Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an intelligent charging method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The intelligent charging method of fig. 2 may be performed by the terminal device or the server of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent charging method includes:
s201, acquiring device information of a device to be charged when the charging current is detected, where the device information includes: charging protocols and electric quantity conditions of the equipment to be charged;
s202, charging the equipment to be charged according to a charging protocol and an electric quantity condition and a multi-level intelligent charging rule;
s203, in case that it is detected that the charging current becomes zero, the charging of the device to be charged is stopped.
The equipment to be charged can be a service robot applied to an office area, and the service robot can achieve the functions of goods distribution, garbage cleaning and the like. The charging protocol may be any one of the existing wired charging protocols or wireless charging protocols. The wireless charging protocol comprises the following steps: the Qi standard, Power Matters Alliance (PMA) standard, Alliance for Wireless Power (A4WP) standard, iNPOFi technology, Wi-Po technology, and the like. The execution main part of this disclosed embodiment can fill electric pile, fills the inside current sensor that has of electric pile, waits that the inside charging circuit of battery charging outfit has controllable switch.
When the charging equipment is connected to the charging pile or is close to the charging pile for a certain distance, the charging equipment receives a charging instruction and can open an internal charging circuit, and the charging pile can detect the existence of charging current (pulse of a charging circuit switch). If the charging circuit in the equipment to be charged is closed, the current sensor of the charging pile can also detect that the charging current is changed into 0, and at the moment, the charging of the equipment to be charged is stopped. Therefore, the equipment to be charged can turn on/off the charging circuit by specific pulses, and the charging current can be changed, so that the charging pile can sense the pulses of the charging circuit switch in the equipment to be charged. The pulses that the device to be charged turns on/off the charging circuit may be standard communications, such as serial ports, or custom versions. The information between the equipment to be charged and the charging pile can be transmitted in a form depending on the pulse width, the number of pulses, the number and the width combination of the pulses and the like. And meanwhile, the charging pile end can also be powered on/off in a pulse mode, and the equipment end to be charged detects the change of the output voltage of the charging pile through the voltage sensor to complete the transmission of information from the charging pile end to the charging equipment. The two communication paths (charging equipment- > charging pile and charging pile- > charging equipment) can be combined into a communication mode of a question answering mode.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the charging current is detected, the equipment information of the equipment to be charged is acquired, wherein the equipment information comprises: charging protocols and electric quantity conditions of the equipment to be charged; charging equipment to be charged according to a charging protocol and an electric quantity condition and a multi-level intelligent charging rule; in the case where it is detected that the charging current becomes zero, the charging of the device to be charged is stopped. By adopting the technical means, the problem that the charging speed cannot be flexibly adjusted when equipment is charged in the prior art can be solved, and the charging efficiency is further improved.
In step S201, in the case that the charging current is detected, device information of the device to be charged is acquired, wherein the device information includes: the charging protocol and the electric quantity condition of the equipment to be charged comprise: in a wired charging scene, detecting charging current in a charging line of equipment to be charged, and acquiring equipment information of the equipment to be charged when the charging current is detected to be larger than a preset threshold value from zero; under the wireless scene of charging, based on the electromagnetic induction principle, detect charging current in the electromagnetic induction coil, when detecting that charging current becomes to be greater than the circumstances that predetermines the threshold value from zero, obtain the equipment information of treating the battery charging outfit, wherein, the electric pile is filled to what the equipment of treating that the electromagnetic induction coil set up corresponds.
Charging of the device to be charged can be divided into a wired charging scenario and a wireless charging scenario. In a wired charging scene, detecting charging current in a connecting line between equipment to be charged and a charging pile, namely a charging circuit; in the wireless scene of charging, based on the electromagnetic induction principle, detect charging current in the electromagnetic induction coil that fills electric pile and set up. Thus, the pulse of the charging circuit is opened by the equipment to be charged, and the pulse can be detected by the charging pile side. In order to avoid interference, the embodiment of the present disclosure determines that the device to be charged needs to be charged when the current greater than the preset threshold is detected.
It should be noted that the charging circuit is a connection between the device to be charged and the charging pile, and the charging circuit is integrated in a circuit inside the device to be charged, and the charging circuit operates when the device to be charged is charged.
In step S202, according to the charging protocol and the electric quantity condition, the device to be charged is charged according to the multi-level intelligent charging rule, including: determining the highest charging power allowed by the equipment to be charged according to the charging protocol; when the electric quantity condition is in a first electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a second electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting first charging power, wherein the first charging power is lower than the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a third electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting second charging power, wherein the second charging power is lower than the first charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a fourth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting third charging power, wherein the third charging power is lower than the second charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a fifth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged in a trickle charge mode; the battery capacity of the device to be charged can be divided into a first electric quantity interval, a second electric quantity interval, a third electric quantity interval, a fourth electric quantity interval and a fifth electric quantity interval from zero to one hundred percent in sequence.
The existing intelligent charging method based on the charging protocol provided by some equipment suppliers can only realize the adjustment of the charging speed of the equipment to be charged in a large range, and the adjustment is not flexible. The embodiment of the disclosure provides a multi-level intelligent charging rule, which can adopt the most appropriate charging speed according to the real-time electric quantity of a device to be charged. The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a charging rule adjusted in five levels, which is, of course, only an optional embodiment, and may also be other charging rules adjusted in multiple levels.
In application, the speed of the equipment to be charged is found to be adjusted in five stages, and the battery of the equipment to be charged can be protected. For example, the battery capacity of the device to be charged can be divided into 0-30%, 30-50%, 50-80%, 80-95% and 95-100% in sequence from zero to one hundred%. 0-30% of the first electric quantity interval, 30-50% of the second electric quantity interval, 50-80% of the third electric quantity interval, 80-95% of the fourth electric quantity interval and 95-100% of the fifth electric quantity interval. The highest charging power is 120W, and when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 0-30%, the equipment to be charged is charged at the speed of 120W; when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 30-50%, charging at the speed of 100W; when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 50-80%, charging at the speed of 80W; when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 80-95%, charging at the speed of 60W; when the electric quantity condition of the equipment to be charged is 95-100%, the equipment to be charged is charged in a trickle charging mode. Trickle charging is a common means in the charging technology and is not described in detail.
In step S202, according to the charging protocol and the electric quantity condition, the device to be charged is charged according to the multi-level intelligent charging rule, including: judging whether the equipment to be charged needs emergency charging or non-emergency charging according to one or more equipment tasks of the equipment to be charged and the completion time corresponding to each equipment task, wherein the equipment information comprises: one or more device tasks of the device to be charged and the completion time corresponding to each device task; in the case where the device to be charged requires emergency charging: determining the highest charging power allowed by the equipment to be charged according to the charging protocol; when the electric quantity condition is in a first electric quantity interval and a second electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a third electric quantity interval and a fourth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting first charging power, wherein the first charging power is lower than the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a fifth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting second charging power, wherein the second charging power is lower than the first charging power; the battery capacity of the device to be charged can be divided into a first electric quantity interval, a second electric quantity interval, a third electric quantity interval, a fourth electric quantity interval and a fifth electric quantity interval from zero to one hundred percent in sequence.
The existing intelligent charging methods based on the charging protocol, which are provided by some equipment suppliers, can only realize the adjustment of the charging speed of the equipment to be charged in a large range, and once the intelligent charging methods are determined, the charging can only be carried out by using the charging speed corresponding to the intelligent charging methods under any situation. For example, the charging rate of the mobile phone is 66w, and according to the intelligent charging method provided by the mobile phone manufacturer, a special charging speed can not be adopted in an emergency. The disclosed embodiments provide a three-level regulated charging rule in the case where the device to be charged needs emergency charging. Of course, the three-level adjusted charging rule of the embodiment of the present disclosure is only an optional embodiment, and other multi-level adjusted charging rules may also be used in the case of emergency charging.
The highest charging power is 120W, and when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 0-50%, the equipment is charged at the speed of 120W; when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 50-95%, charging at the speed of 100W; when the electric quantity of the equipment to be charged is 95-100%, the equipment is charged at the speed of 80W.
Before step S202 is executed, that is, before the charging device is charged according to the charging protocol and the power condition and the multi-level intelligent charging rule, the method further includes: a charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an anti-static bypass in parallel, wherein the anti-static bypass is composed of diodes; the anti-static bypass is used for protecting the charging circuit when electrostatic discharge occurs.
The anti-static bypass is constructed according to the principle that the diode is turned on in the forward direction and turned off in the reverse direction. An increase in the reverse bias voltage of the diode causes avalanche breakdown of the diode, which is referred to as a clamping diode (Clamp). This is the theoretical basis required for designing electrostatic protection. The embodiment of the disclosure utilizes the reverse blocking characteristic to make the bypass in the off state during normal operation, and the bypass diode is subjected to avalanche breakdown when static electricity exists outside to form a bypass path to protect the internal circuit or the grid (charging circuit).
The breakdown of the PN junction of a diode is classified into two types, electrical breakdown and thermal breakdown, the electrical breakdown refers to avalanche breakdown (low concentration) and zener breakdown (high concentration), and the electrical breakdown is mainly that carriers collide and ionize to generate new electron-hole pairs (electron-holes), so that it is recoverable. Thermal breakdown is not recoverable, however, because the heat build-up causes the silicon (Si) to melt and burn out. Therefore, in order to control the current at the moment of conducting, a high resistance can be connected in series with the diode.
Before step S202 is executed, that is, before the charging device is charged according to the charging protocol and the power condition and the multi-level intelligent charging rule, the method further includes: the charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an overvoltage-preventing circuit in parallel, wherein the overvoltage-preventing circuit is sequentially composed of a forward biased diode, a reverse biased diode, a forward biased diode and a resistor; the overvoltage preventing circuit is used for preventing overvoltage of the charging circuit.
When the charging circuit is in overvoltage, the overvoltage preventing circuit is broken down to form a path, so that the charging circuit can be protected.
Before step S202 is executed, that is, before the charging device is charged according to the charging protocol and the power condition and the multi-level intelligent charging rule, the method further includes: the charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an overcurrent prevention circuit in series, wherein the overcurrent prevention circuit is composed of a self-recovery fuse; the overcurrent prevention circuit is used for preventing overcurrent of the charging circuit.
When the charging circuit is in overcurrent, the fuse is blown to protect the charging circuit. When the overcurrent disappears, the self-recovery fuse can be automatically reconnected to recover to be normal.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.

When the charging equipment is connected to the charging pile or is close to the charging pile for a certain distance, the charging equipment receives a charging instruction and can open an internal charging circuit, and the charging pile can detect the existence of charging current (pulse of a charging circuit switch). If the charging circuit in the equipment to be charged is closed, the current sensor of the charging pile can also detect that the charging current becomes 0. Optionally, the first detecting module 301 is further configured to detect a charging current in a charging line of the device to be charged in a wired charging scenario, and obtain device information of the device to be charged when the charging current is detected to be greater than a preset threshold from zero; under the wireless scene of charging, based on the electromagnetic induction principle, detect charging current in the electromagnetic induction coil, when detecting that charging current becomes to be greater than the circumstances that predetermines the threshold value from zero, obtain the equipment information of treating the battery charging outfit, wherein, the electric pile is filled to what the equipment of treating that the electromagnetic induction coil set up corresponds.

Optionally, the charging module 302 is further configured to determine whether the device to be charged needs emergency charging or non-emergency charging according to one or more device tasks of the device to be charged and a completion time corresponding to each device task, where the device information includes: one or more device tasks of the device to be charged and the completion time corresponding to each device task; in the case where the device to be charged requires emergency charging: determining the highest charging power allowed by the equipment to be charged according to the charging protocol; when the electric quantity condition is in a first electric quantity interval and a second electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a third electric quantity interval and a fourth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting first charging power, wherein the first charging power is lower than the highest charging power; when the electric quantity condition is in a fifth electric quantity interval, charging the equipment to be charged by adopting second charging power, wherein the second charging power is lower than the first charging power; the battery capacity of the device to be charged can be divided into a first electric quantity interval, a second electric quantity interval, a third electric quantity interval, a fourth electric quantity interval and a fifth electric quantity interval from zero to one hundred percent in sequence.
Optionally, the first module 301 is further configured to: a charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an anti-static bypass in parallel, wherein the anti-static bypass is composed of diodes; the anti-static bypass is used for protecting the charging circuit when electrostatic discharge occurs.
Optionally, the first module 301 is further configured to: the charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an overvoltage-preventing circuit in parallel, wherein the overvoltage-preventing circuit is sequentially composed of a forward biased diode, a reverse biased diode, a forward biased diode and a resistor; the overvoltage preventing circuit is used for preventing overvoltage of the charging circuit.
When the charging circuit is in overvoltage, the overvoltage preventing circuit is broken down to form a path, so that the charging circuit can be protected.
Optionally, the first module 301 is further configured to: the charging circuit of the equipment to be charged is connected with an overcurrent prevention circuit in series, wherein the overcurrent prevention circuit is composed of a self-recovery fuse; the overcurrent prevention circuit is used for preventing overcurrent of the charging circuit.
When the charging circuit is in overcurrent, the fuse is blown to protect the charging circuit. When the overcurrent disappears, the self-recovery fuse can be automatically reconnected to recover to be normal.
