Background
The packing paper is used for packing articles for daily use, school supplies, foods and other articles, and has the characteristics of certain water resistance, sanitation, sterility, delicacy and the like. The packaging paper needs to be dried in the production process, the drying operation refers to the process of drying paper pulp by a certain technical means to fix the paper pulp into a solid paperboard, the existing packaging paper often has some problems in the drying process, the paper pulp is often unevenly distributed in a container to cause the thickness of the processed paperboard to be inconsistent when being put into the container for drying, and the packaging paper is very easy to deform in the drying process, so that the attractiveness and the quality of the packaging paper are affected.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide a drying device for producing packaging paper, in order to solve the technical problem, the basic concept of the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a drying device for packaging paper production comprises a machine body and a rotating door, wherein a drying box is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the machine body, the left side and the right side above the drying box are both connected with a baffle plate, a top open type bearing box is arranged between the two baffle plates, two fixed plates are also connected between the two baffle plates, a rectangular sliding groove is arranged between the two fixed plates, a slide bar is arranged in the rectangular sliding groove, a roller is arranged on the slide bar, two ends of the slide bar are both connected with two steel wire ropes, one end of the steel wire rope far away from the sliding rod is respectively connected to motor output shafts arranged on two sides of the bottom of the inner side of the machine body, a guide pipe is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the machine body, a plurality of branch pipes are connected below the guide pipe, both ends of the conduit are connected with trapezoidal funnels, and the top of the inner side of the machine body is also provided with an air drying device.
The air drying device comprises a fan, a cylinder and an electric heating wire, the cylinder is connected to the top of the inner side of the machine body, the electric heating wire is arranged at the lower end of the inner portion of the cylinder, and the fan is installed on the wall of the top shell of the inner side of the machine body.
The upper end of the container is provided with a fixing net in a bolt connection mode.
The electric heating wire is electrically connected with a first control host above the left side of the machine body through a built-in lead, and the motor is electrically connected with a second control host above the right side of the machine body through a built-in lead.
The drying box is hollow, a heating pipe is placed in a hollow layer of the drying box, and the heating pipe is electrically connected with a first control host above the left side of the machine body through a conducting wire.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
The invention solves the problem of uneven distribution of paper pulp when the paper pulp is poured into a container for drying in the prior art, when a motor works, an output shaft of the motor rotates, an output shaft of the motor is connected with a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is connected with a sliding rod, the sliding rod can move left and right in a rectangular sliding groove of a fixed plate through the rotation of the output shaft of the motor, and the sliding rod is provided with a roller, so that the paper pulp can be uniformly compacted in the drying process, and the dried paper board has a smooth and complete surface and is more attractive.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the drying device for producing packaging paper according to the embodiment includes a machine body 1 and a rotating door 5, a drying box 2 is disposed at the bottom of the inner side of the machine body 1, the drying box 2 is of a hollow structure, a baffle 3 is connected to each of the left and right sides of the upper side of the drying box 2, an open-top container 4 is disposed between the two baffles 3, two fixing plates 6 are further connected between the two baffles 3, two ends of the two fixing plates 6 are respectively connected to the inner sides of the two baffles 3 in parallel at the front and back positions, a rectangular chute 7 is further disposed between the two fixing plates 6, a sliding rod 8 is disposed in the rectangular chute 7, the diameter of the sliding rod 8 is matched with the height of the rectangular chute 7, the sliding rod 8 can move left and right in the rectangular chute 7, a roller 9 can be further rotatably disposed on the sliding rod 8, two ends of the sliding rod 8 are both connected with two steel wire ropes 10, one ends of two steel wire ropes 10 far away from the sliding rod 8 are respectively connected to output shafts of motors 11 arranged on two sides of the bottom of the inner side of the machine body 1, the motors 11 are electrically connected with a second control host 19 above the right side of the machine body 1 through built-in wires, the second control host 19 can control the two motors 11 to work, the sliding rod 8 moves left and right in the rectangular sliding chute 7 so as to roll left and right of the roller 9, so as to evenly compact paper pulp in the containing box 4, the upper end of the containing box 4 is provided with a fixed net 20 in a bolt connection mode, the upper surface of the fixed net 20 is contacted with the roller 9, the lower surface of the fixed net is tightly attached to the upper surfaces of the front, rear, left and right side walls of the containing box 4, the middle of the inner side of the machine body 1 is provided with a guide pipe 12, the lower part of the guide pipe 12 is connected with a plurality of branch pipes 13, two ends of the guide pipe 12 are respectively connected with trapezoidal funnels 14, and the paper pulp of the packing paper pulp is poured into the funnels 14, and the pulp can be injected into the housing box 4 through the guide duct 12 and the branch duct 13 and uniformly distributed in the housing box 4 by the left and right rolling of the drum 9.

The heating pipe 21 is placed in the hollow layer of the drying box 2, the heating pipe 21 is electrically connected with the first control host 18 above the left side of the machine body 1 through a conducting wire, the heating pipe 21 can heat the bottom of paper pulp, and the problem that the paper pulp in the lower part of the containing box 4 is poor in fixed forming effect due to the fan 15 and the heating wire 17 can be solved.
