In order to avoid receiving the instruction by other air conditioners, the remote controller sends the instruction to the target air conditioner through the communication module of the remote controller, but not sends the instruction to the target air conditioner through the infrared emission module (the instruction is sent to the target air conditioner through the infrared emission module, so that the other air conditioners can also receive the instruction, and then the receiving format of the remote control code is switched into the first format).
Certainly, the remote controller can also transmit the remote control code in an infrared transmitting module manner, but the instruction corresponding to the remote control code carries the equipment identifier of the target air conditioner, so that the target air conditioner verification instruction comprises the equipment identifier of the target air conditioner, the receiving format of the remote control code is switched to the first format, and the condition that other air conditioners receive the remote control code and switch the receiving format of the remote control code to the first format is avoided. Also, the remote controller can only be provided with the infrared emission module, and a wifi module or other communication modules are not required to be arranged, so that the cost of the remote controller is low.
Step S30, the transmission format of the remote control code is switched to the first format.
After the remote controller sends an instruction to the remote controller, the sending format of the remote control code of the remote controller is set, namely the sending format of the remote control code is switched to the first format. And when the remote controller needs to send the remote control code, combining the character string corresponding to the sending format with the character string corresponding to the instruction to obtain the remote control code. Or, the remote controller may directly add a character string corresponding to the transmission format to each command, thereby storing the remote control code corresponding to each command.
After the remote controller switches the sending format of the remote control code into the first format, the format of the subsequent sending remote control code is the first format. And the receiving format of the remote control code of the target air conditioner is also the first format, so that the aim that the remote controller independently controls the target air conditioner through the remote control code of the first format can be achieved, and the condition that a plurality of air conditioners respond to the remote controller can not occur.
In addition, the remote controller can output the currently controlled air conditioner and the format of the remote control code through the display screen. For example, the remote controller displays an air conditioner in the middle of a control room, and displays the format of the remote controller as a first format, and if the remote controller comprises two formats, namely, AB and B, as the first format, the remote controller displays B.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the remote controller determines a target air conditioner in each air conditioner, sends an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code to the target air conditioner, and switches the sending format of the remote control code to the first format, so that the target air conditioner switches the receiving format of the remote control code to the first format, and the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control code of each other air conditioner. The remote controller can configure the remote control codes with the corresponding formats for the target air conditioner, and the formats configured for the target air conditioner are different from those of other air conditioners, so that the target air conditioner responds to the instructions of the remote controller and other air conditioners cannot respond to the instructions sent by the remote controller, the situation that the other air conditioners respond to the remote control codes of the remote controller to operate when the target air conditioner is controlled by the remote control codes is avoided, and the misoperation of the air conditioner is also avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, after the step of S20, the method further includes:
step S40, acquiring first operation information corresponding to the first format switched to, and outputting the first operation information;
step S50, when detecting the key operation triggered based on the first operation information, acquiring second operation information corresponding to the key operation;
step S60, when the second operation information matches the first operation information, the step of switching the transmission format of the remote control code to the first format is performed.
In this embodiment, the remote controller may be operated by a user to perform the switching of the first format. Specifically, the remote controller stores first operation information switched to a first format. The first operation information is the key press duration of a certain key on the remote controller, the key press interval duration of certain keys, or the key press duration of the keys and the key press interval duration among the keys. That is, the first operation information includes the key press duration of the target key and/or the key press interval duration between each target key.
The remote controller acquires first operation information corresponding to the switching to the first format and outputs the first operation information so that a user can operate the remote controller according to the first operation information, and the remote controller can switch the sending format of the remote control code. After the remote controller outputs the first operation information, if the key operation of the user on the remote controller is detected, the remote controller can be regarded as the key operation triggered based on the first operation information, namely the user is performing the operation of switching the remote control code format. At this time, the remote controller acquires second operation information corresponding to the key operation, and then judges whether the second operation information is matched with the first operation information. The second operation information is actual keys of the keys pressed on the remote controller by the user, the key pressing time length of the actual keys and the key pressing interval time length among the actual keys. And if the actual keys in the second operation information are template keys in the first operation information, the key duration of the actual keys is greater than or equal to the key duration of the target keys in the first operation information, and the key interval duration of each actual key is less than or equal to the key interval duration of each target key in the first operation information, determining that the second operation information matches with the first operation information. If the first operation information only contains one target key, the actual key in the second operation information is the template key in the first operation information, and the key duration of the actual key is greater than or equal to the key duration of the target key in the first operation information, it can be determined that the second operation information matches the first operation information. When the second operation information is matched with the first operation information, the remote controller can switch the transmission format of the remote controller into a second format.
In addition, after the remote controller determines the target air conditioner, information whether the target air conditioner is controlled independently can be displayed, if the user agrees to control the target air conditioner independently, the remote controller sends an instruction to the target air conditioner through the communication module, and first operation information corresponding to the second format is obtained and switched to.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the remote controller acquires first operation information switched to the first format and outputs the first operation information so that a user can switch the transmission format of the remote controller to the first format according to the first operation information, when the remote controller detects a key operation based on the first operation information, the remote controller acquires second operation information corresponding to the key operation, and when the second operation information matches the first operation information, the remote controller switches the transmission format of the remote control code to the first format, so that the user can individually control the air conditioner to be controlled through the remote controller.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, before the step S40, the method further includes:
step S70, determining a target key in each key on the remote controller;
step S80, setting first operation information corresponding to the target key, and storing the first operation information in association with the first format of the remote control code.
In this embodiment, the remote controller may set the first operation information switched to the first format. Specifically, the remote controller determines a target key among keys on the remote controller, and the remote controller may randomly select the target key or select an idle key as the target key. An idle key means that the manufacturer does not configure instructions for the key, which is a spare key. Alternatively, the remote controller may select a key with a smaller number of associated instructions as the target key.
After the remote controller determines the target key, the remote controller sets first operation information for the target key, and finally stores the first operation information and the first format in a correlation mode. The first operation information is the key pressing time length of the target keys, the key pressing compartment time length among the target keys, or the key pressing time length of the target keys and the key pressing interval time length among the target keys.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the remote controller determines a target key among the keys, sets first operation information corresponding to the target key, and finally stores the first operation information in association with the first format of the remote control code, so that the remote controller outputs the operation information switched to the first format to allow a user to switch the sending format of the remote control code to the first format, thereby implementing individual control of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a fourth embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to third embodiments, the step S10 includes:
step S11, the remote controller sends the remote control code of the second format to the air conditioner;
step S12, receiving response information fed back by the air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner feeds back the response information to the remote controller after receiving the remote control code in the second format;
and step S13, when the number of the response messages is multiple, determining the target air conditioner from among the air conditioners corresponding to the response messages.
In this embodiment, the remote controller transmits the remote control code of the second format to the air conditioner. After receiving the remote control code, the air conditioner feeds back response information to the remote controller, namely, the information that the air conditioner has received and responded to the remote control code is sent to the remote controller. The second format may be a default format. If the air conditioner receives the remote control code, the air conditioner feeds back response information to the remote controller.
After the remote controller sends the remote control codes in the second format, the number of the received response messages is counted in a period of time. If the number is more than one, it indicates that a plurality of air conditioners respond to the remote control code of the second format at the same time, and the air conditioners may respond to the remote control code by mistake.
The remote controller determines a target air conditioner at the air conditioner corresponding to each response message. Specifically, the remote controller can be provided with an orientation sensor and a positioning module, the remote controller can determine the direction of the remote controller through the orientation sensor, the direction of the head of the remote controller is determined through the sending direction of remote control codes of the remote controller, and the remote controller positions the position of the remote controller through the positioning module. The remote controller can store the positions of all the air conditioners, and the remote controller can determine the air conditioner pointed by the head of the remote controller according to the pointing direction and the positions of all the air conditioners. The air conditioner pointed by the head of the remote controller is a target air conditioner which is required to be controlled by the remote controller.
Further, when the remote controller counts that the number of the response information is multiple, the remote controller can determine that a plurality of air conditioners meet the command of the remote controller at the same time. The remote controller outputs inquiry information on whether to individually control the air conditioners through the display screen, that is, a target air conditioner to be individually controlled is determined and selected by the user.
And if the operation of the confirmation key is detected, the first confirmation operation starting based on the inquiry information can be detected. And after determining the first determination operation, the remote controller outputs a selection interface, wherein the selection interface comprises information of the air conditioner corresponding to each response message. For example, the names of the respective air conditioners and the location of each air conditioner are displayed on the selection interface.
The user can select the air conditioner desired to be controlled on the selection interface. The display screen may be touch-sensitive or non-touch-sensitive. When the display screen is not a touch screen, the air conditioner needing to be controlled independently can be selected through the direction keys, and when the determination key is pressed down, the remote controller can determine that a second determination operation based on the selection interface is detected, and at the moment, the selected air conditioner is determined to be used as the target air conditioner according to the second determination operation. And if the display screen is a touch screen and if the double-click operation of a certain area is detected, determining that a second determination operation based on the selection interface is detected, and determining the air conditioner corresponding to the area as a target air conditioner by the remote controller.
It is understood that the air conditioner outputs inquiry information whether to control the air conditioner alone; when a first determination operation triggered based on the inquiry information is detected, outputting a selection interface, wherein the selection interface comprises an air conditioner corresponding to each response message; and when a second determination operation based on the selection interface is detected, determining the selected air conditioner as the target air conditioner according to the second determination operation.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the remote controller sends the remote controller in the second format to the air conditioner, so as to determine whether a plurality of air conditioner response remote control codes exist, and if the plurality of air conditioner response remote control codes exist, the remote controller further determines the target air conditioner, thereby saving the computing resources of the remote controller.
In one embodiment, after step S10, the remote controller configures a first format for the remote control codes; and generating an instruction for switching the remote control code format according to the first format, and executing the step of sending the instruction for switching the remote control code format to the target air conditioner.
Specifically, a plurality of sets of remote control codes can be stored in the remote controller, that is, the transmission format of the remote controller is various. In fact, since the same type of air conditioners installed in a place and a room are not determined by a manufacturer, there may be a case where the number of the same type of air conditioners in the place is greater than the number of the formats of the remote control codes in the remote controller, and the remote controller may configure the formats of the remote control codes as required without configuring a plurality of sets of remote control codes in advance.
After the remote controller determines a target remote controller, a first format is configured for the remote control code, namely a character string of the head part of the remote control code is configured in the remote controller, an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code is generated according to the character string, and the instruction comprises the character string of the head part of the remote control code. After the air conditioner receives the command, the command is analyzed to obtain a character string, and the character string corresponding to the current format of the remote control code is changed into the received character string by the air conditioner.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the remote controller determines a target air conditioner in each air conditioner, the remote controller configures the first format for the remote control code, so as to produce an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code according to the first format, so that after the air conditioner receives the instruction, the receiving format of the remote control code is switched to the first format in the instruction, and thus the remote controller controls the air conditioner independently.
The invention also discloses a control method of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S100, a target air conditioner receives a command for switching remote control code formats sent by a remote controller, wherein the remote controller sends the command for switching the remote control code formats to the target air conditioner after determining the target air conditioner in each air conditioner, and switches the sending formats of the remote control codes into a first format;
and step S110, switching the receiving format of the remote control codes into a first format according to the instruction, wherein the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control codes of other air conditioners, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner.
In the present embodiment, the execution body is an air conditioner.
In this embodiment, the remote controller and the air conditioner are provided with a communication module, and the remote controller and the air conditioner can perform two-way communication through the communication module. In addition, the remote controller can be also provided with an infrared transmitting module for transmitting the remote control code, namely the remote control code can be received by the air conditioner in the form of infrared light. The air conditioner can set the format of the received remote control code, namely the air conditioner sets the character string of the head of the received remote control code. When the air conditioner obtains the remote control code, the character string at the head of the remote control code is obtained, and if the character string is the character string set by the air conditioner, the air conditioner obtains the character string at the tail of the remote control code to finish receiving the remote control code. And if the character string of the head part of the remote controller acquired by the air conditioner is not the character string set by the air conditioner, discarding the remote control code by the air conditioner.
The remote controller is provided with a display screen, and all air conditioners in a home or an office can be displayed on the display screen. The user may select a target air conditioner among the air conditioners displayed on the display screen. Specifically, the remote controller displays a preset interface, and the preset interface comprises each air conditioner and the position of each air conditioner in a home or office. For example, the air conditioners in the left corner of the hall, the right corner of the hall and the bedroom are displayed on the preset interface. If the user needs to control the air conditioners independently, the target air conditioner is selected on the preset interface, namely when the remote controller detects the selected operation based on the preset interface, the air conditioner corresponding to the selected operation is used as the target air conditioner, and therefore the remote controller can determine the target air conditioner on the plurality of air conditioners.
The remote controller is provided with remote control codes, and the remote control codes are character strings consisting of numbers and letters. The character string of the remote control code is divided into two parts, one is a head part and the other is a tail part. The character string corresponding to the head is used for representing the format of the remote control code, and the character string corresponding to the tail is used for representing the instruction corresponding to the remote control code.
The remote controller stores an equipment identifier of the air conditioner, and the equipment identifier is associated with the position. After the remote controller determines the target air conditioner according to the position, the remote controller acquires the equipment identifier of the air conditioner and acquires the position associated with the equipment identifier. The remote controller sends an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code to a target air conditioner at the position, wherein the instruction carries a first format, so that the target air conditioner switches the current mode of the remote control code into the first format, namely the target air conditioner only receives the remote control code in the first format. It should be noted that the first format is specific to the target air conditioner, that is, the first format is different from the receiving formats of other air conditioners, so that the other air conditioners cannot receive the remote control code of the first format, and the remote controller realizes the individual control of the target air conditioner through the remote control code of the first format.

and executing the step of receiving a command for switching a remote control code format sent by the remote controller, wherein when the number of the received response messages is multiple, the remote controller determines a target air conditioner in the air conditioners corresponding to the response messages and sends the command for switching the remote control code format to the target air conditioner.

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a sixth embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S200, determining a target air conditioner in each air conditioner;
in the present embodiment, the execution subject is a control terminal or an air conditioner. The control terminal can be a mobile phone of a user, and a control program of the air conditioner is loaded on the mobile phone. The control terminal can also be a wire controller of each air conditioner in the family. The control terminal may also be a server.
The control terminal is provided with a display screen, and all air conditioners in a home or office can be displayed on the display screen. The user may select a target air conditioner among the air conditioners displayed on the display screen. Specifically, the control terminal displays a preset interface, and the preset interface comprises each air conditioner and the position of each air conditioner in a home or office. For example, the air conditioners in the left corner of the hall, the right corner of the hall and the bedroom are displayed on the preset interface. If the user needs to control the air conditioners independently, the target air conditioner is selected on the preset interface, namely when the control terminal detects the selected operation based on the preset interface, the air conditioner corresponding to the selected operation is used as the target air conditioner, and therefore the control terminal determines the target air conditioner on the plurality of air conditioners. Of course, each air conditioner displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner and the process of determining the target air conditioner in each air conditioner may refer to the control terminal to determine the target air conditioner, which is not described herein again.
Step S210, sending an instruction for switching a format of a remote control code to the target air conditioner, where the target air conditioner switches a receiving format of the remote control code to a first format according to the instruction, and sends information to a remote controller, so that the remote controller switches the sending format of the remote control code to the first format.
And after determining the target air conditioner, the control terminal or the air conditioner sends an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code to the target air conditioner. The instructions include a first format of remote control codes. The description of the remote control code and the first format refer to the above description.
And after the target air conditioner obtains the instruction, switching the receiving format of the remote control code into a first format, and sending information to the remote controller, wherein the information carries the first format, so that the format of the remote control code of the remote controller is switched into the first format. The target air conditioner may transmit information to the remote controller to which it is bound. The first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control codes of other air conditioners, so that the remote controller realizes the independent control of the target air conditioner through the remote control codes of the first format. The other air conditioner is an air conditioner other than the target air conditioner.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, an air conditioner or a control terminal determines a target air conditioner in each air conditioner, and then sends an instruction for switching a format of a remote control code to the target air conditioner, so that the target air conditioner switches a receiving format of the remote control code to a first format, and then sends information to a remote controller, so that a sending format of the remote control code of the remote controller is also switched to the first format. Because the control terminal or the air conditioner can configure the remote control codes with corresponding formats for the target air conditioner and the requirement, and the format configured for the target air conditioner is different from the formats of other air conditioners, the target air conditioner responds to the instruction of the remote controller and other air conditioners can not respond to the instruction sent by the remote controller, the condition that the other air conditioners respond to the remote control codes of the remote controller to operate when the remote controller controls the target air conditioner through the remote control codes is avoided, and the misoperation of the air conditioner is also avoided.
The invention also provides a control method of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a seventh embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S300, after the receiving format of the remote controller is determined to be switched to a first format, determining a target air conditioner corresponding to the first format in each air conditioner, wherein the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control codes of other air conditioners, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner;
in the present embodiment, the execution subject is a control terminal or an air conditioner. The control terminal can be a mobile phone of a user, and a control program of the air conditioner is loaded on the mobile phone. At this time, the air conditioner or the control terminal may determine that the receiving format of the remote controller is switched to the first format.
And the control terminal or the remote controller can determine the target air conditioner corresponding to the first format in each air conditioner according to the received first format and the target air conditioner.
Step S310, sending an instruction for switching a remote control code format to the target air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner switches the current format of the remote control code to the first format according to the instruction.
And after determining the target air conditioner, the control terminal or the air conditioner sends an instruction for switching the format of the remote control code to the target air conditioner. The instructions include a first format of remote control codes. The description of the remote control code and the first format refer to the above description.
And after the target air conditioner obtains the instruction, switching the receiving format of the remote control code into a first format, so that the remote controller realizes the independent control of the target air conditioner through the remote control code of the first format. The first format is different from a reception format of the remote control code of each of other air conditioners which are air conditioners other than the target air conditioner.

Claims (17)

1. A control method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the remote controller determines a target air conditioner in each air conditioner;
sending an instruction for switching remote control code formats to the target air conditioner, wherein when the target air conditioner receives the instruction, the target air conditioner switches the receiving format of the remote control codes into a first format, the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control codes of other air conditioners, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner;
and switching the sending format of the remote control code into a first format.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the command for switching the remote control code format to the target air conditioner is followed by further comprising:
acquiring first operation information corresponding to the first format and outputting the first operation information;
when detecting key operation triggered based on the first operation information, acquiring second operation information corresponding to the key operation;
and when the second operation information matches the first operation information, executing the step of switching the transmission format of the remote control code to the first format.
3. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring the first operation information corresponding to the switching to the first format further includes, before the step of acquiring the first operation information corresponding to the switching to the first format:
determining a target key in each key on the remote controller;
and setting first operation information corresponding to the target key, and storing the first operation information and the first format of the remote control code in a correlation manner.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first operation information includes a key press duration of the target key and/or a key press interval duration between the respective target keys.
5. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of the remote controller determining a target air conditioner among the respective air conditioners comprises:
the remote controller sends a remote control code of a second format to the air conditioner;
receiving response information fed back by the air conditioner, wherein the response information is fed back to the remote controller after the air conditioner receives the remote control code in the second format;
and when the number of the response information is multiple, determining a target air conditioner in the air conditioners corresponding to the response information.
6. The method of controlling an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the step of determining a target air conditioner among the air conditioners corresponding to the respective response messages includes:
outputting inquiry information whether to control the air conditioner independently;
when a first determination operation triggered based on the inquiry information is detected, outputting a selection interface, wherein the selection interface comprises an air conditioner corresponding to each response message;
and when a second determination operation based on the selection interface is detected, determining the selected air conditioner as a target air conditioner according to the second determination operation.
7. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the remote controller further comprises, after the step of determining the target air conditioner among the respective air conditioners:
configuring a first format for the remote control code;
and generating a command for switching the remote control code format according to the first format, and executing the step of sending the command for switching the remote control code format to the target air conditioner.
8. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of switching the transmission format of the remote control code to the first format further comprises, after the step of switching the transmission format of the remote control code to the first format:
and displaying the air conditioner currently controlled by the remote controller and the current sending format of the remote control code.
9. A control method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a target air conditioner receives a command for switching remote control code formats sent by a remote controller, wherein the remote controller sends the command for switching the remote control code formats to the target air conditioner after determining the target air conditioner in each air conditioner, and switches the sending formats of the remote control codes into a first format;
and switching the receiving format of the remote control codes into a first format according to the instruction, wherein the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control codes of other air conditioners, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of the target air conditioner receiving the command for switching the remote control code format from the remote controller is preceded by the step of:
the target air conditioner sends response information to the remote controller, wherein after each air conditioner receives the remote control code of the second format sent by the remote controller, each air conditioner sends response information to the remote control code;
and executing the step of receiving a command for switching a remote control code format sent by the remote controller, wherein when the number of the received response messages is multiple, the remote controller determines a target air conditioner in the air conditioners corresponding to the response messages and sends the command for switching the remote control code format to the target air conditioner.
11. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the step of switching the reception format of the remote control code to the first format further comprises, after the step of switching the reception format of the remote control code to the first format:
and displaying the current receiving format of the remote control code.
12. A control method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a target air conditioner in each air conditioner;
and sending an instruction for switching a remote control code format to the target air conditioner, wherein the target air conditioner switches the receiving format of the remote control code into a first format according to the instruction and sends information to a remote controller so that the remote controller switches the sending format of the remote control code into the first format, the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control code of each other air conditioner, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner.
13. A control method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the receiving format of the remote controller is determined to be switched to a first format, determining a target air conditioner corresponding to the first format in each air conditioner;
and sending an instruction for switching a remote control code format to the target air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner switches the current format of the remote control code into the first format according to the instruction, the first format is different from the receiving format of the remote control code of each other air conditioner, and the other air conditioners are air conditioners except the target air conditioner.
14. A remote controller characterized by comprising a memory, a processor, and a control program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the control program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

An air conditioner, characterized in that the air conditioner comprises a memory, a processor, and a control program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the control program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 9-13.

A control terminal, characterized in that the control terminal comprises a memory, a processor, and a control program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the control program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to claim 12 or 13.
17. A readable storage medium storing a control program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
