Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a new technical solution: a concrete aggregate screening and blending machine comprises a rack 1 and a plurality of feeding mechanisms 5, wherein a mounting frame is fixed at the top of the rack 1 through bolts, a feed hopper 3 is fixed at one side of the mounting frame through bolts and a support 38, raw materials enter the device through the feed hopper 3, a screening mechanism is arranged in the rack 1, the screening device comprises a plurality of fixed seats 12, the fixed seats 12 are symmetrically fixed at the inner walls of two sides of the rack 1 through bolts, springs 11 are fixed on the upper surfaces of the fixed seats 12 through bolts, the tops of four springs 11 at the same horizontal plane are fixed with a same sieve plate 4 through bolts, the sieve plates 4 are obliquely arranged, connecting plates 13 are fixed on two sides among the sieve plates 4 through bolts, a vibrating motor 2 is fixed on one side of each connecting plate 13 through bolts, the vibrating motor 2 drives the sieve plates 4 to vibrate through the connecting plates 13, so that aggregates with different diameters are separated, the feeding mechanism 5 comprises a feeding frame 22, a conveyor 21 is arranged at the top of the feeding frame 22, a transmission motor 25 is fixed on one side of the feeding frame 22 through a bolt, an output shaft of the transmission motor 25 penetrates through the feeding frame 22 and is fixed with one of transmission rollers of the conveyor 21, the transmission motor 25 is started so as to drive the conveyor 21 to convey aggregate, a baffle plate 20 is fixed at the top of the feeding frame 22 through a bolt, a water spraying pipe 26 is fixed on the circumferential inner wall of the baffle plate 20 through a bolt, the water spraying pipe 26 can spray water so as to wet and clean the aggregate on the conveyor 21, a collecting hopper 24 is fixed on one side of the feeding frame 22 through a bolt, a communicated collecting pipe 23 is fixed at the bottom of the collecting hopper 24 through a bolt, a water storage tank 7 is fixed on one side of the rack 1 through a bolt, an observation port is formed in one side of the water storage tank 7, a window 8 is arranged on one side of the observation port, a filter screen 34 is fixed on the inner wall of the bottom of the water storage tank 7 through a bolt, the filter screen 34 can filter the collected water and is convenient to reuse, the top of the water storage tank 7 is fixed with a water pump 701 through a bolt, the outer wall of one side of the rack 1 is fixed with a first fixing block 19 through a bolt, one side of the first fixing block 19 is fixed with a water supply pipe 18 through a bolt, one end of the water supply pipe 18 is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump 701, one side of the water supply pipe 18 is fixed with a plurality of communicated connecting pipes 17 through bolts, the connecting pipes 17 are communicated with a plurality of water spraying pipes 26, the top of the water storage tank 7 is fixed with a communicated water collecting pipe 14 through bolts, the water collecting pipe 14 is communicated with a plurality of collecting pipes 23, the water pump 701 pumps the water in the water storage tank 7, then the water is discharged into the water spraying pipes 26 through the water supplying pipes 18 and the connecting pipes 17 and then is sprayed onto aggregate on the conveyor 21 through the water spraying pipes 26, excessive water falls onto the collecting hopper 24 through the conveyor 21 and then falls into the collecting pipes 23 through the collecting hopper 24, then fall into in the collector pipe 14 through collecting pipe 23, then fall into water storage tank 7 through collector pipe 14, be equipped with vibration mechanism in the conveyer 21, be fixed with a plurality of collecting hoppers 16 through the bolt between the both sides inner wall of frame 1, and collecting hopper 16 is located the below that feeder hopper 3 one end was kept away from to sieve 4 respectively, collecting hopper 16's bottom all is fixed with second guide hopper 15 through the bolt, the aggregate after the separation falls into collecting hopper 16 in, then on the conveyer 21 is flowed to through second guide hopper 15.
In the invention, the vibration mechanism comprises a second fixed block 31, a wedge-shaped top plate 30 and a rotating shaft 29, the second fixed block 31 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the feeding frame 22 through a bolt, one side of the second fixed block 31 is connected with a mandril 32 in a sliding way, the wedge-shaped top plate 30 is fixed on one side of the other transmission roller of the conveyor 21 through a bolt, the rotating shaft 29 is rotatably connected between the inner walls of two sides of the feeding frame 22, one side of the rotating shaft 29 is fixed with a swinging block 33 through a bolt, one side of the rotating shaft 29 is fixed with a plurality of shift levers 27 through bolts, one side of the rotating shaft 29 is fixed with a torsion spring 28 through a bolt, the other end of the torsion spring 28 is fixed with the feeding frame 22, the protruding part of the wedge-shaped top plate 30 pushes the mandril 32 to slide in the second fixed block 31 and then pushes the rotating shaft 29 to rotate through the swinging block 33, the rotating shaft 29 pushes up a transmission belt on the conveyor 21 through the shift levers 27, and simultaneously the torsion spring 28 can drive the rotating shaft 29 to reset, one side of pay-off frame 22 is passed through the bolt fastening and is had weighing hopper 6, and weighing hopper 6 is located the below of conveyer 21, the aggregate falls into weighing hopper 6 through conveyer 21, discharge after weighing through weighing hopper 6, one side of frame 1 is equipped with rubbing crusher 9, one of them one side of pay-off frame 22 is passed through the bolt fastening and is had first guide hopper 10, and the discharge end of first guide hopper 10 is located the top of rubbing crusher 9 feed end, rubbing crusher 9 can smash the aggregate that can not use.
A use method of a concrete aggregate screening and blending machine comprises the following steps:
s1, starting the vibration motor 2, then placing the aggregates into the feed hopper 3, enabling the aggregates to fall on the sieve plates 4 through the feed hopper 3, simultaneously enabling the vibration motor 2 to drive the sieve plates 4 to vibrate through the connecting plate 13, so that the aggregates with different diameters are separated, enabling the separated aggregates to fall into the aggregate collecting hopper 16, then conveying the aggregates into the weighing hopper 6 through the second guide hopper 15 and the conveyor 21, and discharging the aggregates after weighing through the weighing hopper 6;
s2, discharging unusable aggregates into a crusher 9 through a first material guide hopper 10 by the uppermost screen plate 4, crushing, and then putting into a feed hopper 3 again for screening;
s3, starting a water pump 701, pumping water in the water storage tank 7 out by the water pump 701, then discharging the water into a water spraying pipe 26 through a water feeding pipe 18 and a connecting pipe 17, then spraying the water onto aggregate on a conveyor 21 through the water spraying pipe 26 to wet and clean the aggregate, and allowing redundant water to fall onto a collecting hopper 24 through the conveyor 21, then flowing back into the water storage tank 7 through the collecting hopper 24, a collecting pipe 23 and a water collecting pipe 14, and then continuously pumping and using the water by the water pump 701 after being filtered by a filter screen 34;
s4, the transmission motor 25 is started, when the conveyor 21 rotates, one of the transmission rollers of the conveyor 21 drives the wedge-shaped top disc 30 to rotate when rotating, the protruding part of the wedge-shaped top disc 30 pushes the ejector rod 32 to slide in the second fixing block 31, then the rotating shaft 29 is pushed to rotate through the swinging block 33, the rotating shaft 29 jacks up the transmission belt on the conveyor 21 through the shifting rod 27, and then when the protruding part of the wedge-shaped top disc 30 is separated from the ejector rod 32, the rotating shaft 29 resets under the action of the torsion spring 28, so that the shifting rod 27 resets, further aggregate on the conveyor 21 is conveyed, water conveniently enters the lower part of the aggregate, and the aggregate is prevented from being adhered to the conveyor 21.
The working principle is as follows: when the aggregate screening machine is used, the vibration motor 2, the water pump 701 and the transmission motor 25 are started, aggregates are placed into the feed hopper 3, the aggregates fall on the sieve plates 4 through the feed hopper 3, meanwhile, the vibration motor 2 drives the sieve plates 4 to vibrate through the connecting plate 13, so that the aggregates with different diameters are separated, the separated aggregates fall into the aggregate collecting hopper 16, flow onto the conveyor 21 through the second material guide hopper 15, fall into the weighing hopper 6 through the conveyor 21, are weighed by the weighing hopper 6 and then discharged, the aggregates which cannot be used are discharged into the crusher 9 through the first material guide hopper 10 by the sieve plate 4 on the uppermost layer to be crushed, then are put into the feed hopper 3 again to be screened, meanwhile, the water pump 701 pumps water in the water storage tank 7, then are discharged into the water spray pipe 26 through the water supply pipe 18 and the connecting pipe 17, and then are sprayed onto the aggregates on the conveyor 21 through the water spray pipe 26, thereby wetting and cleaning the aggregate, avoiding dust on the aggregate from being raised, and redundant moisture falls on the collecting hopper 24 through the conveyor 21, then falls into the collecting pipe 23 through the collecting hopper 24, then falls into the water collecting pipe 14 through the collecting pipe 23, then falls into the water storage tank 7 through the water collecting pipe 14, then is filtered by the filter screen 34, and is continuously extracted and used by the water pump 701, while when the conveyor 21 rotates, one of the driving rollers of the conveyor 21 drives the wedge-shaped top plate 30 to rotate when rotating, the protrusion of the wedge-shaped top plate 30 pushes the ejector rod 32 to slide in the second fixed block 31, then the rotating shaft 29 is pushed to rotate through the swinging block 33, the rotating shaft 29 jacks up a driving belt on the conveyor 21 through the deflector rod 27, and then when the protrusion of the wedge-shaped top plate 30 is separated from the contact with the ejector rod 32, the rotating shaft 29 is reset under the action of the torsion spring 28, thereby resetting the deflector rod 27, thereby enabling the aggregate on the conveyor 21 to be conveyed, facilitating the water to enter the lower part of the aggregate and avoiding the aggregate from being adhered to the conveyor 21.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principle and wiring method of the weighing hopper 6, the vibration motor 2, the water pump 701 and the transmission motor 25 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and thus will not be described herein, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

A concrete aggregate screening and blending machine comprises a rack (1) and a plurality of feeding mechanisms (5), and is characterized in that the screening mechanisms are arranged in the rack (1), each feeding mechanism (5) comprises a feeding frame (22), a conveyor (21) is arranged at the top of each feeding frame (22), a transmission motor (25) is fixedly connected to one side of each feeding frame (22), an output shaft of each transmission motor (25) penetrates through each feeding frame (22) and is fixed to one transmission roller of each conveyor (21), a baffle plate (20) is fixedly connected to the top of each feeding frame (22), a water spraying pipe (26) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the circumference of each baffle plate (20), a plurality of nozzles (37) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of each water spraying pipe (26), a collecting hopper (24) is fixedly connected to one side of each feeding frame (22), and a collecting pipe (23) communicated with the bottom of each collecting hopper (24) is fixedly connected to the bottom of each collecting hopper, the utility model discloses a water supply system, including frame (1), one side fixedly connected with water storage box (7), the top fixedly connected with water pump (701) of water storage box (7), the first fixed block (19) of one side outer wall fixedly connected with of frame (1), one side fixedly connected with feed pipe (18) of first fixed block (19), the one end of feed pipe (18) is linked together with the delivery end of water pump (701), connecting pipe (17) of a plurality of intercommunications of one side fixedly connected with of feed pipe (18), and connecting pipe (17) all communicate with a plurality of spray pipes (26), header pipe (14) of the top fixedly connected with intercommunication of water storage box (7), and header pipe (14) are linked together with a plurality of collecting pipes (23), be equipped with vibration mechanism in conveyer (21).

The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine of claim 1, characterized in that, the sieving mechanism includes a plurality of fixing bases (12), fixing base (12) pass through the bolt symmetry and fix the both sides inner wall in frame (1), the equal fixedly connected with spring (11) of upper surface of fixing base (12), the same sieve (4) of top fixedly connected with of four springs (11) of same horizontal plane, and sieve (4) slope setting, a plurality of both sides fixedly connected with connecting plate (13) between sieve (4), one side fixedly connected with vibrating motor (2) of connecting plate (13).

The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of collecting hoppers (16) are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the frame (1), the collecting hoppers (16) are respectively positioned below one end of the screen plate (4) far away from the feeding hopper (3), and the bottoms of the collecting hoppers (16) are fixedly connected with second guide hoppers (15).

The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine of claim 1, the vibration mechanism comprises a second fixed block (31), a wedge-shaped top disc (30) and a rotating shaft (29), the second fixed block (31) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the feeding frame (22) through a bolt, one side of the second fixed block (31) is movably connected with an ejector rod (32), the wedge-shaped top disc (30) is fixed on one side of the other driving roller of the conveyor (21) through a bolt, the rotating shaft (29) is rotatably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the feeding frame (22), one side of the rotating shaft (29) is fixedly connected with a swinging block (33), one side of the rotating shaft (29) is fixedly connected with a plurality of shift levers (27), one side of the rotating shaft (29) is fixedly connected with a torsion spring (28), and the other end of the torsion spring (28) is fixed with the feeding frame (22).
5. The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine according to claim 1, wherein a weighing hopper (6) is fixedly connected to one side of the feeding frame (22), and the weighing hopper (6) is positioned below the conveyor (21).

The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine according to claim 1, wherein a crusher (9) is arranged on one side of the frame (1), a first material guide hopper (10) is fixedly connected to one side of one of the feeding frames (22), and the discharge end of the first material guide hopper (10) is positioned above the feed end of the crusher (9).
7. The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine of claim 1, wherein a viewing port is formed on one side of the water storage tank (7), and a window (8) is formed on one side of the viewing port.
8. The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine of claim 1, wherein a filter screen (34) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the water storage tank (7).
9. The concrete aggregate screening and blending machine of claim 1, wherein a mounting frame is fixedly connected to the top of the frame (1), and a feed hopper (3) is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting frame.
10. The use method of the concrete aggregate screening and blending machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, starting a vibration motor (2), then placing aggregate into a feed hopper (3), enabling the aggregate to fall on a sieve plate (4) through the feed hopper (3), simultaneously driving a plurality of sieve plates (4) to vibrate through a connecting plate (13) by the vibration motor (2), so as to separate the aggregate with different diameters, enabling the separated aggregate to fall into a collecting hopper (16), then conveying the aggregate into a weighing hopper (6) through a second guide hopper (15) and a conveyor (21), and discharging the aggregate after weighing through the weighing hopper (6);
s2, discharging unusable aggregates into a crusher (9) through a first material guide hopper (10) by the uppermost screen plate (4) for crushing, and then feeding the aggregates into a feed hopper (3) again for screening;
s3, starting a water pump (701), pumping out water in a water storage tank (7) by the water pump (701), discharging the water into a water spraying pipe (26) through a water feeding pipe (18) and a connecting pipe (17), spraying the water onto aggregate on a conveyor (21) through the water spraying pipe (26), wetting and cleaning the aggregate, allowing redundant water to fall on a collecting hopper (24) through the conveyor (21), flowing back into the water storage tank (7) through the collecting hopper (24), a collecting pipe (23) and a water collecting pipe (14), filtering by a filter screen (34), and continuously pumping and using by the water pump (701);
s4, a transmission motor (25) is started, when a conveyor (21) rotates, one transmission roller of the conveyor (21) drives a wedge-shaped top disc (30) to rotate, a protrusion of the wedge-shaped top disc (30) pushes an ejector rod (32) to slide in a second fixing block (31), then a swinging block (33) pushes a rotating shaft (29) to rotate, the rotating shaft (29) jacks up a transmission belt on the conveyor (21) through a deflector rod (27), and when the protrusion of the wedge-shaped top disc (30) is separated from the ejector rod (32), the rotating shaft (29) resets under the action of a torsion spring (28), so that the deflector rod (27) resets, aggregate on the conveyor (21) is conveyed, water conveniently enters the lower portion of the aggregate, and the aggregate is prevented from being adhered to the conveyor (21).
