Background
In the traditional dyeing, the well-woven fabric (white blank) is dyed by a machine cylinder, and dyes and various dyeing auxiliaries are adopted to achieve the brightness of the color. Dyeing in a machine vat, wherein the machine vat is heated by steam and a large amount of water. The cloth in each cylinder needs to be processed for several hours in the cylinder after different time. After the cloth is dyed, a large amount of colored waste water in the machine cylinder needs to be discharged. Discharged wastewater is treated by wastewater, and once the discharged wastewater is not treated well, irreparable loss is caused to the ecological environment, namely, the current mechanical dyeing has high energy consumption and high cost and is not environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a novel dyeing all-in-one machine, which comprises a transmitter, a color fixing machine and a collecting box, wherein during dyeing, a white blank is guided into the transmitter from an opening on one side until the white blank reaches the position below a spray head, then an air pump in a rack is started to spray pigment out of the spray head to color the white blank, after the color is finished, the white blank is guided into the color fixing machine, then a fan at the top end is started to be connected with a power supply of an electric heating pipe, wind power generated by the fan is converted into hot air through the electric heating pipe to perform color fixing treatment on the pigment on the white blank, a finished product after the color fixing is collected in the collecting box, no waste water is generated in the whole process, the pigment is uniformly applied to a cloth surface, the dyeing is more than the traditional dyeing, the energy-saving and stable emission reduction are really achieved, the color fixing and the collecting and forming are greatly improved in working efficiency, so as to solve the problem that the energy consumption of the dyeing in the prior art is high, high cost and environmental unfriendliness.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions: a novel dyeing integrated machine comprises a transmitter, wherein a color fixing machine is arranged on one side of the transmitter, a collecting box is fixedly mounted on one side of the color fixing machine, the collecting box is fixedly mounted on the bottom ends of the transmitter and the color fixing machine, a top frame is arranged at the top end of the transmitter, bolts are inserted into four corners of the top frame, a rack is fixedly mounted at the top end of the top frame, an air pump is fixedly mounted inside the rack, an inner box is fixedly mounted at the top end of the transmitter, a plurality of spray heads are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the bottom end of the inner box, a fan is fixedly mounted at the top end of the color fixing machine, a mounting frame is fixedly mounted inside the color fixing machine, a plurality of electric heating tubes are fixedly mounted inside the mounting frame, resistance wires are fixedly mounted inside the electric heating tubes, and a motor is fixedly mounted at the front end of the collecting box, the winding device is characterized in that a winding shaft is arranged in the collecting box and is rotatably connected with the collecting box, two ends of the winding shaft are fixedly provided with a baffle, and an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with one end of the winding shaft.
Further, the equal fixed mounting in bottom of transmitter and fixation machine has the support frame, the top of transmitter is provided with the carousel, the carousel rotates with the transmitter to be connected.
Further, the opening has been seted up to the both sides of transmitter, the inside fixed mounting of transmitter has first deflector roll, the inside top that is located first deflector roll of transmitter is provided with the second deflector roll.
Further, the both sides of second deflector roll are provided with the slider, the second deflector roll passes through slider and transmitter sliding connection, the bottom fixed mounting of carousel has the screw rod, screw rod and slider threaded connection, the bottom fixed mounting of screw rod has first dog.
Further, an inner shaft is arranged inside the second guide roller, two ends of the inner shaft are fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the second guide roller is rotatably connected with the inner shaft.
Further, the inside of inner box is provided with the bin, the inside fixed mounting of inner box has a plurality of connecting pipes, the bottom and the shower nozzle of connecting pipe are linked together.
Further, a plurality of output tubes are fixedly mounted inside the storage box, and the connecting tubes are matched with the output tubes.
Furthermore, a first through hole is formed in the outer surface of the connecting pipe, a second through hole is formed in the outer surface of the output pipe, and the first through hole and the second through hole are the same in size.
Furthermore, a guide rod is fixedly installed inside the output tube, a second stop block is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the guide rod, and a spring is sleeved on the outer surface of the guide rod.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the guide rod is sleeved with a piston below the spring, the piston is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode, and the piston is made of rubber.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
1. by arranging the transmitter, the color fixing machine and the collecting box, when dyeing is carried out, the white blank is guided into the transmitter from an opening on one side until the white blank reaches the lower part of the spray head, then the air pump in the rack is started, pigment can be sprayed out from the spray head, the white blank is colored, after the coloring is finished, the white blank is guided into the color fixing machine, then the fan at the top end is started, the power supply of the electric heating pipe is switched on, wind power generated by the fan is converted into hot air through the electric heating pipe, the color fixing treatment is carried out on the pigment on the white blank, a finished product after the color fixing is collected in the collecting box, no wastewater exists in the whole process, color materials are reasonably and uniformly applied to the cloth surface, the stability type exceeds that of traditional dyeing, energy conservation and emission reduction are really realized, the coloring, the color fixing and the collecting are integrally formed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved;
2. through setting up the bin, the inner box, connecting pipe and output tube, when carrying out the material loading, the bin that will be equipped with pigment is put into the inner box, the connecting pipe of inner box can insert in the output tube of storing, the connecting pipe can upwards promote the inside piston of output tube along the guide arm, when the connecting pipe inserts the output tube completely, first through-hole on the connecting pipe corresponds with the second through-hole of output tube, when needs change pigment, take out the bin from the inner box, when the connecting pipe breaks away from the output tube, the spring can promote the piston downwards, close the second through-hole on output tube surface through the piston, then change the bin that is equipped with other pigments, avoid spending time to wash in the bin, greatly increased the efficiency that the device used.

The implementation scenario is specifically as follows: the invention fixes the traction part at the front end of the white blank on the surface of a winding shaft 32, then starts a motor 31, drives the white blank to be conveyed through the winding shaft 32, guides the white blank into a transmitter 1 from an opening 13 at one side until the white blank reaches the lower part of a spray head 43 when dyeing is carried out, then starts an air pump in a frame 41, increases the air pressure in a storage box 44, sprays pigment from the spray head 43 to color the white blank, can adjust the output power of the air pump according to the thickness of the white blank to ensure the coloring effect of the white blank, guides the white blank into a color fixing machine 2 after the color is finished, then starts a fan 41 at the top end, switches on a power supply of an electric heating tube 23, starts heating by a resistance wire in the electric heating tube 23, converts wind power generated by the fan 21 into hot wind through the electric heating tube 23 to carry out color fixing treatment on the pigment on the white blank, and collects a finished product after the color fixing in a collection box 3, whole process does not have waste water, with even being used in on the cloth cover of pigment, the stable form surpasss traditional dyeing, really accomplish energy saving and emission reduction, and color, fixation and collection integral type shaping, work efficiency is greatly improved, the white base is in transportation process, can pass from first deflector roll 14 and second deflector roll 15 earlier, flatten the white base, avoid the fold phenomenon to influence the effect of coloring, and can be according to the thickness of white base, adjust the distance between first deflector roll 14 and the second deflector roll 15, when adjusting, rotate the carousel 12 on transmitter 1 top, drive the screw rod 16 rotation of bottom through carousel 12, screw rod 16 and slider 17 threaded connection, drive second deflector roll 15 through slider 17 and slide from top to bottom along transmitter 1 inner wall, thereby adjust the distance between first deflector roll 14 and the second deflector roll 15, the suitability of device has been increased.
Referring to fig. 6-8 in the specification, in the novel dyeing all-in-one machine of this embodiment, a storage box 44 is disposed inside an inner box 42, a plurality of connection pipes 45 are fixedly mounted inside the inner box 42, the bottom ends of the connection pipes 45 are communicated with a spray head 43, a plurality of output pipes 46 are fixedly mounted inside the storage box 44, the connection pipes 45 are matched with the output pipes 46, a first through hole 451 is formed in the outer surface of the connection pipe 45, a second through hole 461 is formed in the outer surface of the output pipe 46, the first through hole 451 and the second through hole 461 have the same size, a guide rod 47 is fixedly mounted inside the output pipe 46, a second stopper 471 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the guide rod 47, a spring 48 is sleeved on the outer surface of the guide rod 47, a piston 49 is sleeved below the spring 48 on the outer surface of the guide rod 47, and the piston 49 is slidably connected with the guide rod 47, the piston 49 is made of rubber.
The implementation scenario is specifically as follows: when loading, the storage tank 44 with pigment is placed in the inner tank 42, the connecting pipe 45 of the inner tank 42 is inserted into the output pipe 46, the connecting pipe 45 pushes the piston 49 inside the output pipe 46 upwards along the guide rod 47, the inner spring 48 is pressed, when the connection pipe 45 is completely inserted into the output pipe 46, the first through hole 451 of the connection pipe 45 corresponds to the second through hole 461 of the output pipe 46, the connection pipe 45 communicates with the nozzle 43, the top frame 4 is then secured by the latch, the storage bin 44 is closed, and, when it is desired to change the paint, the storage bin 44 is removed from the inner bin 42, when the connection tube 45 is disconnected from the output tube 46, the spring 48 pushes the piston 49 downward, the second through hole 461 on the surface of the output tube is closed by the piston 49, the storage tank containing the other paint is then replaced, avoiding the time consuming cleaning of the interior of the storage tank 44, greatly increasing the efficiency of use of the device.
The working principle is as follows: referring to the attached fig. 1-5 of the specification, the traction part at the front end of the white blank is fixed on the surface of the winding shaft 32, then the motor 31 is started, the white blank is driven by the winding shaft 32 to be conveyed, in the dyeing, the blank is introduced into the emitter 1 from the one-side opening 13 until the blank reaches below the nozzle 43, then, by activating the air pump in the housing 41, the air pressure in the storage tank 44 is increased, the pigment is ejected from the ejection head 43, the white blank is colored, the output power of the air pump can be adjusted according to the thickness of the white blank, the coloring effect of the white blank is ensured, after finishing coloring, guiding the white blank into the color fixing machine 2, starting the fan 41 at the top end, connecting the power supply of the electric heating tube 23, starting heating by the resistance wire in the electric heating tube 23, converting the wind power generated by the fan 21 into hot wind through the electric heating tube 23, and (3) carrying out color fixing treatment on the pigment on the white blank, and collecting the finished product after color fixing in the collection box 3.
Referring to fig. 6-8 of the specification, when loading, the storage tank 44 containing the pigment is placed in the inner tank 42, the connecting pipe 45 of the inner tank 42 is inserted into the stored outlet pipe 46, the connecting pipe 45 pushes the piston 49 inside the outlet pipe 46 upwards along the guide rod 47 to press the spring 48 inside, when the connecting pipe 45 is completely inserted into the outlet pipe 46, the first through hole 451 on the connecting pipe 45 corresponds to the second through hole 461 of the outlet pipe 46, the connecting pipe 45 is communicated with the spray head 43, then the top frame 4 is fixed by the bolt, the storage tank 44 is closed, when the pigment needs to be replaced, the storage tank 44 is taken out of the inner tank 42, when the connecting pipe 45 is separated from the outlet pipe 46, the spring 48 pushes the piston 49 downwards, the second through hole 461 on the surface of the outlet pipe is closed by the piston 49, and then the storage tank containing other pigment is replaced.
