Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, two fixing blocks 27 are fixedly mounted on the top surface of the belt conveyor 4, a screening plate 28 is fixedly connected between the two fixing blocks 27, a screening groove 29 is formed in the top surface of the screening plate 28, a filtering net 30 is fixedly mounted inside the screening groove 29, two vibrating motors 31 are fixedly mounted on one side inside the screening groove 29, the vibrating motors 31 are movably connected with the filtering net 30, by arranging the filtering net 30, after the manufactured cat litter is conveyed out by the granulator 3, the cat litter passes through the filtering net 30, the small cat litter is filtered into the screening groove 29, the quality of the finished cat litter is improved, the vibrating motors 31 are arranged at the bottom end of the filtering net 30, the vibrating filtering net 30 can vibrate dust stained on the cat litter, so as to reduce the problem that the cat litter is easy to dust when in use, a collecting port 33 is formed in one side of the screening plate 28, and the collecting port 33 is communicated with the screening groove 29, collecting plate 34 has been cup jointed in the inside activity of collecting port 33, and the top surface fixed mounting of screening plate 28 has baffle 32, through setting up baffle 32, prevents that the cat litter from dropping to filter screen 30 on granulator 3 when, is dropped outside band conveyer 4 by the vibration.
Referring to fig. 2, detection port 36 has been seted up to the top surface of stoving storehouse 5, the inside fixed mounting of detection port 36 has temperature sensor 37, one side fixed mounting of stoving storehouse 5 has temperature controller 38, temperature controller 38 and temperature sensor 37 electric connection, temperature controller 38 and air heater 6 electric connection, through setting up temperature controller 38, through the temperature in the temperature sensor 37 response stoving storehouse 5, the staff can set up minimum temperature on temperature controller 38, when the temperature in the stoving storehouse 5 is low excessively, temperature sensor 37 transmits for temperature controller 38, temperature controller 38 can control air heater 6 and increase wind-force, raise the temperature, make things convenient for the staff to dry the cat litter, do not need the manual work to adjust, reduce staff's work load.
The working principle is as follows: please refer to fig. 1-7, the worker places the raw material into the mixer 1, and transports the raw material into the granulator 3 after fully stirring to make cylindrical cat litter, so as to reduce the portability of the cat litter, the made cat litter is transported to the filter screen 30, the too small and too short cat litter falls under the filter screen 30, other cat litter falls on the belt conveyor 4, the belt conveyor 4 transports the cat litter into the drying chamber 5, the motor 26 is started to drive the swing block 20 to swing, the pull rod 15 pulls the drying plate 9 back and forth, the cat litter stacked on the drying plate 9 is shaken open, and the hot air blower 6 blows hot air into the drying chamber 5, so as to dry the cat litter.
