (10), a spring (11), a fixed shaft (12), a handle (14) and a locking shaft (16); the clamp body (3) is used as a foundation for assembly and installation; the front end hole of the support body (4) is connected with the clamp body (3) through a fixed support body connecting shaft (5); the middle hole of the support body 4) is connected with a clamping jaw (7) through a clamping jaw connecting shaft (6); the clamping jaw connecting shafts (6) and the connecting clamping jaws (7) are provided with two groups and are symmetrically arranged on the support body (4); the tail end hole of the support body (4) is connected with a pull rod (9) through a pull rod support body connecting shaft (8); the bolt (10) is positioned in a hole of the clamp body (3) and is in threaded connection with the pull rod (9), and the tail end of the bolt is provided with a handle (14); springs (11) are assembled at the inner ends of the two clamping jaws (7) to enable the clamping jaws (7) to be in an outward opening state, the two springs (11) are located on a locking shaft (16), and the locking shaft (16) is coaxial with the fixed shaft (12) and the clamping jaw connecting shaft (6).
Furthermore, the retainer ring is sleeved at the tail end of the pull rod and is fixed on the clamp body through screw assembly.

Furthermore, a bullet body to be clamped and fixed is required, the clamping position of the adjusting supporting plate is placed at one end of the bullet body, the bullet body is vertically placed and pushed into the clamping jaw, and the handle is rotated to clamp and fix the bullet body.

Detailed Description
The quick clamping fixture for cylindrical surfaces will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the practice.
As shown in figure 1, the invention is a process device for quickly clamping and fixing a cylindrical surface, which mainly comprises a clamp body 1 and a clamp frame 2.
The clamp assembly 1 is shown in figures 2 and 3. The clamp overall 1 realizes rapid clamping of a cylindrical surface and mainly comprises a clamp body 3, a support body 4, a fixed support body connecting shaft 5, a clamping jaw connecting shaft 6, a clamping jaw 7, a pull rod support body connecting shaft 8, a pull rod 9, a bolt 10, a spring 11, a fixed shaft 12, a check ring 13, a handle 14, a gland 15, a locking ring 16, a locking shaft 17 and a standard part.
The jig body 3 is a base member for assembling jig parts, and the parts are assembled into the jig body 1 by being assembled with the jig body 3.
The front end hole of the support 4 is connected with the clamp body 3 through a fixed support connecting shaft 5, and the fixed support connecting shaft 5 is fixed through a standard part; the middle hole of the support body 4 is connected with the clamping jaw 7 through a clamping jaw connecting shaft 6 and is arranged in the clamp body 3; the tail end hole of the support 4 is connected with a pull rod 9 through a pull rod support connecting shaft 8. The bolt 10 is in threaded connection with the pull rod 9 through an upper hole of the clamp body 3, the check ring 13 is sleeved at the tail end of the pull rod 9 and is assembled and fixed on the clamp body 3 through a screw, the handle 14 is installed at the tail end of the pull rod 9, and the assembling gland 15 is fixed through a hexagon nut.
The other clamping jaw 7 is fixed on the clamp body 3 through a fixed shaft 12.
The two springs 11 are assembled on the clamp body 3 through a locking ring 16, a locking shaft 17 and a standard cylindrical pin; the inner ends of the two clamping jaws 7 are ensured to be in an outward opening state through the assembling springs 11, so that the clamping jaws 7 are convenient to assemble quickly and clamp the cylindrical surface.
The jig frame 2 is shown in fig. 4 and 5. The fixture frame 2 realizes the installation of the fixture body 1 and the positioning of the position of the cylindrical surface. The clamp body 1 is provided with four connecting ports corresponding to the clamp frame 2 and fixed together through standard bolt connection. The clamp frame 2 mainly comprises a vertical plate 18, an adjustable supporting plate 19, a trapezoidal rib plate 20, a triangular rib plate 21 and a bottom plate 22.
The vertical plate 18 is made of wide channel steel and is welded and fixed with the bottom plate 22, 4 holes are processed on the plane of the bottom plate 22 and are fixed through feet; the trapezoidal rib plates 20 and the triangular rib plates 21 are welded and connected with the bottom plate 22 of the vertical plate 18 to form a whole, wherein the function of the rib plates is as reinforcing ribs of the vertical plate 18.
The adjustable supporting plate 19 is arranged in a groove of the vertical plate 18 through a bolt, and the height of the adjustable supporting plate is adjusted to enable the clamping jaw 7 to be consistent with the position of the cylindrical surface, so that rapid clamping is realized.
The clamp 1 is a key part, and can be matched with different clamp frames to realize quick clamping and fixing of the cylindrical surface.
The principle of the invention is as follows:
the principle of the quick clamping and fixing device for the cylindrical surface is that a bolt is adopted to rotate to drive a connecting rod and push a sliding block to move to clamp the cylindrical surface. Secondly, a projectile body to be clamped and fixed is placed at one end of the projectile body, the clamping position of the adjusting supporting plate 19 is adjusted, the projectile body is vertically placed and pushed into the clamping jaw 7, and the handle 14 is rotated to clamp and fix the projectile body.
Finally, the grip 14 is rotated to release the clamping and fixing bullet.
