The indoor alarm section 31 and the outdoor alarm section 32 each include an alarm controller 33 and an alarm 34, the alarm controller 33 and the alarm 34 are electrically connected through an I/O port, and the alarm controller 33 and the property control center 1 are connected through IP private network communication. In this way, the alarm controller 33 communicates with the property control center 1 via the IP private network, and ensures stable communication.

The property control center 1 is also in bidirectional communication connection with the user terminal 4 through a PDT digital trunking communication network, so that an alarm signal can be transmitted bidirectionally, property can be conveniently notified of disaster situations of owners in time, and the owners can conveniently alarm the property through the user terminal 4.
The user terminal 4 includes any one or more of a computer, a tablet, and a smart phone. Therefore, the safety of the corridor can be conveniently monitored by the owner at any time and any place, and the owner can conveniently give an alarm to the property at any time and any place.

the corridor monitoring unit is arranged at a corridor and comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, a smoke sensor, a water immersion sensor, an acceleration sensor and a monitoring camera;
the alarm device comprises an indoor alarm part and an outdoor alarm part, wherein the indoor alarm part is arranged on the indoor machine, and the outdoor alarm part is arranged at the corridor;
the corridor monitoring unit collects environmental information in a corridor and sends the environmental information to the property control center, and the property control center analyzes the environmental information and sends an alarm instruction to the indoor alarm component and the outdoor alarm component to alarm together.

The multifunctional intercom system compatible with civil air defense warning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said indoor warning part and outdoor warning part each comprise a warning controller and a warning device, said warning controller and warning device are electrically connected, and said warning controller and property control center are connected by IP private network communication.
3. A multifunctional intercom system compatible with personal air defense warning system as in claim 2 wherein said indoor warning means and said outdoor warning means each further comprise a warning button, said warning button being electrically connected to a warning controller.

The multifunctional intercom system compatible with personal air defense alarm system as in claim 2, wherein said corridor monitoring unit, property control center and alarm device are integrated with communication module, said communication module comprises PDT digital trunking communication network and wired/beidou communication module.

The multifunctional intercom system compatible with a civil air defense warning system as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the property control center is also in bidirectional communication connection with a user terminal, and can transmit alarm signals in both directions.
6. The multifunctional intercom system compatible with personal air defense warning system according to any one of claim 5, characterized in that the user terminal comprises any one or more of a computer, a tablet and a smart phone.
