Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of brewing equipment, in particular to fermentation equipment for brewing.
Background
The current white spirit brewing process is mainly divided into a plurality of steps, namely, high-quality sorghum corns, rice, glutinous rice, barley, buckwheat and the like are selected as raw materials, then the raw materials are steamed, the steamed raw materials are placed in a fermentation tank, and distiller's yeast is added for fermentation; the method is characterized in that organic matters such as glucose and the like are decomposed by microorganisms (such as saccharomycetes) under the anaerobic condition, and brewed white spirit is obtained by fermenting for a period of time on the basis of the principle that incomplete oxidation products such as alcohol, carbon dioxide and the like are generated, and then distilling. The brewed white spirit can be mellow after cellaring, and the taste can be richer by blending.
With respect to the related art in the above, the inventors found that there are the following drawbacks: when the steamed grains are fermented industrially, the grains are generally put into the fermentation tank at fixed points by adopting the material conveying mechanism, and the grains are stacked at the bottom of the fermentation tank in a fixed point putting mode due to the relatively large volume of the fermentation tank, so that the grains are difficult to uniformly scatter in the fermentation tank, and finally the stacked grains are difficult to fully contact with distiller's yeast, so that the fermentation efficiency and quality are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a brewing fermentation device, which aims to solve the problem that grains are easy to form accumulation at the bottom of a fermentation tank and are difficult to uniformly scatter in the fermentation tank.
The application provides fermentation equipment for brewing, which adopts the following technical scheme:
A fermentation device for brewing wine comprises a fermentation tank and a feeding mechanism for feeding materials into the fermentation tank; the screening disc is rotatably arranged in the fermentation tank and is close to the opening at the upper end of the fermentation tank, and the screening disc is coaxial with the fermentation tank; blanking holes which are distributed at intervals are communicated with the screening disc, a pushing disc which is close to the feeding mechanism is rotatably arranged on the screening disc, and the pushing disc is coaxial with the screening disc; a reversing mechanism is arranged on the central shafts of the screening disc and the pushing disc, one end of the reversing mechanism is linked with the screening disc, and the other end of the reversing mechanism is linked with the pushing disc; the reversing mechanism is used for driving the sieve and the pushing tray to reversely rotate, and a pushing plate extending to the upper part of the blanking hole is arranged on the pushing tray.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, after steamed cereal is sent out from feeding mechanism's discharge gate, most cereal will fall first on the screening dish, and along with the rotation of screening dish this moment, cereal will follow the screening dish and do circumferential rotation, and cereal will fall into the fermentation cylinder through the blanking hole that sets up on the screening dish when rotating, has effectively prevented under the effect of screening dish that cereal from forming the condition of piling up in the same place of fermentation cylinder and taking place for cereal can evenly scatter in the fermentation cylinder; thereby ensuring that grains in the fermentation tank can be fully contacted with distiller's yeast, and ensuring the fermentation efficiency and the quality of finished white spirit; in addition, as the pushing disc is opposite to the rotation direction of the screening disc under the action of the reversing mechanism, the grains falling onto the screening disc can be pushed into the blanking holes by the pushing plate arranged on the pushing disc during working, so that the grains can fall into the fermentation tank smoothly, the stacking probability of the grains on the screening disc is reduced, and the neatness, cleanness and sanitation of the surface of the screening disc can be ensured while the grain waste is reduced.

The lead screw 431 extends along the length direction of the push plate 41, the lower end of the scraping piece 42 is connected to the lead screw 431 in a threaded mode, and the upper end of the scraping piece 42 extends to the upper surface of the push plate 41 and is attached to the upper surface of the push plate 41. When the motor drives the screw 431 to rotate, the screw 431 drives the scraping member 42 to reciprocate back and forth along the length direction of the screw 431.
As shown in fig. 4, the side wall of the push plate 41 away from the reversing mechanism 5 is provided with a through-going blanking hole 44, and the blanking holes 44 are located on the sliding paths of the respective scraping members 42.
The embodiment of the application provides fermentation equipment for brewing, which comprises the following implementation principles: after the steamed grains are sent out from the discharge hole of the feeding mechanism 2, most grains fall onto the screening disc 3 at first, at this moment, the grains rotate circumferentially along with the screening disc 3, and the grains fall into the fermentation tank 1 through the blanking holes 31 formed in the screening disc 3 while rotating, so that the grains are effectively prevented from forming a pile-up at the same position of the fermentation tank 1 under the action of the screening disc 3, and the grains can uniformly scatter in the fermentation tank 1. Thereby ensuring that grains in the fermentation tank 1 can be fully contacted with distiller's yeast, and ensuring the fermentation efficiency and the quality of finished white spirit. In addition, as the pushing tray 4 is opposite to the rotation direction of the screening tray 3 under the action of the reversing mechanism 5, the grains falling onto the screening tray 3 can be pushed into the blanking hole 31 by the push plate 41 arranged on the pushing tray 4 during operation, so that the grains can fall into the fermentation tank 1 smoothly, the stacking probability of the grains on the screening tray 3 is reduced, and the neatness and the cleanness of the surface of the screening tray 3 can be ensured while the grain waste is reduced. In addition, the reversing mechanism 5 utilizes the mutual meshing cooperation among the reversing gear 53, the main gear 51 and the driven gear 52 to realize the reverse rotation of the screening disc 3 and the pushing disc 4, and simultaneously can drive the stirring rod 6 to stir the mixture in the fermentation tank 1, and only one group of driving sources are needed to realize the integral rotation, so that the whole working process is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
