The composition mechanism of the corrugated paper printing production linkage line generally comprises a paper feeding unit, a plurality of printing units, a slotting unit, a die cutting unit and the like, wherein the units work together in a unified and coordinated manner under the action of a power system and a transmission system, and a series of processing operations such as paper feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting and the like of corrugated paper boards are completed together. In the printing production process of corrugated boards, when the corrugated boards pass through a grooving process, more scraps are often generated, and even the scraps are easy to embed into a grooving cutter to influence the grooving operation of the follow-up corrugated boards, so that the follow-up processing quality is not influenced, and the scraps removal and waste removal work is usually needed in time. At present, the common chip removing mode is to add components such as an air pipe on a corresponding unit module, and to clean the chip by blowing air flow, but the chip removing mode is found in the actual production and application process: (1) The scrap removing and waste removing effects of the treatment mode are not ideal, the gas purging can only clean some lighter scraps floating on the surface of the corrugated board, the mode is difficult to clean up for the scraps with larger weight or adhered to the surface of the corrugated board, the scraps in the embedded slotting cutter are more difficult to clean up, at present, the problem is solved by stopping cleaning through manual intervention, and the production efficiency of a printing production line is greatly influenced.
