In summary, the embodiments of the present application provide a predetermined online conversation process and mutual evaluation mechanism, so as to improve the ordering and intelligence of online conversation, and meet the requirements of automation and intelligence.
The processing scheme based on multi-person conversation proposed by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1a is a flowchart illustrating a multi-person session based processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the flow of the processing scheme based on the multi-person session in the embodiment of the application can be executed by the terminal device used by any user participating in the online conference. As shown in fig. 1a, the multi-person session based processing scheme may comprise the following steps S101-S105.
S101: and displaying a user identification interface, and displaying N user identifications on the user identification interface, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1. The user identification interface is displayed in a terminal device used by any user participating in the online conference. In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1b, fig. 1b illustrates a schematic diagram of a user identification interface provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; taking an interview scene as the session theme scene shown in fig. 1B as an example, assuming that the user E is a user holding the terminal device provided in the embodiment of the present application, a user identifier interface 1011 shown in fig. 1B is displayed in the terminal device used by the user E, where the user identifier interface 1011 includes, in addition to a user identifier 1012 corresponding to the user E, other user identifiers (e.g., a user identifier 1013 corresponding to the user a, a user identifier 1014 corresponding to the user B, a user identifier 1015 corresponding to the user C, and a user identifier 1016 corresponding to the user D) participating in the same online session with the user E, which indicates that the user a, the user B, the user C, the user D, and the user E may participate in an interview conference on the same interview theme. In addition, the user identifier interface 1011 further includes a vacant location identifier 1017, and if another user joins the interview conference, the user identifier corresponding to the user that newly joins the interview conference may be displayed at a position between the vacant location identifier 1017 and the user identifier 1012, and of course, the size of the gap between the user identifiers may be adjusted according to the change of the number of the user identifiers, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, the user identifiers in the user identifier interface 1011 are displayed in a ranking manner according to the priority of the user identifiers, and the ranking manner may include, but is not limited to, the "round table" manner shown in fig. 1 a; wherein in the "round table" format, the priority of each user identification decreases or increases in a clockwise direction.
In one implementation, the determining the priority of each user identifier may include: and determining the priority of the user identifier according to the time of the user identifier joining the session discussion. Referring to fig. 1b again, it is assumed that the time sequence of each user participating in the interview from morning to evening is: user a, user B, user C, user D, and user E, the priority of each user identifier is arranged from high to low in the following order: a user identifier 1013 corresponding to user a, a user identifier 1014 corresponding to user B, a user identifier 1015 corresponding to user C, a user identifier 1016 corresponding to user D, and a user identifier 1012 corresponding to user E; assuming that the priority level is gradually decreased in the user id interface 1011 in the clockwise direction of the "round table", the position of each user id in the user id interface 1011 along the clockwise direction of the "round table" can be seen as shown in fig. 1 b. Of course, the arrangement manner of each user identifier in the user identifier interface 1011 is not limited to the above-described "round table" form, but may also be a "square table" or a "queue", and the like.
In another implementation, the determining the priority of each user identifier may include: and determining the priority of the user identification according to the user grade corresponding to the user identification. Based on the foregoing description, if a user participates in an online session through an application installed on a terminal device (e.g., an Tencent meeting), the user has a user account registered in the application, and a user level corresponding to a user identifier may be determined according to the time when the user account held by the user is registered; for example, the longer the user account registration time is, the higher the priority of the user account is, whereas the shorter the user account registration time is, the lower the priority of the user account is; alternatively, the priority of the user account may be determined according to the purchase gain service of the user account, for example, if the user account a purchases a platinum member service, the user account B does not purchase any gain service (i.e., the user account B is a common account), the priority of the user account a is higher than that of the user account B, and so on.
It should be noted that, when determining the priority of the user identifier, either one of the manners described above (i.e., time sequence or user level) or both manners (i.e., time sequence and user level) may be selected. It can be understood that the manner of determining the priority of each user identifier is not limited to the two manners described above, and the manner of determining the priority of the user identifier is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In another embodiment, in order to determine that each user identifier is in a ready state (i.e., a session valid state) before starting an online session, the embodiment of the present application further provides a trigger button in the user identifier interface 1011; when the trigger button is selected, the user selecting the trigger button is in a preparation state (namely, conference discussion can be carried out); at this time, recording the user identifier of the selected trigger button as a session valid state, for example, when the currently logged-in user identifier (i.e., a user corresponding to the user identifier currently logged in the application program of the terminal device, where the application program is installed on the terminal device) selects the trigger button, recording the currently logged-in user identifier as the session valid state; wherein, the operation of selecting the trigger button may include but is not limited to: the trigger button is clicked in a single way, the trigger button is clicked in a double way, and the like in the user identification interface, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, referring back to fig. 1b, a trigger button 1018 (e.g., a "start button") is displayed in the user identification interface 1011; when the trigger button 1018 is selected, the terminal device records the currently logged-in user identifier as a session active state in response to a selection operation of the trigger button 1018. It should be noted that, when all the user identifiers displayed in the user identifier interface 1011 are in the session valid state (that is, the users corresponding to all the user identifiers select the trigger button on the respective terminal devices), it indicates that each user participating in the online conference is ready to participate in the conference, at this time, the step of obtaining the session topic information described in step S102 may be executed, and the session topic information is displayed in the user identifier interface 1011.
In another embodiment, the embodiment of the application supports recording part or all of the session; for example: the conversation content (i.e. the conversation content included in the conversation process) is recorded through the recording or screen recording, so as to facilitate the playback, viewing and sharing of the conversation process. Specifically, a recording interface is also displayed in the user identification interface; when the recording interface is selected, displaying a recording prompt interface in the user identification interface; the recording prompting interface displays a recording button, and when a user selects the recording button, the operation related to the selected recording button is triggered and executed; the record button may include a record button, a screen record button, and the record button may be used to record voice, audio, etc., such as: when a user selects a recording button, the terminal equipment can open a microphone to collect voice (or audio) output by the user; the record screen button may be used to record screen dynamic information such as: when a user selects the screen recording button, recording all operation processes on the display screen of the terminal; or the recording button displayed in the recording prompt interface is a button integrating the recording button and the recording button, and when the recording button is selected, the recording button represents that voice and screen dynamic information are recorded simultaneously. It should be noted that, when the record button is clicked again, the recording function of the terminal may be closed, and the recorded content (such as voice, video, and the like) obtained by recording is stored in the cache space, so that the terminal can obtain the content in the session from the cache space, and the session content may be shared or forwarded to other users participating (or not referring) in the session. Of course, in addition to the above-described manner of turning off the recording function by clicking the recording button again, a turn-off button may be set in the user identifier interface, and when the turn-off button is triggered, the recording operation is turned off. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the manner of closing the recording operation.
Referring to fig. 1c, fig. 1c is a schematic diagram illustrating a recording interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1c, a recording prompt interface 1034 is displayed in the user identifier interface, and a recording button 10341 and a screen recording button 10342 are displayed in the recording prompt interface 1034; the record function is activated when record button 10341 is activated, and similarly, the record function is activated when record button 10342 is activated. In addition, when any recording button is selected, a recording time display area 10343 is displayed in the user identification interface, and the recording time display area 10343 can be used for displaying the recording duration in real time. It can be understood that the recording prompt interface may also be directly displayed as a recording button, in this case, when the recording button is selected, the recording prompt window is triggered and displayed, the recording button and the recording screen button may be displayed in the recording prompt window, and the user may select one or more of them to implement the recording function. Of course, the operation of triggering the recording session process is rich, but the final purpose is to record all or part of the session process in the online session, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific operation form of triggering the recording.
S102: and acquiring the conversation theme information, and displaying the conversation theme information in an information interface to prompt the theme of the conversation discussion. The session subject information may refer to subject information of each link included in the session; for example, an interview scene often includes a plurality of rounds of interviews, and interview subjects of each round of interviews can be understood as session subject information; for another example, the conversation topic of the interview of the product manager comprises three questions, each question is answered, and a round of interview is represented to be completed; then each question information can be understood as a conversation topic information; assuming that three questions are question one, question two and question three, question one may be understood as session topic one, question two may be understood as session topic two and question three may be understood as session topic three.
In an embodiment, when each user identifier participating in the session is in a session valid state, the terminal device may obtain M pieces of session subject information related to the session subject from the buffer space, where M is a positive integer greater than 1; and displaying the conversation theme information in an information interface, wherein the cache space may be a cache space of the terminal device, at this time, the terminal device obtains M pieces of conversation theme information from the server, and caches the M pieces of conversation theme information to a local cache space, so as to facilitate subsequent direct pulling of the conversation theme information from the local, or the cache space may also be a cache space of the server (such as an interview library), at this time, the terminal device obtains the conversation theme information from the cache space of the server once every time it executes one round of interview. Of course, if there is a user identifier not in the session valid state among the plurality of user identifiers participating in the current session topic, at this time, words such as "… in XX preparation" may be displayed in the information interface to prompt each user identifier, some user identifiers are not in the session valid state, and meanwhile, related information of the current session topic is also displayed in the information interface, for example, the related information of the current session topic may include but is not limited to: the name of the conversation theme of the conversation, the quantity of the information of the conversation theme, the time of each user identifier having the conversation authority and the like.
The time when the conversation topic information is displayed in the information interface is sequential. In one embodiment, after all the user identifications finish discussing the first conversation topic information, displaying the second conversation topic information in the user identification interface; in other words, after the server detects that the terminal devices where all the user identifiers are located discuss the first conversation topic information, the server calls out the second conversation topic information from the cache space and sends the second conversation topic information to the terminal devices where all the user identifiers are located; the order of displaying the session topic information in the user identification interface can be ordered according to the current overall network heat of the session topic information under the session topic, for example, the session topic information with higher overall network heat is preferentially displayed on the user identification interface under the session topic of the product manager interview; alternatively, the order in which the respective session topic information is displayed in the user identification interface may be set by an interviewer, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1d, fig. 1d is a schematic diagram illustrating an information interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1d, an information interface 1021 is displayed in the terminal device, and the session topic information is displayed in the information interface 1021; it is understood that the information interface 1021 may be displayed on the user identification interface 1011 in a floating layer manner, or the information interface 1021 is embedded in a blank area in the user identification interface 1011 in a separate area, or the information interface 1021 is displayed in a separate page, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S103: and responding to the received multimedia information corresponding to the target user identification, and outputting the received multimedia information. For the currently logged-in user identifier, the terminal device held by the user identifier can respond to the received multimedia information corresponding to the target user identifier and output the received multimedia information; the target user identifier is a user identifier which participates in the same session discussion with the currently logged-in user identifier and has session authority in the current time period, and the user identifier can output multimedia information only when the user identifier has the session authority. The multimedia information may include, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following: speech, text, pictures, expressions, etc.
In one embodiment, based on the related content described in step S101, N user identifiers in the user identifier interface are displayed in a ranked manner according to priority; correspondingly, the sequence of outputting multimedia information by the user identifier (or the sequence of the user identifier having the session authority) is consistent with the priority sequence of the user identifier, in other words, when the session authority of the target user identifier is closed, the next user identifier having the session authority is determined according to the priority of the remaining user identifiers. For example, referring to fig. 1d again, since the priority of the user identifier 1013 corresponding to the user a is higher than the priorities of the other user identifiers, the user identifier 1013 is the first user identifier (target user identifier) having the session right, and at this time, the user identifier 1013 may output multimedia information; correspondingly, when the user identifier 1013 has a session right, other user identifiers participating in the same online session as the user identifier 1013 do not have session identifiers, indicating that other user devices cannot output multimedia information; when the session authority of the user identifier 1013 is closed, the next user identifier with the session authority is the user identifier 1014 according to the priority order of the user identifiers; and similarly, subsequently determining the next user identifier with the session authority according to the priority order. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an output multimedia message according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the page diagram shown in fig. 2 is a page displayed on the terminal device used by the user E; as shown in fig. 2, when the current user identifier 1013 (i.e., user a) has the session right, the terminal device held by user a collects the multimedia information corresponding to user a, and sends the multimedia information to the server; correspondingly, the server forwards the multimedia information corresponding to the user A to the terminal equipment (such as the terminal equipment held by the user E) of other user identifications participating in the session; the terminal equipment responds to the received multimedia information corresponding to the user identifier 1013 and outputs the multimedia information; in the process of outputting the multimedia information corresponding to the user E, the user identifier 1012 corresponding to the user E does not have a session right, that is, the terminal device does not turn on the function of collecting the multimedia data of the user E (for example, does not turn on a microphone of the terminal device corresponding to the user E to collect the voice of the user).
Certainly, in order to clearly distinguish the user identifier with the session authority from the user identifier without the session authority in the user identifier interface 1011, the embodiment of the present application supports highlighting the target user identifier with the session authority in the user identifier interface 1011, where the highlighting of the target user identifier may mean that the brightness of the target user identifier (such as the brightness of an icon) is higher than the brightness of other user identifiers; or displaying a special identifier in an area where the user identifier with the session authority is located to indicate that the user identifier is a target user identifier with the session authority.
In one embodiment, the target user identifier has the conversation authority only in a limited time period, when the limited time period is over, the conversation authority of the user identifier is closed, and the conversation authority is given to the next user identifier; in other words, when the user identifier having the session right (target user identifier) is given the session right from the beginning, the server enters a countdown, and when the countdown is finished, the session right of the target user identifier is closed. The limited time period (e.g., 15 minutes, 17 minutes, 18 minutes, etc.) may be set by a user participating in the online session, default by the system, etc., and the limited time period is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, assuming that the session right is 15 minutes in time, users participating in the same online conference include: the priority of the user identification corresponding to each user is from high to low as: a user identifier a corresponding to the user A, a user identifier B corresponding to the user B and a user identifier C corresponding to the user C; the active user identification a has the conversation authority (namely, the user identification a is the target user identification), and the user A can describe the conversation topic information (namely, output the multimedia information) in 15; when 15 minutes are finished, closing the conversation authority of the user identifier a; and gives the conversation right to the user identification B, and similarly, the user B can output the multimedia information within 15 minutes.
In order to help a user to better master the time of the session permission, the embodiment of the application supports the prompt of the effective time of the session permission on a user identification interface; in one embodiment, a first prompt interface is displayed on a page of the target user identification output multimedia information; displaying a user identifier with session authority currently in a first display area of a first prompt interface; and displaying the remaining time of the user identification with the conversation authority currently in the second display area of the first prompt interface. To explain the above by taking fig. 2 as an example, as shown in fig. 2, a first prompt interface 201 is displayed in a user identifier interface 1011, and a user identifier currently having a session right is displayed in a first display area 2011 of the first prompt interface, for example, the user identifier currently having the session right is a user identifier 1013; the remaining time of the user identifier currently having the conversation right with the conversation right is displayed in the second display area 2012 of the first prompt interface, for example, the total time length of the conversation right is 15 minutes, and the remaining time length is 1 minute and 24 seconds. It should be noted that the second display area 2012 displays the remaining time of the target user identifier having the session authority in real time, so that each user participating in the online conference can check the progress of the conference in time, and the next user identifier having the session authority can prepare for outputting the multimedia information in time. In addition, the next user identifier with the session right may be displayed on the second prompt interface in the form of a prompt message, please refer to fig. 2 again, where the second prompt interface 202 is displayed in the user identifier interface shown in fig. 2, and a prompt message is displayed in the second prompt interface 202, where the prompt message includes the next user identifier with the session right; for example, if the current user identifier with the session identifier is the user identifier corresponding to the user a, the next user identifier with the session authority is the user identifier corresponding to the user B, and accordingly, the prompt message includes the user identifier corresponding to the user B.
In another embodiment, if the target user identifier has expressed all the multimedia information that is desired to be expressed within the limited time period of the session right, the target user identifier may close its session right in advance to hand over the session right to the next user identifier. In one embodiment, if the currently logged-in user identifier has the conversation authority, displaying an end button and the remaining time on a third prompt interface; the terminal equipment collects multimedia data and generates multimedia information to be issued so as to send the multimedia information to the server conveniently; correspondingly, the server forwards the multimedia information to be issued to the terminal equipment corresponding to other user identifications except the currently logged-in user identification in the N user identifications; the terminal equipment corresponding to the currently logged-in user identification judges whether the selected operation of the end button is received or not; and if the selected operation of the end button is detected, closing the session authority of the currently logged-in user identifier. The current login user identifier refers to a user identifier of the terminal device currently logged in the embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a closing session right according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the page diagram shown in fig. 3 is a page displayed by a terminal device held by a target user identifier (a user identifier with a session right) participating in an online conference, and as shown in fig. 3, a third prompt interface 301 is displayed on the terminal device, where an end button 302 and a remaining time are displayed in the third prompt interface 301, where the remaining time refers to a remaining time for which a currently logged-in user identifier (a user identifier 1012) has a session right; if the end button 302 is selected before the remaining time is zero, the session rights of the user identification 1012 are closed at the moment the end button 302 is selected. Based on the above description, if the user has output all multimedia information within the limited time period with the session permission, the end button can be clicked in advance to close the session permission, so that the session permission can be handed over to the next user with the session permission more quickly, and the flexibility and intelligence of the online session are improved.
S104: and displaying an evaluation interface, and acquiring evaluation information of the target user identification, which is input in the evaluation interface. The embodiment of the application also supports that after the target user identification outputs the multimedia information, each user identification scores the target user identification, so that the target user identification can be evaluated based on the evaluation information, and the evaluation of the target user identification can be based on the evaluation information. The evaluation interface is used for acquiring evaluation information input aiming at the target user identification. In one embodiment, when the terminal device detects a selection operation for target evaluation score information in the evaluation interface, the target evaluation score information may be determined as evaluation information for a target user identification in response to the selection operation for the target evaluation score information; and the terminal equipment also displays input finishing prompt information which is used for prompting that the evaluation of the target user identification is finished. It should be noted that, if N user identifiers participate in the same online session, under the same session topic information, the target user identifier may receive (N-1) pieces of evaluation information; further, if the current online session contains M session subject information, the target user identifier may receive (N-1) × M evaluation information. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an evaluation interface provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 4, the target user identifier is the user identifier 1013 corresponding to the user a; displaying a user identifier 1013 and at least one piece of rating score information (e.g., 10 points in total, and 11 pieces of rating score information of 0 to 10 are included in the rating interface) in the rating interface 401; if the target evaluation score information (such as 5 scores) is selected, determining the target evaluation score information as evaluation information input by the currently logged user identifier to the target user identifier; at this time, entry completion prompt information indicating that entry of the target evaluation score information of the user identification 1013 by the currently logged-in user identification is completed is displayed on the terminal device.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the time displayed in the online meeting of the evaluation interface, and the following several optional ways are described.
In one embodiment, the evaluation interface is always displayed on the terminal equipment from the beginning of the online conference to the end of the online conference, so that a user can conveniently and quickly score the current user with the conversation authority; wherein, the evaluation interface may be displayed on the user identification interface in a floating layer form; alternatively, the rating interface is displayed in a separate area on the user identification interface, or the like. By way of example, the schematic diagram shown in fig. 5 is illustrated, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an evaluation interface provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 5, in the process of sequentially outputting multimedia information by N user identifiers, an evaluation interface 401 is always displayed on the terminal device; when the user identifier 1013 has the session right, the target user identifier displayed in the evaluation interface is the user identifier 1013; if the target evaluation score information of the user identifier 1013 is completely entered by the currently logged user identifier, displaying an entry completion prompt message 501, and in the process, always displaying an evaluation interface on the terminal device; further, if the user identifier 1013 does not have the session authority and the user identifier 1014 has the session authority, the user identifier 1014 is displayed in the evaluation interface 401; if the entry of the target evaluation score information of the user identifier 1014 by the currently logged-in user identifier is completed, the entry completion prompt information 501 is displayed, and so on.
In another embodiment, when the conversation right of the target user identification is closed, the terminal equipment displays an evaluation interface; when the currently logged-in user identifier inputs target evaluation score information in the evaluation interface, closing the evaluation interface; and displaying the target user identification in the evaluation interface. By way of example, the schematic diagram shown in fig. 6 is illustrated, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an evaluation interface provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 6, when the user identifier 1013 with the session authority has no other user identifier to output multimedia information before the user identifier 1013, the terminal device does not display an evaluation interface; when the session authority of the user identifier 1013 is closed, the user identifier 1014 is given the session authority, and at this time, the terminal device displays an evaluation interface 401, and the user identifier 1013 is displayed in the evaluation interface 401; and when the target evaluation score information aiming at the user identification 1013 is input in the evaluation interface by the currently logged-in user identification, closing the evaluation interface and displaying input completion prompt information. Similarly, when the user identifier 1014 is closed to the session authority, the evaluation interface for the user identifier 101 is triggered and displayed, and the subsequent execution process is consistent with the foregoing description, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, besides the above optional manners, the time that the evaluation interface appears during the session may also include other manners; for example, during the period from the moment when the target user identifier is given the session authority to the moment when the target user identifier is closed to the session authority, the terminal device displays an evaluation interface aiming at the target user identifier; for another example, from the moment when the target user identifier is given the session authority, until the currently logged-in user identifier enters the target evaluation score information in the evaluation interface, the terminal device displays the evaluation interface for the target user identifier, and so on.
S105: and associating and outputting the target user identification and the obtained evaluation information. It can be understood that, in an online conference, a plurality of session subject information are often involved, the target user identifier outputs multimedia information for each session subject information, and obtains evaluation information of other user identifiers; then, after completing an online conference, associating and outputting the target user identifier with all the obtained evaluation information; here, the output may be transmission of information from the terminal device to the server.
After the terminal equipment corresponding to each user identification sends the collected multiple evaluation information to the server, the server can store the multiple evaluation information; specifically, evaluation score information is obtained according to the evaluation information, and the evaluation score information is stored.
In one embodiment, the evaluation score information corresponding to a certain user identifier may be each round of scores obtained by the user in each round of conversation topic information. In one embodiment, the server calculates, based on the plurality of evaluation information, evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier under each session topic information, and stores the evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier. For example, the user identifiers participating in the conversation are a user identifier a, a user identifier B, and a user identifier C, and under a round of conversation topic information, the user identifier a obtains first evaluation information (e.g. 4 points) entered by the user identifier B and second evaluation information (e.g. 6) entered by the user identifier C, and then the corresponding evaluation score information of the user identifier a under the round of conversation topic information is (4+6) ═ 10 points. Referring to fig. 7a, fig. 7a is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for storing evaluation score information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 7a, the server may store the evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier under each piece of session topic information, for example, the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier a is evaluation score information a1, the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier B is evaluation score information B1, and the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier C is evaluation score information C1 … … under the piece of session topic information; under the second session topic information, the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier a is evaluation score information a2, the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier B is evaluation score information B2, and the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier C is evaluation score information C2, … …, and so on.
In another embodiment, the evaluation score information corresponding to a certain user identifier may be a total score obtained by the user identifier of the current session. In one embodiment, the evaluation information obtained by the user identification under each round of conversation subject information is added for multiple times to obtain the total score of the user identification; the multiple addition here may mean that the evaluation information of the user identifier is added by other user identifiers obtained under the topic of one round of conversation to obtain first evaluation information; and adding the first evaluation information under each turn of conversation theme information to obtain the evaluation score information. For example, if the user identifier a obtains that the evaluation information entered by the user identifier B is 2 points and the evaluation information entered by the user C is 2 points under the first round of session topic information, the first evaluation information corresponding to the user identifier a under the first round of session topic is (2+2) ═ 4 points; similarly, the first evaluation information corresponding to the user identifier a under the second round of the conversation topic may be (3+6) ═ 5 points; then, the total score obtained by the user identifier of the current session is (4+5) ═ 9; of course, the way of calculating the total score may be, besides the way of adding the first evaluation information described above, an addition and averaging way, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7b, fig. 7b is a schematic diagram illustrating another stored evaluation score information provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 7b, under the conversation topic, calculating first evaluation information of the user identifier a under each turn of conversation topic information to obtain evaluation score information a (total score) of the user identifier a under the current conversation topic; and similarly, obtaining the evaluation score information B of the user identifier A under the topic of the session, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the conversation theme information displayed in the information interface is acquired from the server, so that the time for preparing the conversation theme information under a subscriber line can be saved, and the workload of a user is reduced; secondly, each user under the same conversation theme opens the conversation authority according to the sequence of the priority, and can output multimedia information within the time of the conversation authority, so that the speaking order of the conversation can be improved; finally, in the process of outputting the multimedia information by the target user identifier, or after the multimedia information is output by the target user identifier, the terminal device corresponding to the currently logged user identifier displays an evaluation interface, and the currently logged user identifier can select target evaluation score information in the evaluation interface as the evaluation information of the target user identifier, so that the users participating in the conversation can score other users who have spoken in an anonymous form, and compared with the scoring in a non-anonymous form, the credibility of the scoring information can be improved, and more accurate scores can be obtained. In addition, in the process of speaking the currently logged-in user identifier, an end button is displayed on the terminal equipment, and in the process that the conversation authority is in an effective state, if the end button is detected to be triggered, the conversation authority of the currently logged-in user identifier can be ended in advance, so that the user can control the speaking time of the user in a time period in which the conversation authority is effective, and the flexibility of operation is improved.
Referring to fig. 7c, fig. 7c is a flowchart illustrating another processing method based on multi-person conversation according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the flow of the processing scheme based on the multi-person session in the embodiment of the application can be executed by the terminal device used by any user participating in the online conference. As shown in fig. 7c, the multi-person session based processing scheme may include the following steps S701-S705.
S701: and displaying an access interface, wherein at least one conversation theme area is displayed in the access interface, and a conversation theme identifier, at least one user identifier related to the conversation theme identifier and an access button are displayed in the conversation theme area.
The access interface may be a page displayed by an Application installed in the terminal device, where the Application may be an APP (Application) installed and running on the terminal device independently, or may be a web Application that browses through a browser of the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating an access interface provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 8, when a user opens and uses an application installed on a terminal device (e.g., an Tencent meeting), a main page 801 is displayed on the terminal device, a tab 802 is displayed in a bottom area of the main page (of course, the tab 802 may also be displayed in a left area of the main page 801, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention), at least one option, such as a round table option 8021, a dynamic option 8022, a personal pulse option 8023, a message option 8024, a personal center option 8025, and the like, is displayed in the tab 802, and due to different functions of the options, target pages included in the options are different. For example, when dynamic option 8022 is selected, main page 801 displays content associated with the dynamic message; as another example, when personal hub option 8025 is selected, main page 801 displays content related to the personal hub (e.g., personal information settings, permission settings, etc.); for another example, when the round table option 8021 is selected, the main page 801 displays content related to the round table option, for example, a "chat with you" option, a "simulated interview" option, a "school invitation communication" option, and the like, which are displayed on the main page, when the "chat with you" option is being called, social information and the like of multiple users may be displayed on the main page, when the "simulated interview" option is being called, an access interface is displayed, it should be noted that, when an application program is just opened, the access interface may be displayed in the main page 801 by default, and therefore, the main page 801 is described by using the access interface in the embodiment of the present application, and there is no limitation on the embodiment of the present application.
At least one conversation topic area is displayed in the access interface, as shown in fig. 8, a conversation topic area 803 and a conversation topic area 804 … … are displayed in the access interface; it is understood that, due to the limited length of the display screen, a plurality of conversation theme areas may not be fully displayed in the display screen, in other words, a part of the conversation theme area is hidden, and at this time, the access interface further includes a sliding axis 805, and the hidden part of the conversation theme area is slidably displayed by dragging the sliding axis 805; certainly, besides the sliding shaft is used for viewing the hidden conversation subject area, a more V-shaped mark may be displayed below the access interface, and when the more V-shaped mark is selected, the hidden conversation subject area is displayed in the access interface; or, the hidden conversation theme area can be displayed on the display screen by dragging downwards, and the like. Displaying a conversation subject identification related to the conversation subject area and at least one user identification related to the conversation subject identification in the conversation subject area; the at least one user identifier related to the session subject identifier may be a user identifier of an online conference scheduled to participate in the session subject identifier in a historical time, for example, before a simulation interview formally starts, the user a is scheduled to participate in the simulation interview, and it is determined that the user identifier corresponding to the user a and the simulation interview identifier have a correlation at this time. As shown in fig. 8, a conversation topic identification "product XX simulation interview" 80111 is displayed in the conversation topic area 803, and at least one user identification (e.g., a user identification corresponding to user a, a user identification corresponding to user B, a user identification corresponding to user C, etc.) related to the "product XX simulation interview" 80111 is displayed.
In one embodiment, the respective user identification displayed in the conversation topic area also supports an updated display. In one embodiment, an update button is displayed in each conversation topic area; and when the update button is selected, for the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment responds to the selection operation of the update button, and updates and displays at least one candidate user identifier related to the conversation theme information corresponding to the conversation theme area in the conversation theme area. The candidate user identifier may refer to a part of the user identifier which is scheduled to participate in the online session but is not displayed in the session subject area; for example, assume that the user identities scheduled to participate in the online session include: user identification A, user identification B, user identification C and user identification D … …; now the user identities displayed (or visible) in the conversation topic area are user identity a, user identity B, user identity C, user identity D are determined as so-called candidate user identities.
Of course, the updated user identifier in the conversation topic area may include, in addition to the candidate user identifier, a part of the user identifier that has been displayed in the conversation topic area before. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating an update display user identifier according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 9, an update button 901 is displayed in the conversation subject area 803; when the update button 901 is selected, a plurality of updated user identifiers are displayed in the conversation topic area 803, for example, before the update button 901 is selected, the user identifiers displayed in the conversation topic area 803 include: after the update button 901 is selected, the updated user identifiers displayed in the session subject area 803 are the user identifier a, the user identifier M, the user identifier G and the user identifier D; comparing the user identifiers before and after updating, wherein the user identifiers A and D are included before and after updating, the user identifier B and the user identifier C are not included after updating, and the user identifier M and the user identifier G are included after updating. For example, assume that the user identification of the online meeting scheduled to participate in session topic identification 80111 includes: before the currently logged-in user identifier joins the online conference of the session subject identifier 80111, the user identifier a, the user identifier B, the user identifier C, and the user identifier G … … are already displayed in the session subject area 803, but the currently logged-in user identifier is not willing to participate in the same session subject discussion with one or more of the user identifiers a, B, C, and D, and the currently logged-in user identifier may select the update button 901, so as to update the user identifier displayed in the session subject area 803, increase the selection authority of the user identifier, and enrich the user operation.
It can be understood that, in addition to the above description, the update button in the conversation topic area is selected to update the user identifier in the conversation topic area, and other ways can also be adopted to update the user identifier in the conversation topic area; for example, each conversation theme area contains a sliding axis, and the sliding axis can update and display the user identifier in the conversation theme area; as another example, the conversation topic area can contain a "more V" mark, and the user mark can be updated and displayed in the conversation topic area by selecting the "more V" mark.
S702: and when an access button in the target conversation subject area is selected, triggering and executing the display of a user identification interface, wherein the target conversation subject area is any one of at least one conversation subject area in the access interface.
In one embodiment, an access button is also displayed in the conversation topic area, and when the access button is selected, a user identification interface is displayed. Referring back to fig. 8, as shown in fig. 8, an access button 80112 is displayed in the conversation topic area 803; when the access button 80112 is selected, a user identification interface 1011 is triggered and displayed, wherein all or part of the user identifications in the N user identifications displayed in the user identification interface 1011 are user identifications from the conversation subject area 803, and an information interface displayed in the user identification interface is used for displaying conversation subject identifications corresponding to the conversation subject area 803 and related information corresponding to the conversation subjects; for specific implementation of displaying various contents in the information interface, reference may be made to the description related to the specific implementation process described in step S102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1a, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the application also supports the user to select the role of the user in the session. Taking an interview scenario as an example, in the interview scenario, multiple roles are often involved, such as: interviewer, listener, etc. Then, when the user selects the access button corresponding to the target conversation subject area, the terminal can display various role options so that the user can select the role type of the user in the conversation.
In one embodiment, each user participating in the session is free to select their own role type. Specifically, when a user uses and opens an application program which can participate in a session, an access interface is displayed on a terminal; when a user selects an access button in the target conversation theme identification, displaying a role selection interface, wherein the role selection interface comprises a plurality of role type options; and when the target role type is selected, triggering and displaying a user identification interface according to the selected role type. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a character selection interface provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 10, a first role type option 1001, a second role type option 1002, and a third role type option 1003 … … are displayed in the role selection interface; the role selection interface can be displayed on the upper layer of the access interface in a form that the transparency is lower than that of the access interface, and the specific display form of the role selection interface is not limited in the embodiment of the application. In the interview session scenario, the role type options may include any of the following: in this embodiment of the present application, the first role type may be used as an interviewer role type, the second role type may be used as an interviewer role type, and the third role type may be used as a listener role type.
It can be understood that, when the user identifier is displayed in the user identifier interface, the display rules corresponding to different role types are different, or the session permissions corresponding to different role types are different. In other words, when the same user selects different role types, the styles of the user identification interfaces displayed on the terminals corresponding to the user are different, and the permissions possessed by the user are also different.
In one implementation manner, if a first role type option is selected by a selection operation of a currently logged-in user identifier on a role selection interface, which indicates that a role corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier is an interviewee (i.e., a first role type), a question identifier is also included on a user identifier interface displayed on a terminal supported by the currently logged-in user identifier belonging to the interviewee; when the questioning identifier is selected, the user identifier which belongs to the interviewer and is currently logged in is endowed with session authority, and the terminal can acquire multimedia data corresponding to the user identifier which belongs to the interviewer and is currently logged in and generate multimedia information to be published based on the multimedia data; the multimedia information can be sent to terminals corresponding to other user identifiers except the currently logged-in user identifier in the N user identifiers (for example, terminals corresponding to all interviewees, terminals corresponding to all listeners, and terminals corresponding to other interviewees except the currently logged-in user identifier in all interviewees); correspondingly, the terminals corresponding to the other user identifications receive and output the multimedia information corresponding to the currently logged-in user identification.
For example, assume that the user identifiers participating in the session include: the role type selected by the user identifier E is an interviewer, and the role type selected by the user identifier A, the user identifier B and the user identifier C is an interviewer; then, a user identifier interface containing a question identifier is displayed in the terminal held by the user identifier E, as shown in fig. 11a, fig. 11a shows a schematic diagram of a question identifier provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the schematic diagram shown in fig. 11a includes a question mark 1101; assuming that a user identifier which belongs to an interviewer and currently has a session right is a user identifier A, if an interviewer-user identifier E wants to reply to the user identifier E in the process of outputting multimedia information by the interviewer-user identifier A, the user identifier E can select a question identifier 1101, the user identifier E is endowed with the session right, and at the moment, the interviewer-user identifier A and the interviewer-user identifier E both have the session right and can communicate with each other; moreover, the multimedia information corresponding to the interviewer-user identifier A and the multimedia information corresponding to the interviewer-user identifier E can be output to terminals of other user identifiers except the two user identifiers in the N user identifiers; of course, the interviewer-user identifier E may also define the receiving authority of other user identifiers, for example, selecting a part of the user identifiers to receive the reply content for the target user identifier, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. By adopting the mode, the interviewer can reply to the interviewer at any time in the process of the discussion of the interviewer, so that the conversation form is enriched, and the intelligence of the conversation is improved.
It should be noted that, the interviewer may also ask a question (or reply) for a specified user identifier after all interviewers output the multimedia information, in this case, a corresponding specified identifier may be displayed in an area where each interviewer is located, which is displayed in the user identifier interface, and when the specified identifier corresponding to a certain interviewer is selected, it indicates that the interviewer asks the question for the interviewer, and the interviewer is given a session right. Referring to fig. 11b, fig. 11b is a schematic diagram illustrating another question mark provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 11B, a designated identifier 1102 corresponding to the user identifier a is displayed in the area where the interviewer-user identifier a is located, and a designated identifier 1103 … … corresponding to the user identifier B is displayed in the area where the interviewer-user identifier B is located; when the designation identifier 1102 is selected, it indicates that the interviewer asks the user identifier a, and the user identifier a is given the session right.
Reference may be made to fig. 12, which is a possible style of a user identifier interface displayed by a terminal corresponding to a currently logged-in user identifier belonging to an interviewee, where fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating a user identifier interface corresponding to a first character type according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 12, the interviewer and the interviewer are both located in a "round table" area, where the N user identifiers included in the "round table" area include P user identifiers belonging to the first character type (e.g., user identifier 1012 and user identifier 1013 belong to the first character type), where P is an integer and P < N; and N-P user identities that belong to the second role type (e.g., user identity 1014, user identity 1015, user identity 1016 belong to the second role type). Alternatively, a possible style of the user identifier interface displayed by the terminal corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier belonging to the interviewer may be referred to in fig. 13, where fig. 13 shows a schematic diagram of another user identifier interface corresponding to the first role type provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 13, the user identifier interface further includes a first character area 1302, where a user identifier that participates in the current session and belongs to a first character type is displayed in the first character area 1302; and the user id belonging to the second role type participating in the session is displayed in the "round table" area 1301. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific display style of the user identifier interface corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier.
In another implementation manner, if the third role type option is selected by the selection operation of the currently logged-in user identifier on the role selection interface, which indicates that the role corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier is a listener (i.e., the third role type), the currently logged-in user identifier belonging to the third role type is also included on the user identifier interface that is triggered to be displayed, and the currently logged-in user identifier belonging to the third role type is any identifier other than the N user identifiers. The listener can be understood as a user identifier which can participate in the session in the whole process but does not have the session authority; in other words, the currently logged-in user identification that selects the third triangle type option does not have the session authority, and does not have the authority to enter rating information in the rating interface. The role type of the listener is adopted, so that a conversation function can be added to the conversation, more user roles can participate in the conversation, and the conversation intelligence is improved.
In another embodiment, each user participating in the session does not have the authority to freely select their role type; for example: when a conversation theme is opened, the manager configures the role type of each user identifier, namely the role type of each user identifier is fixed; then, after the user selects the access button corresponding to the target session subject area in the user identification interface, only the role type options that the user has the selection right are displayed in the role selection interface (for example, if the user is configured as an interviewer and a listener, only the first role type option and the second role type option are displayed in the role selection interface of the terminal held by the user); or, the role type option without the selection authority is changed into a non-editable state (such as a grey state), which indicates that the user does not have the selection authority for the role type in the non-editable state; or, after the user selects the access button corresponding to the target theme session area in the access interface, directly triggering and displaying a user identification interface (namely, a role selection interface which is not provided for the user to select the role type); or all role type options are displayed in the role selection interface, all role type options are in an editable state, only after the user selects the role type option in the role selection interface, verification is supported on the basis of the role type option selected by the user identification and the user identification, and when the verification is successful, a user identification interface corresponding to the user identification is displayed; when the verification fails, displaying a prompt identifier for prompting the user to join the failure, namely, the user identifier is not matched with the role type; and so on. Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram illustrating a prompt message according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 14, a prompt message 1401 (in the form of "role mismatch, join failure" is displayed on the role selection interface).
Specifically, the manner of performing authentication based on the role type option selected by the user identifier and the user identifier may include, but is not limited to: if the currently logged-in user identifier selects a first role type option on the role selection interface, the terminal acquires at least one piece of configured user identity information belonging to the first role type from the cache space; verifying the identity information of the currently logged user identifier and at least one user identity information belonging to the first role type; if the identity information of the currently logged-in user identifier is the same as certain user identity information in at least one user identity information belonging to the first role type, the verification is successful, and the user corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier is a user allowed to be used as the first role type; otherwise, if the non-existing user identity information in the at least one user identity information belonging to the first role type is the same as the identity information of the currently logged-in user identifier, the verification fails, and the user corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier is a user which is not allowed to be the first role type. It is to be understood that the way of verifying the user identity information is not limited.
S703: and responding to the received multimedia information corresponding to the target user identification, and outputting the received multimedia information.
S704: and displaying an evaluation interface, and acquiring evaluation information of the target user identification, which is input in the evaluation interface.
It should be noted that, for the specific implementation process of steps S703-S704, reference may be made to the related description of the specific implementation process shown in steps S103-S104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1a, which is not described herein again.
S705: and displaying the N user identifications and the evaluation results corresponding to the user identifications on the result display page.
Based on the relevant description shown in step S105 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1a, the evaluation information entered by each user identifier may be output to the server, and the server obtains evaluation score information based on the evaluation information and stores the evaluation score information; the method and the device support the acquisition of evaluation score information from the server and display of evaluation results on a result display page; in one embodiment, the terminal device may obtain evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier under M session topics; obtaining an evaluation result according to the evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier under the M pieces of session subject information; and displaying the N user identifications and the evaluation results corresponding to the user identifications on the result display page.
In one embodiment, when the evaluation score information stored in the server is the evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier under each round of session subject information, after the terminal device obtains M pieces of evaluation score information corresponding to the user identifier under the M pieces of session subject information, the terminal device calculates the M pieces of evaluation score information to obtain an evaluation result corresponding to the user identifier under the current session, and displays the evaluation result in the result display area; the manner of calculating the M evaluation score information may include, but is not limited to: summing, averaging, and the like.
For example, in an interview scenario, it is assumed that three pieces of session topic information (M is 3) are involved, namely first session topic information, second session topic information and third session topic information; users participating in interviews are assumed to include user A, user B and user C; then, after the user a outputs the multimedia information for the first session topic information, the user a may obtain the first evaluation information B entered by the user B and the first evaluation information C entered by the user C, and then the evaluation score information a corresponding to the target user identifier under the first session topic information includes: first evaluation information b and first evaluation information c; similarly, after the user a outputs the multimedia information for the second session topic information, the user a may obtain the second evaluation information B entered by the user B and the second evaluation information C entered by the user C, and the evaluation score information B corresponding to the target user identifier under the second session topic information includes: second evaluation information b and second evaluation information c; similarly, after the user a outputs the multimedia information for the third session topic information, the third evaluation information B entered by the user B and the third evaluation information C entered by the user C may be acquired, and the evaluation score information C corresponding to the target user identifier under the third session topic information includes: third evaluation information b and third evaluation information c; in summary, after completing an online conference, according to the evaluation score information a, the evaluation score information B, and the evaluation score information C of (N-1) user identifiers for the target user identifier under the three session topic information, the evaluation result of the target user identifier in the current interview can be obtained. Accordingly, each user identifier participating in the interview may obtain its corresponding evaluation result, and for the detailed process of obtaining the corresponding evaluation result for each user identifier except the target user identifier, reference may be made to the above description of obtaining the evaluation result corresponding to the target user identifier, which is not repeated herein.
It is understood that the relevant interfaces related to the embodiments of the present application may refer to the corresponding interface diagrams in the foregoing embodiments.
In another embodiment, when the evaluation score information stored in the server is the sum of the score information corresponding to each turn of session subject information under the session subject, the terminal device obtains the evaluation score information corresponding to each user identifier from the server, and then sorts each evaluation score information to obtain an evaluation result; and the evaluation results are displayed in the result display area. The ranking of the evaluation score information may be performed by displaying the evaluation score information in an order of high to low or low to high.
Referring to FIG. 15, FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating a results presentation page provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 15, the result display page displays the user identifiers of the users participating in the same online session and the evaluation results corresponding to the user identifiers; the user identifiers are displayed on the result display page in the order from high to low (or from low to high) according to the evaluation result, and it is worth noting that the user identifier with the highest evaluation result (for example, the evaluation result is a score, and the user identifier with the highest score among the N user identifiers) can be highlighted, and the highlighting may refer to displaying an icon, a serial number, a character and the like corresponding to the user identifier with the highest score with higher brightness than other user identifiers (the user identifiers except the user identifier with the highest score among the N user identifiers); the user identification of the user with the highest score is highlighted such that the user identification with the highest score is clearly displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, before the user identification interface is displayed, an access interface is also displayed, the access interface comprises at least one conversation theme zone, the conversation theme identification corresponding to each conversation theme zone is different from the user identification related to the conversation theme identification, so that rich conversation themes are provided, the user is helped to select the conversation theme to participate in, and the conversation theme type is enriched; the session subject information of the session is displayed in the user identification interface, and the session subject information is acquired by the terminal equipment from the server based on the session subject, so that the time for preparing the session subject information under the subscriber line can be saved, and the workload of the user is reduced; each user under the same conversation theme opens the conversation authority according to the sequence of the priority, and can output multimedia information within the time of the conversation authority, so that the speaking order of the conversation can be improved; in the process of outputting the multimedia information by the target user identifier, or after the multimedia information is output by the target user identifier, the terminal device corresponding to the currently logged user identifier displays an evaluation interface, and the currently logged user identifier can select target evaluation score information in the evaluation interface as the evaluation information of the target user identifier, so that the user participating in the conversation can score other users who have spoken in an anonymous form, and compared with the scoring in a non-anonymous form, the credibility of the scoring information can be improved, and a more accurate score can be obtained. In addition, the terminal device also supports displaying a result display page, wherein the result display page displays the N user identifiers and the evaluation result corresponding to each user identifier, and each user identifier is arranged and displayed according to the evaluation result according to a certain sequence (for example, the score is from high to low, or the score is from low to high), so that the user can conveniently check or count the evaluation result.
It is understood that the processing method based on multi-person conversation described in the above embodiments may be performed by a terminal device, a server, or an interaction between the terminal device and the server, where the terminal device may include but is not limited to: the method includes the steps that the device comprises a smart phone (such as an Android phone, an iOS phone and the like), a tablet computer, a portable personal computer, Mobile Internet Devices (MID for short), a smart television and the like, and the type of the terminal device is not limited in the embodiment of the application; the terminal device includes a display screen, which may be a physical screen, a touch screen, or the like. Various instant messaging application programs can be installed and run in the terminal equipment, wherein the instant messaging application program refers to an application program based on internet instant messaging and social interaction, and the instant messaging application program can include but is not limited to: QQ, WeChat, Enterprise WeChat, Tencent meeting, and the like. The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, network service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, security service, CDN, and a big data and artificial intelligence platform. The terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein.
The following describes in detail the interaction between the terminal device and the server to implement the multi-person session based processing scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 16, where fig. 16 is a processing scheme based on interview scenarios for describing the multi-person session based processing scheme; fig. 16 is a diagram illustrating a processing method based on multi-person conversation according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 16, the terminal device here is a terminal device used by a currently logged-in user identifier, and it can be understood that, all terminal devices held by any user identifier participating in an interview execute operations executed by the terminal device held by the currently logged-in user identifier.
With reference to fig. 16, a processing scheme based on multi-person conversation provided by the embodiment of the present application may include: firstly, displaying a user identification interface on the terminal equipment, wherein a trigger button (namely a start key) is displayed in the user identification interface; when a user clicks a trigger button, the terminal device sends an interview starting request to the server, wherein the interview starting request carries relevant information (such as user account information, identity information and the like) of a currently logged-in user identifier; the server responds to the interview starting request, and detects whether other user identifications belonging to the same round table session with the currently logged-in user identification are in a session effective state (namely whether other users select a 'start button' on respective terminal equipment); if other user identifications belonging to the same round table session with the currently logged-in user identification are detected to have user identifications which are not in the session effective state, suspending execution of subsequent operation and continuously detecting whether all the user identifications are in the session effective state; when detecting that other user identifications belonging to the same round table session with the currently logged-in user identification are all in a session effective state, indicating that interviewing is started; any one of the M pieces of session subject information under the session subject identifier (or the first piece of session subject information arranged in sequence in the M pieces of session subject information) is retrieved from the cache space, and the session subject information is transmitted to the terminal device supported by the currently logged-in user identifier (i.e., the session subject information is transmitted to the terminal device supported by each user identifier participating in the interview).
Secondly, the terminal equipment receives the conversation theme information sent by the server and displays the conversation theme information in an information interface for a user to check; the server sorts each user identification according to the priority of each user identification, and opens the conversation authority to the user identification of which the sorting position is positioned at the first position (namely, the user identification with the highest priority) and closes the conversation authority of other user identifications, at the moment, for the terminal equipment held by the currently logged-in user identification, the terminal equipment responds to the received multimedia information corresponding to the target user identification and outputs the received multimedia information, in other words, the user corresponding to the currently logged-in user identification listens to the multimedia information displayed by the target user identification with the conversation authority; when the target user identifier finishes outputting the multimedia information, displaying a scoring interface in the terminal equipment so that a user corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier can conveniently input evaluation information aiming at the target user identifier in the scoring interface (if the input evaluation information is 6 points), and displaying input completion prompt information when the input evaluation information is finished, wherein the input completion prompt information is used for prompting that the input of the scoring information of the target user identifier is completed; at the moment, the server opens the conversation authority of the next user identifier according to the arrangement sequence of the user identifiers, and if the next user identifier is the currently logged user identifier, the currently logged user identifier has the conversation authority; correspondingly, the terminal equipment collects multimedia data (such as audio data, characters and the like) input by a user, forwards the collected multimedia data to the server, and the server generates multimedia information to be issued, wherein in the process of continuously collecting the multimedia data corresponding to the currently logged-in user identifier, on one hand, the server can detect whether the output duration of the user identifier is greater than a time threshold, if so, the server closes the conversation authority of the currently logged-in user identifier and transfers the conversation authority to the next user identifier, on the other hand, the terminal equipment detects whether an end button displayed on the terminal equipment is triggered, and if the end button is triggered, the conversation authority of the currently logged-in user identifier is closed; the server forwards the generated multimedia information to other user identifications participating in interview so as to output the multimedia information of the currently logged-in user identification on the terminal equipment held by the other user identifications.
Finally, after the session authority of the currently logged-in user identifier is finished, the server can receive evaluation information which is collected by the terminal equipment corresponding to each user identifier and is about the currently logged-in user identifier; the server can judge whether the M pieces of session subject information are completely finished or not based on the number of the evaluation information, if the M pieces of session subject information are not completely finished, the server continuously calls the session subject information from the cache space and executes the process, and if the M pieces of session subject information are completely finished, the evaluation result corresponding to each user identifier is calculated and sent to the terminal equipment; correspondingly, the terminal equipment displays a result display page, and each user identification participating in the interview and the evaluation result corresponding to each user identification are displayed in the result display page.
In addition, on the basis of the method flow shown in fig. 16, before the terminal device displays the user identifier interface, an access interface is also displayed, where the access interface includes a "simulated interview" option, a "chatting about" option, and the like; when the interview option is selected, the user identification interface is triggered and displayed, and the operation flow shown in fig. 16 is executed.
To sum up, after the user enters the round desk for interview (user identification interface) as the terminal initiator, the user starts the whole interview process by clicking the 'start' button (i.e. the trigger button). When detecting that other users of the round table click the 'start' button, calling the interview questions in an interview question library (namely the cache space corresponding to the server) by the background and transmitting the interview questions to the users; correspondingly, the terminal equipment displays the surface test questions so that the user can conveniently browse the surface test questions. At this time, the background sorts the users according to the sequence of the users entering the round table (or the background sorts the users according to the user grades corresponding to the users), judges whether the user (the user identifier of the current login terminal device) turns to discuss (namely has the conversation authority), if the user discussion turns to, the user needs to listen to the discussion of other users and scores the discussion content; if the user turns to discuss, the user needs to discuss the face test question. During the discussion process, the background enters a 15-minute countdown (namely the effective time of the conversation authority), if the user discussion is overtime, the background sends an ending instruction, the user ends the discussion, and the user needs to listen to the next user discussion and score the discussion. During the user discussion process, the user may also actively click "end speak" (i.e., end button) to end the discussion. After the background collects the scores of each user for other users, judging whether the interview is completed in all M links (namely M interview questions are discussed and completed), if not, calling the interview questions of the interview question library again and returning the interview questions to the user; if all M links are completed, the background starts to calculate the average score (i.e., the evaluation result) of each user, and returns to the user's interview result list (i.e., the result display page), and the interview is ended, and of course, the process of calculating the total score corresponding to each user identifier may be completed by the server or the terminal device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the above description, the manner of calculating the total score of each user identifier in the current session may include: defining the total number of users participating in the interview as N, defining the number of people scoring a single user identifier as N-1, and simultaneously defining the user identifiers participating in the interview as U1, U2, … and Un; assuming that the user id U1, the score (evaluation information) obtained from U2, …, Un in the first round of interview was Su2, …, Sun. The interview achievement of the first round of the user identification U1 is S1 ═ (Su2+ Su3+ … + Sun)/(n-1); similarly, the second round of interview results was S2 ═ (Su2 ' + Su3 ' + … + Sun ')/(n-1); similarly, the third round has an interview result of S3 ═ (Su2 "+ Su 3" + … + Sun ")/(n-1) … …. In summary, the average score of the user id U1 in the current interview is (S1+ S2+ S3+ … + SM)/M, and the evaluation result may be the total score of the user ids in the M pieces of session topic information (for example, the user id U1 is (S1+ S2+ S3+ … + SM)/3), and the method for determining the evaluation result in the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the conversation theme information related to the conversation can be acquired, and the conversation theme information is displayed in the information interface, so that each user can directly check the conversation theme information from the information interface in the conversation process; secondly, when the user has the conversation right, the user can output multimedia information (such as audio information, picture information and the like), and other users do not have the conversation right at the moment, so that the conversation capacity of each user is controlled through the right, and the conversation process can be well ordered; secondly, each user can input evaluation information of a target user in an evaluation interface, so that anonymous evaluation of the user can be realized, and the condition that the evaluation information has no objectivity due to real-name evaluation is avoided; finally, after acquiring the evaluation information corresponding to each user identification, the server can obtain the evaluation score information corresponding to each turn of session subject information based on the evaluation information, obtain the evaluation result corresponding to the user identification under the current session subject based on the evaluation score information, and can realize the automatic calculation of the evaluation result corresponding to each user identification through a mutual evaluation mechanism provided by the server; in summary, the processing method based on multi-person conversation provided by the embodiment of the application can help the user to realize the automatic process of online conversation, and can help the user to obtain credible total scoring information based on the mutual scoring mechanism, so that the orderliness and intelligence of the conversation can be improved, and the automatic and intelligent requirements are met.
