The drilling device for machining the bearing comprises a workbench (1), wherein a working groove (101) is formed in the top of the workbench (1), and is characterized in that a clamping mechanism (2) for clamping the bearing is arranged in the working groove (101), a drilling mechanism (3) for drilling the bearing is arranged on one side of the top of the workbench (1), a cleaning mechanism (4) for cooling and cleaning the bearing is arranged on the other side of the top of the workbench (1), the drilling mechanism (3) comprises two first supporting plates (301) fixed with the top of the workbench (1), a moving seat (302) is fixed between the top ends of the two first supporting plates (301), a sliding groove (303) is formed in one side, close to the clamping mechanism (2), of the moving seat (302), a moving plate (304) is connected to the sliding groove (303), a turnover motor (306) is fixed on the top of the moving plate (304), the output end of the turnover motor (306) penetrates through the moving plate (304) and is fixed with a second supporting plate (307), the bottom of the second supporting plate (307) is fixed with a lifting cylinder (308), the output end of the lifting cylinder (308) is fixed with a turnover plate (309), two ends of the top of the turnover plate (309) are respectively fixed with a drilling motor and a polishing motor, the output end of the drilling motor penetrates through the turnover plate (309) and is fixed with a drill bit (310), and the output end of the polishing motor penetrates through the turnover plate (309) and is fixed with a polishing roller (311).

The drilling device for machining the bearing is characterized in that a plurality of through holes (102) are formed in the bottom of the working groove (101), a filter plate (103) is arranged inside the working table (1), and the side surface of the filter plate (103) is fixed with the inner side surface of the working table (1).

The drilling device for machining the bearing is characterized in that the clamping mechanism (2) comprises a bottom plate (201) fixed to the bottom end inside the working groove (101), a first side plate (202) and a second side plate (203) are respectively fixed to two ends of the top of the bottom plate (201), a sliding rail (204) is arranged on the top of the bottom plate (201), and a movable side plate (205) is connected to the sliding rail (204) in a sliding mode.

The drilling device for machining the bearing, according to claim 3, characterized in that a first lead screw (206) penetrates through the surface of the first side plate (202), the first lead screw (206) is in threaded connection with the first side plate (202), one end of the first lead screw (206) is rotatably connected with one side of the movable side plate (205), rotating rods (208) are rotatably connected to the mutually adjacent sides of the second side plate (203) and the movable side plate (205), and clamping plates (209) are fixed to the mutually adjacent ends of the two rotating rods (208).

The drilling device for machining the bearing is characterized in that a rotating motor (210) is fixed to one end, away from the rotating rod (208), of the second side plate (203), and one end, away from the rotating rod (208), of the rotating rod (208) on the second side plate (203) penetrates through the second side plate (203) and is fixed to the output end of the rotating motor (210).

The drilling device for machining the bearing is characterized in that a moving motor (305) is fixed at one end of the moving seat (302), the output end of the moving motor (305) penetrates through the moving seat (302) and is fixed with a second screw rod, and one side of the moving plate (304) penetrates through the sliding groove (303) through a fixing plate and is in threaded connection with the second screw rod.

The drilling device for machining the bearing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism (4) comprises two third support plates (401) fixed to the top of the workbench (1), a rotating column is rotatably connected to one side, close to each other, of each of the two third support plates (401), a cleaning pipe (402) is fixed between one ends, close to each other, of the two rotating columns, and a plurality of uniformly distributed spraying pipes (403) are fixed to one side, close to the clamping mechanism (2), of each cleaning pipe (402).

A drilling device for machining a bearing according to claim 7, characterized in that a water suction pump (405) is fixed on one side of the outer portion of the workbench (1), the input end of the water suction pump (405) is communicated with the inner portion of the workbench (1), the input end of the water suction pump (405) is located below the filter plate (103), and a connecting hose (406) is connected between the output end of the water suction pump (405) and the cleaning pipe (402).
