The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
in the installation stage, an operator places the collecting barrel 1 structure in a preset pit, then the material injection pipe 3 and the material discharge pipe 4 are respectively connected with a sewage discharge pipeline, and the operator seals the top of the collecting barrel 1 by using a cover plate;
in the using stage, during specific use, kitchen waste and sewage enter the filter 8 through the material injection pipe 3 along a pipeline, the rotating wheel 13 structure is arranged inside the filter 8 under normal conditions, the kitchen waste is then rapidly discharged with the help of the filter screen structure of the filter 8, oil and water are not fused, and grease can float on the water surface, so that no matter how much water is injected, the grease is always present on the water surface and is continuously accumulated, the simply filtered sewage is rapidly discharged, simple oil and water separation is formed, the grease is condensed into thin oil blocks and is accumulated in the filter 8, the waste water and the finely-crushed waste can fall into the lower end of the collecting barrel 1 through the bottom of the filter 8, and then the waste water and the finely-crushed waste are rapidly discharged from the area of the material discharge pipe 4 by means of the inclined plane structure of the guide bottom plate 14;
in the cleaning stage, an operator opens the cover plate at the top of the collecting barrel 1, then takes out the cover plate from the inside by using handles at two ends of the filter 8, in the process, the filter 8 pushes the structure of the cover plate 10 to be turned over, meanwhile, the rotating wheel 13 also enables the plane area to face inwards due to the pushing of the filter 8, at the moment, the lifting rope 94 pulls the structure of the upper clamping block 93 upwards under the rotating action of the rotating wheel 13, the whole structure of the lower ring block 92 and the upper clamping block 93 is opened, at the moment, the cover plate 10 is clamped and limited in the clamping device 9 under the help of the structure of the clamping column 11, at the moment, the cover plate 10 completes the blockage and sealing of the structure of the material injection pipe 3, and then the operator normally cleans the garbage in the filter 8; then, an operator places the cleaned filter 8 inside the collecting barrel 1 again, the filter 8 can extrude the rotating wheel 13 to be hidden inside the collecting barrel 1 again in the descending process, at the moment, the structure of the clamping device 9 can extrude the structure of the clamping column 11 to be loosened, when the filter 8 moves downwards continuously, the whole covering plate 10 can be pulled down quickly under the limiting effect of the structure of the spring pin block 12, when the structure of the whole filter 8 is placed, the structure of the covering plate 10 can be smoothly placed inside the filter 8 to work normally, the subsequent kitchen waste can be conveyed normally, and the operation is repeated after the filter 8 is processed for a period of time, so that the kitchen waste can be cleaned.
