Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the medical field, in particular to a three-dimensional positioning device for tumor radiotherapy, in particular to a headrest.
Background
During radiotherapy of the head and neck of a patient, in order to ensure accurate positioning of the tumor position, the head position of the patient needs to be fixed before radiotherapy, and then accurate treatment is carried out to ensure the curative effect. At present, the technical scheme for fixing the head of a patient generally uses an upper low-melting-point thermoplastic plastic sheet and a lower low-melting-point thermoplastic plastic sheet (called thermoplastic sheets for short, including a face film and a head film) for shaping and fixing. The head membrane is used for supporting the back of the head of the patient, but the thermoplastic sheet needs to be heated and softened during shaping, and at the moment, once the head of the patient acts on the head membrane, the back of the head of the patient touches the base, so that a headrest with a saddle-shaped curved surface (such as the utility model patent application with the publication number of CN 202590184U) needs to be used for matching. However, the existing headrests are standardized, and cannot ensure that the molded thermoplastic sheet material is completely matched with the back of the brain of each individual, so that the positioning accuracy and consistency of the head of a patient cannot meet the requirements of plan design in treatment, and further the plan design needs to be carried out again.
In order to solve the above problems, the patent application with publication number CN 109925614 a discloses a radiotherapy headrest prepared by a 3D printing method. Although the radiotherapy headrest can be tightly attached to the head of a patient and can meet the personalized requirement, the manufacturing method is very complex, the cost is greatly increased, and the defects of long production period and easy delay of the optimal treatment time exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an elastic diaphragm type headrest for positioning in radiotherapy, which has the advantages of simple structure, short production period and low cost.
The scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
an elastic diaphragm type headrest for positioning in radiotherapy, which is characterized in that,
the elastic diaphragm type headrest comprises two frames and a high polymer elastic membrane, wherein the two frames are arranged on the lower surfaces of two side edges of a U-shaped panel on the head frame, the frames comprise an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, and the frames are clamped and fixed on the edge of the high polymer elastic membrane edge up and down;
the high-molecular elastic membrane is a thin membrane made of a thermoplastic elastomer, the thickness of the thin membrane is 0.2-1.0 mm, the width of the thin membrane is equal to the width of a U-shaped panel of the head frame, the length of the thin membrane is more than or equal to the distance between the strength of acupuncture points at the back of the head of a human body and the wind depression, and the length of the thin membrane is less than or equal to the distance between two supporting components which are arranged at one end of the U-shaped panel and connected with the bottom plate and the U-shaped panel in the head frame;
the frame of the elastic diaphragm type headrest is provided with 3-4 mounting holes and a through hole for locking and adjusting the blind rivet.
In the above technical scheme, the thermoplastic elastomer is a styrene elastomer (TPR or TPE), a dynamic vulcanized rubber (TPV), an olefin elastomer (TPO) or a similar high molecular material with a tensile strength of 8.5-19.5 Kg/cm2 and an elongation at break of 850-1450% (mechanical property test standard: GB/T528-.
Because of the poor shear resistance of thermoplastic elastomers, the headgear and the splints are often easily knocked down because they must be of a hard material (e.g., carbon fiber). In order to solve the problem, the improved scheme of the invention is that the frame further comprises an elastic pad which is arranged between the lower clamping plate and the polymer elastic membrane; the elastic cushion is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).
In order to facilitate installation and disassembly, the installation holes on the frame are transverse long holes, wherein the installation holes arranged on the lower splint and the corresponding through holes on the polymer elastic membrane and the elastic cushion are all in a straight line shape with equal width, and the width is matched with the nail head of a cylindrical head screw for installing the elastic membrane type headrest; the mounting hole arranged on the upper splint is in a horizontal convex shape, the small head of the mounting hole is in a straight shape with the width matched with the nail body of the cylindrical head screw for mounting the elastic diaphragm type headrest, and the big head of the mounting hole is in a round shape with the diameter matched with the nail head of the cylindrical head screw for mounting the elastic diaphragm type headrest and is positioned on one side of the polymer elastic membrane. When the nail is installed, a cylindrical head screw can be fixed on the lower surface of the U-shaped panel of the headstock, and the exposed length of the nail body is slightly larger than the thickness of the upper clamping plate; then the whole frame is sleeved on the cylindrical head screw, the frame is pushed inwards, and the upper clamping plate is clamped between the U-shaped panel and the cylindrical head of the cylindrical head screw.
The elastic diaphragm type headrest of the utility model does not need to be disassembled when the radiotherapy is carried out, so the problem of ventilation is also considered. Based on this, the third improvement scheme of the elastic diaphragm type headrest of the utility model is that the middle part of the polymer elastic diaphragm is distributed with the bleeder vent to improve the comfort level of the patient.
Compared with the prior art, the elastic diaphragm type headrest has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the elastic diaphragm type headrest is directly fixed on the lower surfaces of two side edges of a U-shaped panel arranged on a head frame, and the head membrane can be molded by using the gravity of the head of a supine patient, so that the headrest is convenient and quick, and the shape of the obtained head membrane is completely matched with the shape of the back of the head of the patient;
(2) the production process is simple and quick, the cost is greatly reduced, customization according to the head shape of a patient is not needed, and the optimal treatment time can be ensured.
