The invention aims to provide a protection system of medical waste sterilization treatment equipment, which has an emergency treatment function and improves the safety factor of the equipment when the equipment leaks.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a protection system of a medical waste sterilization treatment device comprises a central processing module, a waste treatment module and a sterilization module, wherein the waste treatment module and the sterilization module are in communication connection with the central processing module, and the sterilization module is communicated with the waste treatment module and used for sterilizing the waste treatment module;
a monitoring module disposed at a connection of the sterilization module and the waste treatment module, the monitoring module communicatively coupled to the central processing module;
a protection module disposed at a junction of the sterilization module and the waste treatment module and communicatively coupled to the central processing module.
The waste treatment module comprises a fixing part, the fixing part is provided with a containing cavity, a treatment barrel is rotatably arranged in the containing cavity, a treatment part used for treating medical waste is arranged in the treatment barrel, an opening of the treatment barrel is located in the containing cavity, and a cover plate is hinged to the opening of the containing cavity.
The treatment tube and the fixing part are coaxially arranged, a mounting gap is reserved between the treatment tube and the accommodating cavity, a mounting hole is formed in the side wall of the fixing part, the fixing part is communicated with the sterilization module through a connecting part, the connecting end of the connecting part and the fixing part is located in the mounting hole, and a plurality of conducting holes are uniformly formed in the side wall of the treatment tube.
The connecting part comprises an air inlet connecting pipe and an air exhaust connecting pipe, wherein the air inlet connecting pipe and the air exhaust connecting pipe are respectively positioned on two sides of the fixing part and are arranged in a staggered mode along the height direction.
The protection module is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises a plugging assembly for plugging the connecting part and a locking part for locking the cover plate.
The plugging component comprises a first connecting pipe, one side of the first connecting pipe, which is positioned outside the connecting part, is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity through a connecting part, one side of the first connecting pipe, which is positioned inside the connecting part, is coaxially and fixedly sleeved with a plugging piece, and the plugging piece is communicated with the first connecting pipe; and the input end of the second connecting pipe is communicated with an external air source.
The plugging piece is an annular air bag, and the initial outer diameter of the plugging piece is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting part.
The first connecting pipe is communicated with the second connecting pipe through a third connecting pipe.
The locking part comprises a driving part, the driving part is communicated with the plugging assembly, the driving part is fixedly arranged on the connecting seat on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, and an electromagnetic plate is arranged on the driving part in a sliding manner; the opening part that holds the chamber is provided with the opening, the apron is close to one side fixed joint board that is provided with of opening, works as the apron lid closes the back, the joint board is located in the opening.
The protection system further comprises a cabinet body, cabinet doors are arranged on two sides of the cabinet body, an electronic lock is arranged on each cabinet door, and the electronic lock is in communication connection with the central processing module.

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a protection system of medical waste sterilization treatment equipment, which is used for plugging when waste gas leakage occurs to the equipment, preventing further leakage and simultaneously preventing workers from inhaling toxic gases such as waste gas and the like.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6, and the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the protection system of the medical waste sterilization treatment equipment comprises a central processing module, a waste treatment module 2 and a sterilization module 3, wherein the waste treatment module 2 and the sterilization module 3 are both connected with the central processing module in a communication way, and the sterilization module 3 is communicated with the waste treatment module 2 and is used for performing sterilization treatment on the waste treatment module 2; a monitoring module disposed at a connection of the sterilization module and the waste treatment module, the monitoring module communicatively coupled to the central processing module; a protection module 5, wherein the protection module 5 is arranged at the connection part of the sterilization module 3 and the waste treatment module 2 and is in communication connection with the central processing module.
In the invention, the monitoring module comprises a sensor for detecting the leakage of the connection part, when the monitoring module detects that the leakage occurs at least any one connection part of the sterilization module 3 and the waste treatment module 2, a signal is transmitted to the central processing module, the central processing module sends an instruction to the protection module 5, and after the protection module 5 receives the instruction, the protection module 5 starts to work to isolate the waste treatment module 2, so that the harmful gas generated by the waste treatment module 2 is prevented from further leakage.
Further, this protection system still includes control panel and facial recognition module, and this facial recognition module is used for judging whether the staff wears the protective mask, only after the staff wears the protective mask, just can be through pressing the unblock button on the control panel, and then remove protective module 5's operating condition, and then maintain whole equipment, has avoided the staff accident to remove protective system's work, ensures staff's personal safety problem from this.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the waste treatment module 2 comprises a fixing portion 21, the fixing portion 21 has a receiving cavity, a treatment canister 23 is rotatably disposed in the receiving cavity, a treatment component for treating medical waste is disposed in the treatment canister 23, an opening of the treatment canister 23 is located inside the receiving cavity, and a cover plate 22 is hinged to an opening of the receiving cavity.
Before the medical waste is treated, the cover plate 22 is opened, the medical waste to be treated is placed into the treatment cylinder 23, and the medical waste is treated; by the arrangement of the cover plate 22, the treatment cylinder 23 can be in a closed space, so that the generated waste gas can be prevented from being discharged from the opening. It should be noted that the processing components for processing medical waste are prior art, and therefore, are not described herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the treatment cylinder 23 is coaxially disposed with the fixing portion 21, and has a mounting gap with the accommodating cavity, a mounting hole is formed on a side wall of the fixing portion 21, the fixing portion 21 is communicated with the sterilization module 3 through a connecting portion 4, a connecting end of the connecting portion 4 and the fixing portion 21 is located in the mounting hole, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed on the side wall of the treatment cylinder 23.

It should be noted that the specific technical solutions of the waste gas collection treatment and the sterilization gas in the sterilization module 3 are the prior art, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted here.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connection part 4 includes an intake connection pipe 41 and an exhaust connection pipe 42, and the intake connection pipe 41 and the exhaust connection pipe 42 are respectively located at two sides of the fixing part 21 and are staggered in a height direction.
Through the arrangement of the air inlet connecting pipe 41 and the air outlet connecting pipe 42, the circulation of gas is realized, meanwhile, the air inlet connecting pipe 41 and the air outlet connecting pipe 42 are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing part 21 and are arranged in a staggered way along the height direction, more specifically, the air inlet connecting pipe 41 is arranged at one side of the fixing part 21 close to the sterilization module 3 and is positioned at one end close to the opening of the fixing part 21, the air outlet connecting pipe 41 is arranged at one side of the fixing part 21 far away from the sterilization module and is positioned at one end far away from the opening of the fixing part, thus the length of the air inlet connecting pipe 41 is shorter than that of the air outlet connecting pipe 42, thereby the sterilization gas can more quickly enter the treatment module 2 from the sterilization module 3, the exhausted waste gas can more slowly enter the sterilization module for subsequent treatment, and further technical proposal can be provided with a filtering and adsorbing component for treating the waste gas in the air outlet connecting pipe, therefore, the adsorption and filtration of the waste gas can be more comprehensive and thorough, and the practicability of the invention is improved.
Meanwhile, the air inlet connecting pipe 41 is arranged at one end close to the opening of the fixing part 21 and is closer to the face of the human body in space, so that after leakage occurs, the concentration of harmful gas in the range close to the face of the human body is smaller than that of other parts, the risk that workers inhale the harmful gas accidentally is reduced, and the practicability of the invention is improved.
Moreover, the air inlet connecting pipes 41 and the air outlet connecting pipes 42 are arranged in a staggered manner in the height direction, so that the sterilizing gas can be sterilized more sufficiently in the processing module 2, and the sterilizing effect is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the protection module 5 is disposed in the receiving cavity, and the protection module 5 comprises a blocking assembly for blocking the connecting part 4 and a locking part for locking the cover plate. The shutoff subassembly is used for shutoff connecting pipe 41 and exhaust connecting pipe 42 of admitting air to make processing module 2 whole be in isolated state, prevent that toxic gas such as waste gas among the processing module 2 from continuing to diffuse to the outside, through setting up the locking part, and then make apron 22 be in the locking state, the staff can't open apron 22 from the outside, and then can prevent that the staff maloperation from opening apron 22.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the plugging assembly includes a first connecting pipe 51, one side of the first connecting pipe 51 located outside the connecting part 4 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity through a connecting part 52, one side of the first connecting pipe 51 located inside the connecting part 4 is coaxially fixedly sleeved with a plugging piece 55, and the plugging piece 55 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 51; and the second connecting pipe 53 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 51, and the input end of the second connecting pipe 53 is communicated with an external air source.
The blocking piece 55 is an annular balloon, and the initial outer diameter of the blocking piece 55 is smaller than the inner diameter of the connecting part 4.
When the protection module 5 starts to work, the external air source works, air is introduced from the second connecting pipe 53, then is introduced from the second connecting pipe 53 into the first connecting pipe 51, and then is led to the blocking piece 55, and the blocking piece 55 expands to completely block the inner wall of the connecting part 4, so that the waste gas can be prevented from further leaking.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first connection pipe 51 communicates with the second connection pipe 53 through a third connection pipe 54. By providing the third connection pipe 54, the number of plugging assemblies can be unlimited, and by providing a plurality of branches on the second connection pipe 53, gas can be supplied to each of the first connection pipes 51. It should be noted that a plurality of circulation loops for connection, such as steam circulation loops, for medical waste treatment may be further disposed between the sterilization module 3 and the treatment module 2, so that the present invention can block the joints of the loops, thereby improving the practicability of the present invention.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking member includes a driving member 56, the driving member 56 is in communication with the plugging assembly, the driving member 56 is fixedly disposed on a connecting seat 212 on the inner wall of the accommodating chamber, and an electromagnetic plate 57 is slidably disposed on the driving member 56; an opening 211 is formed in the opening of the accommodating cavity, a clamping plate 221 is fixedly arranged on one side, close to the opening 211, of the cover plate 22, and when the cover plate 22 is closed, the clamping plate 221 is located in the opening 211.
In the working process, the driving part 56 drives the electromagnetic plate 57 to move towards one side close to the clamping plate 221, when the electromagnetic plate 57 is attached to the clamping plate 221, the electromagnetic plate 57 is electrified to form an electromagnet, so that the clamping plate 221 is adsorbed, and the cover plate 22 is locked. It should be noted that the driving member 56 includes an air guide cavity 561 penetrating through the driving member 56, one end of the air guide cavity 561 is communicated with the second connecting pipe 53, a piston plate 562 is disposed at one side of the air guide cavity 561, which is close to the second connecting pipe 53, a push rod 563 is disposed at one side of the piston plate 562, which is close to the electromagnetic plate 57, and the other end of the push rod 563 is fixedly connected to the electromagnetic plate 57.
In an embodiment of the invention, the protection system further comprises a cabinet body 1, cabinet doors 11 are arranged on two sides of the cabinet body 1, electronic locks are arranged on the cabinet doors 11 and are in communication connection with the central processing module, when the monitoring module detects that leakage occurs at any one of the connection parts of the sterilization module 3 and the waste treatment module 2, signals are transmitted to the central processing module, the central processing module sends an instruction to the electronic locks, and after the electronic locks receive the instruction, the cabinet doors 11 are locked, so that a worker cannot normally open the cabinet doors 11, and only the cabinet doors 11 are unlocked through an external face recognition module and a control panel.
