However, in the existing road operation process, the problems of subsidence, looseness, bearing capacity reduction and the like of road shoulders are difficult to avoid, the bearing capacity of a substrate is improved during reinforcement, heightening and recycling, the integrity of a wall body and a foundation is enhanced, the construction time is shortened as much as possible in consideration of the specificity of maintenance projects, and traffic interference caused by construction is reduced.

The invention discloses a highway concrete guardrail heightening and reinforcing structure and a method thereof, the structure comprises a drill hole communicated with a guardrail, a guardrail foundation and a road shoulder, a hollow steel pipe is arranged in the drill hole, a precast concrete heightening part is arranged at the upper end of the guardrail, a preformed hole which is in butt joint with the upper end of the hollow steel pipe is arranged on the precast concrete heightening part, a grouting hole is arranged on the precast concrete heightening part, the grouting hole is communicated with the preformed hole, a slurry filling layer is arranged in a gap between the drill hole and the hollow steel pipe and in the hollow steel pipe, and a side connecting structure is arranged between the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening part.
The side connecting structure is a connecting plate arranged between the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening piece, an anchor hole I is formed in the connecting plate, the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening piece, and an anchor bolt I is arranged in the anchor hole.
The hollow steel pipe is provided with the screw hole, the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening piece are provided with the anchor hole II corresponding to the screw hole, and the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening piece are connected with the hollow steel pipe through the anchor bolt II.
The grouting holes are positioned on the side wall of the precast concrete heightening piece.
According to the method, a drill hole penetrating through a guardrail foundation and penetrating into a road shoulder is drilled on an existing guardrail, a precast concrete heightening part is arranged on the guardrail, a reserved hole which is mutually butted with the drill hole is formed in the precast concrete heightening part, a hollow steel pipe for connection is arranged in the drill hole and the reserved hole, and then a slurry filling layer is filled in a gap between the drill hole and the hollow steel pipe and in the hollow steel pipe so as to realize heightening and reinforcing.
The highway concrete guardrail heightening and reinforcing method comprises the specific steps of 1, drilling an existing guardrail, enabling the drilled hole to penetrate through a guardrail foundation and penetrate through a road shoulder, arranging a hollow steel tube in the drilled hole, 2, abutting the upper end of the hollow steel tube through a reserved hole in a precast concrete heightening piece, 3, grouting through a grouting hole in the precast concrete heightening piece, filling slurry into a gap between the drilled hole and the hollow steel tube and into the hollow steel tube, and 4, laterally reinforcing the guardrail and the precast concrete heightening piece.
