Preferably, the fixed plate and the movable plate or the limiting block are provided with a second positioning groove and a second positioning protrusion extending into the second positioning groove at the adjacent surface. The fixed plate is matched with the movable plate or the limiting block to further limit the movement of the fixed plate, so that the volume and the shape of the containing cavity formed by the structural part meet the requirements. Meanwhile, the arrangement ensures that the upper end surface of the bottom plate does not need to be processed with a hole groove for limiting, so that the upper end surface of the bottom plate is inconvenient to be in a planar shape, and the structure of various structural parts is convenient.

The four fixing plates 5 include two first fixing plates 51 and two second fixing plates 52 and form a # -shaped structure, the first fixing plates 51 are provided with first matching grooves 53 which are upwardly opened and penetrate through the side walls at two opposite sides, the second fixing plates 52 are provided with second matching grooves 54 which are downwardly opened and penetrate through the side walls at two opposite sides, the end portions of the fixing plates 5 are close to the inner surface of the movable plate 4, and the surfaces of the fixing plates 5 and the movable plate 4 which are close to each other are provided with second positioning grooves 40 and second positioning protrusions 50 which extend into the second positioning grooves 40.
After the lost foam is molded, cold water is injected into the limiting block to cool the mold body and the lost foam, the mold body is jacked through a driver after cooling, then the second movable plate and the first movable plate are turned over in sequence, and finally the lost foam is taken out and then subsequent processes such as trimming, paint drying and the like are carried out. The invention has the advantage of convenient taking out of the lost foam.
Claims (10)
1. A lost foam mold is characterized by comprising a limiting block, a mold body and a driver, wherein the limiting block is provided with a first accommodating cavity with an upward opening, the mold body moves between the first accommodating cavity and the external space under the action of the driver, the mold body comprises a lifting plate, a movable plate is hinged to the edge of the lifting plate, a fixed plate is arranged on the upper side of the lifting plate, a structural part with an enclosed cross section is formed by the fixed plate and the movable plate, and the structural part is upward opened and is provided with a second accommodating cavity; when the die body is positioned in the first accommodating cavity, the inner wall of the limiting block limits the movable plate to turn over.

3. A mold for a lost foam according to claim 1, wherein hinges for hinge are provided at the lower end surface of the movable plate and the lower end surface of the lifting plate.

A mold for a disappearing mold as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting plate is a square plate, the lifting plate is provided with one of the movable plates around, and the four movable plates include two first movable plates and two second movable plates, the first movable plate is located between the ends of the two second movable plates, the surfaces of the first movable plates adjacent to the second movable plates are provided with first positioning grooves and first positioning protrusions extending into the first positioning grooves, and when the first movable plates are perpendicular to the second movable plates, the first positioning protrusions extend into the first positioning grooves.

7. A mold for a lost foam according to claim 1, wherein the movable plate and the stopper have third positioning grooves and third positioning protrusions extending into the third positioning grooves on their surfaces adjacent to each other.
8. A mold for a lost foam according to claim 1, wherein the stopper has a cross section deviating from the lower end thereof in a surrounding shape.

A lost foam mold according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is formed with a cooling cavity, the cooling cavity includes a first cavity for surrounding the outer side of the mold body in the circumferential direction and a second cavity located at the lower side of the mold body, an inlet communicating with the cooling cavity is provided at the upper end of the stopper, and an outlet communicating with the cooling cavity is provided at the lower end of the stopper.
