a spray pipe is arranged in the rotary drum in a penetrating way, the spray pipe extends along the axial direction of the rotary drum, and two ends of the spray pipe are hung and arranged in an overhead way through a bracket; the bottom of the spray pipe positioned in the rotary drum is provided with a plurality of water spray holes, and one end of the spray pipe is communicated with the water outlet of the booster pump through a first pipeline;
the outer side of the bottom of the rotary drum is provided with a receiving box, the length of the receiving box is longer than that of the filtering section, and the receiving box is used for receiving the falling substances at the filtering section; a filter screen is arranged in the receiving box, the filter screen divides the interior of the receiving box into a filtrate area and a sedimentation area, the bottom of the side wall of the sedimentation area is communicated with a discharge pipe, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the discharge pipe, the bottom of the side wall of the filtrate area is communicated with a water inlet of a booster pump through a second pipeline, an electromagnetic three-way valve is arranged on the second pipeline, and the rest interface of the electromagnetic three-way valve is communicated with an external water source through a third pipeline;
the side wall of the sedimentation zone is provided with a material level sensor, and the top of the side wall of the filtrate zone is provided with a turbidity sensor;
the top of the spray pipe positioned in the rotary drum is fixedly provided with a guide block, the guide block extends along the length direction of the spray pipe, and the top of the guide block is narrowed to form a blade-shaped structure; the water spray holes are distributed in a plurality of groups in an array along the length direction of the spray pipe, one water spray hole group comprises a plurality of water spray holes which are distributed in an array around the axis of the spray pipe, and the maximum angle of the distribution of the same water spray hole group is 180 degrees;
the support seat is provided with a through hole, the inner wall of the through hole is rotatably provided with a plurality of carrier rollers, the axis of each carrier roller is parallel to the axis of the through hole, and the outer wall of the end part of the rotary drum is propped against the carrier rollers to slide;
limiting rings are fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotary drum, the diameter of each limiting ring is larger than that of each through hole, a plurality of universal ball bearings are embedded and arranged on the wall surface, close to the supporting seat, of each limiting ring, and each universal ball bearing abuts against the wall surface of the supporting seat to slide; the outer wall of the limiting ring is provided with teeth, the outer wall of the top of the supporting seat is fixedly provided with a bracket, the driving motor and the booster pump are respectively arranged on the corresponding brackets, the output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly provided with a gear, and the gear is meshed with the teeth of the limiting ring for transmission; the rotary drum is clamped between the two supporting seats in a rotating way;
the filter screen is obliquely arranged, one end with lower inclination is bent downwards, the bottom end of the filter screen is connected with the bottom of the carrying box, and the filtrate area is formed between the filter screen and the bottom of the carrying box; the height of the material level sensor is consistent with the height of the bending corner of the filter screen; the inner wall of the bottom of the receiving box is obliquely arranged and is inclined downwards towards the direction of the discharge pipe; the side walls at the two ends of the receiving box are provided with notches, and the bottom of the rotary drum is arranged at the notches.

the combustible materials in the S41 step are crushed and dried and then sent to a cement plant for cooperative treatment;
the first inert material in the step S41 and the second inert material in the step S421 are used for manufacturing ecological bricks;
the decay and the fine sand in the step S42 are sent to a methane tank, the methane is used as fuel, and the methane slag is used for composting or processing to prepare fertilizer;
the light plastic in step S421 is used for recycling, processing and granulating.
3. The method for comprehensively treating urban household garbage according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
