intercepting an equipment information data segment and an alarm data segment from operation monitoring data according to a set data interception rule;
performing data conversion processing on the equipment information data segment according to a first data conversion rule to obtain an equipment information code, and performing data conversion processing on the alarm data segment according to a second data conversion rule to obtain an alarm type code;
retrieving corresponding equipment basic information and geographic coordinate information from a database according to the equipment information codes, and retrieving corresponding alarm type information from the database according to the alarm type codes;
and judging the associated operation and maintenance terminal according to the alarm type information, generating a corresponding operation and maintenance work order according to the alarm type information, and packaging and sending the operation and maintenance work order, the equipment basic information and the geographic coordinate information to the associated operation and maintenance terminal.
2. The operation and maintenance management method for the monitoring equipment according to claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the position of the target monitoring equipment on a preset electronic map by using a reference mark according to the geographic coordinate information;
and associating corresponding display colors according to the alarm type information, and coloring the reference signs according to the display colors.
3. The operation and maintenance management method for the monitoring equipment according to claim 1, further comprising:
intercepting an equipment operation state data segment from operation monitoring data according to a set data interception rule;
performing data conversion processing on the equipment running state data segment according to a third data conversion rule to obtain an equipment running state code;
and retrieving and acquiring corresponding equipment running state information from the database according to the equipment running state code, and displaying the equipment running state information.
4. The operation and maintenance management method for the monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the decoding processing of the operation monitoring log and the analyzing and extracting of the operation monitoring data comprise:
decoding the operation monitoring log by adopting a set decoding function to obtain a decoded operation monitoring log;
and reading and analyzing the decoded operation monitoring log, and extracting operation monitoring data from the operation monitoring log.
5. The operation and maintenance management method for the monitoring equipment according to claim 1, wherein intercepting the equipment information data segment and the alarm data segment from the operation monitoring data according to the set data interception rule comprises:
reading the first N characters of the operation monitoring data, wherein the first N characters are digital strings, and determining a first truncation bit number according to the first N characters;
continuously intercepting characters with a first interception digit from the (N + 1) th bit character as an equipment information data field;
reading M characters behind an equipment information data segment, wherein the M characters are numeric strings, and determining a second interception digit according to the M characters;
and continuously intercepting characters of a second interception digit number from the characters after the M characters as an alarm data segment.

The operation and maintenance management method for monitoring equipment according to claim 1, wherein the equipment information data segment is a digital string, and the data conversion processing is performed on the equipment information data segment according to the first data conversion rule to obtain the equipment information code, including:
reading the first digit of the device information data segment as a reference number;
and sequentially subtracting the reference number from the number after the first digit to obtain the equipment information code.

The operation and maintenance management method for the monitoring equipment according to claim 1, wherein the alarm data segment is a numeric string, and the data conversion processing is performed on the alarm data segment according to the second data conversion rule to obtain the alarm type code, including:
reading the last digit of the alarm data segment as a reference number;
and sequentially subtracting the reference number from the number before the last digit to obtain the alarm type code.
