Technical Field

Background
When the ship normally works, the watertight water-lubricated rubber bearing at the stern part is soaked in water, and the bearing is filled with water to play a role in lubricating and cooling during the operation of the shafting. When the shafting carries out the land model test, the bearing is in dry state, if the shafting directly operates can have three aspects problems: firstly, the bearing is not lubricated, causes to rotate unsmoothly, secondly the frictional heating arouses the rubber axle bush ablation of the inner circumferential surface of bearing, and thirdly the bearing lubrication state is different, is difficult to simulate operating condition. At present, a water pipe is adopted for spraying in a test, although the phenomenon of bearing bush burning can be avoided, the space between a rubber bearing bush and a shaft is not completely filled with water, a water film is difficult to establish when a bearing runs, the friction force is still large, and the difference from the actual state is large.

(3) According to the invention, the water tank shell above the shaft is provided with the water inlet and the water tank shell below the shaft is provided with the water outlet as required, so that water in the water tank shell can be supplemented and cooled conveniently.

referring to fig. 3-4, the water lubricated rubber bearing 11 is coaxially installed in the bearing installation structure 10, and the water lubricated rubber bearing 11 is coaxially sleeved outside the shaft 9; the land water supply device supplies water to a water filling gap between the water lubrication rubber bearing 11 and the shaft 9 so as to simulate the working state of the water lubrication rubber bearing 11 and the shaft 9 when the water lubrication rubber bearing 11 is soaked in water;
the water tank shell 3 is a cylindrical shell, one end of the water tank shell is open, a connecting flange A is welded at the open end of the water tank shell integrally, and a circular mounting hole is machined at the other end of the cylindrical shell;
one end of the connecting cylinder 11 is provided with an inward limiting boss, and the other end of the connecting cylinder is provided with a connecting flange B;

The specific assembly steps are as follows:
1) fixedly connecting the water tank shell 3 and the connecting cylinder 11 into a whole;
2) sleeving the fixedly connected water tank shell 3 and a connecting cylinder 11 on a shaft 9, and fixing the water tank shell 3 and a rubber gasket 1 on a bearing mounting structure 10 through a fixing bolt 2;
3) installing the packing 6 between the connecting cylinder 11 and the shaft 9, if necessary, adding adjusting gaskets 5 at both ends of the packing 6 to adjust the axial length of the packing 6;
4) the sealing packing 6 is pressed by the pressing cover 4 and the pressing bolt 7.

A water lubricated rubber-bearing land water supply as claimed in claim 5, wherein the shaft (9) is operated in a horizontal position, the water inlet (12) of the cistern housing (9) being located above relative to the shaft (9) and the water outlet (13) of the cistern housing (9) being located below relative to the shaft (9).

A water lubricated rubber-bearing land water supply as claimed in claim 6 wherein the shaft (9) is operated in a horizontal position, the water inlet (12) of the cistern housing (9) being located above relative to the shaft (9) and the water outlet (13) of the cistern housing (9) being located below relative to the shaft (9).
