The lung ventilating and regulating particles prepared in examples 1 to 3 and commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles (or lung ventilating and regulating pills) were administered to 400 patients with wind-cold type common cold randomly divided into 4 groups. 9g of the lung ventilating and regulating granules prepared in the examples 1 to 3 is taken every time, and 2 times a day; the commercially available lung-ventilating and regulating granules (or lung-ventilating and regulating pills) are taken according to the dosage of the medicament application. Statistical data show that the symptom improvement time of patients taking the lung ventilating and regulating particles prepared in the embodiments 1-3 is earlier than that of the commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles, and the treatment effective rate is slightly higher than that of the commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles.
Based on the above, the invention has the advantages that the existing formula for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is changed, and sucrose does not need to be additionally added in the process of preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi, so that the influence of temperature on the drug effect of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, the cost for purchasing the sucrose is saved, the cost for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, meanwhile, the tangerine peel and the red dates are decocted to obtain the sugar-containing liquid, then, the sugar-containing liquid is used for preparing the granules for reducing the influence of the temperature on the drug effect of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi, the use of the sucrose is avoided, one of the steps for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi have certain sweet taste, so that the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung are suitable for different age groups, and the practicability of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi.

A lung ventilating and regulating granule comprises the following components: perilla leaf, radix peucedani, orange ridge, bitter apricot seed, ephedra herb, liquorice, pinellia tuber, tuckahoe, bitter orange, baical skullcap root, tangerine peel and red date, and is characterized in that: the weight parts of the components are respectively as follows: 130 parts of 120-plus perilla leaves, 80-90 parts of radix peucedani, 95-110 parts of orange ridge, 50-60 parts of bitter apricot seeds, 95-110 parts of ephedra, 30-40 parts of liquorice, 50-70 parts of pinellia, 70-80 parts of poria cocos, 70-80 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 100-plus 120 parts of dried orange peel and 20-30 parts of red dates.

in the fourth step, the dried orange peel and the red dates weighed in the first step are placed in a decocting pot for decoction treatment, and then a sugar-containing liquid is obtained by utilizing a filter screen for later use;
in the fifth step, the total filtrate obtained in the third step is placed in a concentration tank to be concentrated into thick paste with the relative density of 1.24-1.29; then the thick paste is put into the sugar-containing liquid prepared and formed in the fourth step, and then heating treatment is carried out;
and in the sixth step, the heating material heated in the fifth step is prepared by a wet method, and then the drying is carried out to obtain the finished product lung ventilating and regulating particles.
