Structure 2: such as Chinese patent numbers: ZL 201802533588.0 discloses an air fryer, which is characterized in that when the air fryer works, heat generated by a heating pipe 72 is upwards pumped into a pan body by blades at the lower part of a fan 51, and then hot air flows through food at high speed by the blades at the upper part of the fan 51. The circulation of the high temperature gas stream is shown by the arrows in figure 6 of the drawings accompanying this patent specification: the high temperature air is thrown out by the rotating fan 51, enters the groove body 42 through the wind tunnel 44 and enters the gap a between the inner pot 2 and the outer pot 3 upwards. The air flow then enters the interior of the inner pan 2 through the air inlet 24, then downwardly leaves the inner pan 2 through the opening 26, and finally returns to the fan 51 again through the air vent 45 of the oil receiving box 4 and is thrown out by the fan 51. The food can be fried by hot air flow in such a way of circulating and reciprocating.
Structure 3: such as Chinese patent numbers: ZL 201520830023.5 discloses an air fryer, which comprises a machine body shell 1 with a hollow cavity and a machine head 2 provided with a heating pipe and a reflecting cover, wherein the machine head 2 is buckled on the machine body shell 1, a clasp 3 is arranged on the inner side wall of the machine head 2, a buckle position 4 matched with the clasp 3 is arranged on the inner side wall of the machine body shell 1, and the machine head 2 and the machine body shell 1 are connected by adopting the clasp and the buckle position 4 3, so that the machine head 2 can be very conveniently detached to clean the heating pipe, the reflecting cover and other parts.
Among the three searched structures, the structure 1 discloses the principle and the structure of a transmission air fryer, and hot air is blown from top to bottom and continuously circulates by a drawer-type structure, the motor, the fan blade, the air heating pipe and other parts are arranged above food, and the food is cooked by continuously contacting with the hot air in a circulating way; the structural layout of the structure 2 is opposite to that of the structure 1, specifically, components such as a heating pipe, a fan and the like of the structure 2 are arranged below food, hot air is blown from bottom to top and continuously circulates, and the hot air is continuously contacted with the food in a circulating manner to cook the food; although the two structures are different in layout, the two structures have the common characteristic that a containing basket or an inner pot for containing food is an independent part, the food is required to be taken out through the part when the food is taken, the food is required to be guided into tableware before being placed on a dining table, the operation is complicated, and in addition, a heating part, a fan blade and the like are generally inseparable, so that the cleaning is difficult; on the basis of the structures 1 and 2, the structure 3 is designed to be a structure in which the machine head and the machine body shell can be relatively separated, but the fastening structure is complex and is not easy to operate.
In order to solve the problems, the invention designs an innovative air frying machine for users to select on the basis of the structure and the mature heating principle of the existing air frying pan.

The invention aims to solve the existing problems and provides the air fried food processor which is simple and reasonable in structure, and the main machine and the chassis can be separated, so that the main machine and the chassis are convenient to clean and use; in addition, the main machine is connected with a cover body forming a food roasting and frying cavity, the combination of the cover body and the chassis forms the food roasting and frying cavity for storing food, hot air continuously circulates in the cavity to heat and cook the food, after the heating and frying, the main machine and the cover body are only needed to be removed, the food or the food stored by the basket is arranged on the chassis, and the chassis can be directly moved to a dining table for use due to the shape of the chassis is similar to that of other tableware; in addition, the cover body forming the food roasting and frying cavity can be separated randomly relative to the food, and does not interfere with the food, so that the food roasting and frying cavity has great progress compared with the prior art.

The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the air fried food processor has a simple and reasonable structure, the main machine and the chassis can be separated, the oil receiving groove and the oil leakage plate on the chassis can be freely cleaned, and if the main machine and the cover body are fixedly connected, the inner wall of the cover body and the separation net can be easily cleaned due to the large opening at the bottom of the cover body; if the main machine and the cover body are of a detachable structure, the main machine can be cleaned more easily on the basis of conveniently cleaning the cover body; finally, the host and the cover body are convenient to clean and more convenient to use.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an air frying food processor comprises a main machine 1, a control panel 12 is arranged on the main machine 1, a motor 2 and a heating body 3 are arranged in the main machine 1, a fan 4 is connected to the output end 201 of the motor 2, and the control panel 12 is respectively electrically connected with the motor 2, the heating body 3 or other temperature sensors or electronic elements, and is characterized in that the bottom of the main machine 1 is connected with a cover body 5 extending downwards, the lower opening 502 of the cover body 5 is supported by a chassis 6, the main machine 1 and the cover body 5 are detachably arranged relative to the chassis 6, an oil leakage plate 11 on the chassis 6 and the inner wall of the cover body 5 form a food frying cavity 7, food is placed in the food frying cavity 7, and the fan 4 in the main machine 1 generates air flow to blow the heat of the heating body 3 to the food frying cavity 7 through the bottom of the main machine 1.
The food roasting and frying cavity 7 is completely formed in the cover body 5, the oil leaking plate 11 or other functional supporting plates are used as a plane at the bottom of the food roasting and frying cavity 7 and are used for supporting food or a basket or a string bag for loading food, and meanwhile, the food roasting and frying cavity 7 is provided with a three-dimensional space and extends along the height direction and can contain stacked food.
The machine 1 and the cover 5 can also be integrally connected.

The bottom of the main machine 1 is connected with a separation net 8, a separation perforation 801 is arranged on the separation net 8, and the fan 4 in the main machine 1 generates air flow to blow the heat of the heating body 3 to the food roasting and frying cavity 7 through the separation net 8; the separation net 8 serves as a barrier to separate the electric components from the food-frying chamber 7, but allows the hot air to circulate.
In the air-fried food processor of the embodiment, the main machine 1 and the chassis 6 can be separated, the chassis 6 can be free from electrical elements and can be freely cleaned, and if the main machine 1 and the cover body 5 are fixedly connected, the lower opening 502 of the cover body 5 is large, so that the main machine can easily extend into the inner wall of the cleaning cover body 5 and the separation net 8; if the main machine and the cover body 5 are of a detachable structure, the main machine 1 can be cleaned more easily on the basis of conveniently cleaning the cover body 5; finally, the main machine 1 and the cover body 5 are convenient to clean and more convenient to use.
In the air-fried food processor of the embodiment, the main machine 1 is connected with the cover body 5 which forms the food roasting cavity 7, the combination of the cover body 5 and the chassis 6 forms the food roasting cavity 7 for storing food, so that the food roasting cavity 7 has the condition of forming a closed space when in a working state, and the food is heated and cooked; when the air fryer is in a non-working state, the cover body 5 can be separated relative to the chassis 6, the food baking and frying cavity 7 disappears on the chassis 6, and the chassis 6 can support and bear food or food stored by the basket, so that the inherent collocation that the food cavity in the air fryer in the prior art cannot be changed and must coexist with the food is changed, and the technical difficulty in the prior art is broken through.
The working principle is as follows: the main machine 1 is connected with a cover body 5 which forms a food roasting and frying cavity 7, the combination of the cover body 5 and the chassis 6 forms the food roasting and frying cavity 7 for storing food, hot air is continuously circulated in the cavity to heat and cook the food, after the heating and frying, the main machine 1 and the cover body 5 are only needed to be taken off, the food or the food stored by the basket fryer is arranged on the chassis 6, and the chassis 6 is similar to other tableware in shape and can be directly moved to a dining table for use; in addition, the cover body 5 forming the food roasting and frying cavity 7 can be freely separated relative to the food, and does not interfere with the food, thereby having great progress compared with the prior art.
However, if a food basket or food carrying net is provided, the basket or net may be removably attached to the housing 5 to provide an alternative means of engaging the food with the food roasting chamber 7.
The separation net 8 is divided into two areas, namely an air inlet area 802 and an air return area 803, the fan 4 in the host 1 generates air flow to enable the heat of the heating body 3 to enter the food baking and frying cavity 7 from the separation perforation 801 of the air inlet area 802 and to return to the fan 4 from the separation perforation 801 of the air return area 803 after contacting with the food in the food baking and frying cavity 7; the structure is reasonable, and the work is stable; as shown in fig. 1, the dotted line represents the circulating flow direction of the hot air, and the shape of the fan 4 may be changed to reverse the flow direction or to change the flow direction to another shape, which is not described herein.
The heat shield 9 is arranged in the main machine 1, the heat shield 9 divides the interior of the main machine 1 into an upper cavity 101 and a lower cavity 102, the motor 2 is arranged in the upper cavity 101, the output end 201 of the motor 2 penetrates through the heat shield 9 and extends into the lower cavity 102 to be connected with the fan 4, and the heating body 3 is arranged in the lower cavity 102; reasonable structure and stable operation.
An output end 101 in the upper cavity 102 is connected with a heat radiation fan 10, and a heat radiation port (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the heat radiation fan 10 is arranged on the host 1; the heat dissipation structure belongs to the conventional technical means in the prior art, mainly plays a role in air pressure balance, and in addition, an air inlet can be further arranged on the host 1 and serves as a source of an air inlet end of the heat dissipation fan 10.
In the embodiment, the cover body 5 is a transparent glass body; the user can observe the cooking condition of the food in the food roasting and frying cavity 7 conveniently and adjust the cooking condition in time.
The cover 5 may also be a transparent non-metallic body or one of metallic bodies.
The main machine 1 is connected with a handle 103; the host 1 and the cover body 5 are conveniently detached relative to the chassis 6 by bare hands, and the host 1 and the cover body 5 are conveniently moved.
The chassis 6 is provided with a heat insulation layer 601, and the heat insulation layer 601 prevents the heat of the food roasting and frying cavity 7 from being transferred downwards; in order to ensure the safety of the use, the material of the base plate must be supported by a high temperature resistant material, in this embodiment, a heat insulation layer 601 is disposed on the base plate 6, the heat insulation layer may be a hollow structure or a solid heat insulation plate structure, the heat insulation plate is a material with a good heat insulation effect, in short, in the working state, the base plate 6 is the bottom of the food roasting and frying cavity 7, so the base plate 6 has a heat insulation function, which is a preferable and reasonable way in implementation.
An oil receiving groove 602 communicated with the food roasting and frying cavity 7 is formed in the base plate 6, an oil leakage plate 11 is connected above the oil receiving groove 602, the oil leakage plate 11 forms a supporting surface on the base plate 6 and has an oil leakage function, and grease drops on the oil receiving groove 602 to play a role in supporting food or loading food; the oil leakage plate 11 is provided with an oil leakage hole 1101, the oil leakage hole 1101 not only enables grease to fall into the oil receiving groove 602, but also enables hot air to be communicated with the food roasting cavity 7 to be received by the oil receiving groove 602, and air can conveniently flow back from the lower net.
The oil receiving groove 602 is an arc-shaped groove; the oil receiving groove 602 may be integrally formed on the chassis 6, or may be an independent fitting, facilitating grease pouring and cleaning.
The connection and matching of the host 1 and the cover 5 can be adhesive connection, or connector assembly connection, or detachable connection.
