in the first step, firstly, 130 parts of perilla leaves, 80-90 parts of radix peucedani, 95-110 parts of orange ridge, 50-60 parts of bitter apricot seeds, 95-110 parts of ephedra, 30-40 parts of liquorice, 50-70 parts of pinellia ternate, 70-80 parts of poria cocos, 70-80 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 100 parts of dried orange peels and 20-30 parts of red dates are respectively weighed according to the parts by weight of the components for later use;
in the second step, the perilla leaves, the radix peucedani, the orange ridges, the bitter almonds, the ephedra, the liquorice, the pinellia ternate, the poria cocos, the fructus aurantii and the scutellaria baicalensis weighed in the first step are placed in a grinder to be ground to obtain ground materials;
in the third step, the crushed material obtained in the second step is placed in a decocting pot for first decocting treatment, the temperature in the first decocting process is 80-90 ℃, the first decocting time is 2-3 hours, after the decocting is finished, primary filtrate can be filtered by using a filter screen, then purified water is added into the decocting pot for decocting (boiling) treatment again, the second decocting time is 3-4 hours, after the decocting is finished, secondary filtrate can be filtered by using the filter screen, and then the primary filtrate and the secondary filtrate are mixed to obtain total filtrate for later use;
in the fourth step, the dried orange peel and the red dates weighed in the first step are placed in a decocting pot for decoction treatment, and then a sugar-containing liquid is obtained by utilizing a filter screen for later use;
in the fifth step, the total filtrate obtained in the third step is placed in a concentration tank to be concentrated into thick paste with the relative density of 1.24-1.29; then the thick paste is put into the sugar-containing liquid prepared and formed in the fourth step, and then heating treatment is carried out;
and in the sixth step, the heating material heated in the fifth step is prepared by a wet method, and then the drying is carried out to obtain the finished product lung ventilating and regulating particles.
Preferably, in the step one, the precision of the selected weighing device is 0.01g, and the weighed raw materials all complete the steps of selection, washing, cutting, processing and drying of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
Preferably, in the second step, the particle size of the crushed particles is 0.5-1 cm.
Preferably, in the third step, the crushed materials are periodically stirred in each decocting process, and the time interval of each stirring is 10-20 min.
Preferably, in the fourth step, the solid-liquid weight ratio in the decocting pot is 1: 4-5, the dried orange peel and the red dates need to be stirred regularly in the decocting process, and the decocting treatment can be stopped when the solid-liquid ratio in the decocting pot is 1: 1-1.5.
Preferably, in the fifth step, the heating temperature is 50-60 ℃, the heating material is continuously stirred in the heating process, and the heating and stirring can be stopped when the heating and stirring time reaches 20-30 min.
In the third step of the preparation process, the first decoction belongs to low-temperature decoction, the second decoction belongs to boiling long-time decoction, the temperature and the time of the two times of decoction are different, and the extracted components are also different. Wherein the second boiling for a long time destroys the plant cells of the decoction pieces and increases the increase of the tiny (filterable) insoluble components in the liquid medicine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, in the process of preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung, the addition of sucrose is not required, so that the influence of temperature on the drug effect of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung is reduced, the use of sucrose is avoided, the cost for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung is reduced, meanwhile, in the process of preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung, the tangerine peel and the red date are subjected to cooking treatment to obtain the sugar-containing liquid, and then the sugar-containing liquid is put into the total filtrate to prepare the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung, so that the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung have certain sweet taste under the condition of not additionally adding sucrose, and therefore, the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung are suitable for different age groups, and the practicability of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung is improved.

The granules for promoting the dispersing function of the lung obtained in the above examples are respectively eaten by patients suffering from nasal obstruction and nasal discharge for three days, and then the condition of the patients after eating the granules for promoting the dispersing function of the lung is counted as follows:
the condition of the patients after eating
Example 1 The nasal obstruction and nasal discharge condition are obviously improved
Example 2 The nasal obstruction and nasal discharge condition are obviously improved
Example 3 The nasal obstruction and nasal discharge condition are obviously improved
The lung ventilating and regulating particles prepared in examples 1 to 3 and commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles (or lung ventilating and regulating pills) were administered to 400 patients with wind-cold type common cold randomly divided into 4 groups. 9g of the lung ventilating and regulating granules prepared in the examples 1 to 3 is taken every time, and 2 times a day; the commercially available lung-ventilating and regulating granules (or lung-ventilating and regulating pills) are taken according to the dosage of the medicament application. Statistical data show that the symptom improvement time of patients taking the lung ventilating and regulating particles prepared in the embodiments 1-3 is earlier than that of the commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles, and the treatment effective rate is slightly higher than that of the commercially available lung ventilating and regulating particles.
Based on the above, the invention has the advantages that the existing formula for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is changed, and sucrose does not need to be additionally added in the process of preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi, so that the influence of temperature on the drug effect of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, the cost for purchasing the sucrose is saved, the cost for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, meanwhile, the tangerine peel and the red dates are decocted to obtain the sugar-containing liquid, then, the sugar-containing liquid is used for preparing the granules for reducing the influence of the temperature on the drug effect of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi, the use of the sucrose is avoided, one of the steps for preparing the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi is reduced, the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi have certain sweet taste, so that the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the lung are suitable for different age groups, and the practicability of the granules for promoting the circulation of qi and regulating the flow of qi.
