Technical Field

Background
The aluminum profile is an application product form aluminum profile of aluminum alloy, namely aluminum bars are subjected to hot melting and extrusion to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes. The production process of the aluminum profile mainly comprises three processes of casting, extruding and coloring. The existing aluminum profile polishing device can be chipped, and the following problems are often caused:

The invention aims to provide an aluminum profile trimming and grinding machine with a scrap scraping structure and an operation method thereof, a grinding device can enable the grinding effect to be better and more comprehensive, a brush head on a first cleaner primarily cleans scraps on a conveyor belt, the brush head and a brush rod are of a detachable structure, the later-stage device cleaning and maintenance are facilitated, the capital cost of the device is reduced, the cleaner can clean stubborn dirt on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is cleaner, the conveying effect of the conveyor belt can be greatly improved, a scraper in a second cleaner can scrape the scraps which are not separated from the conveyor belt and can also scrape redundant water stains, the workload of workers is greatly reduced, the condition that the scraps are adsorbed again is prevented, and the drying device can dry the residual water stains on the conveyor belt, the aluminum profile polishing machine can directly polish the next round of aluminum profile, saves cleaning time of workers, reduces labor intensity of the workers, and can solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an aluminum profile trimming and grinding machine with a scrap scraping structure comprises a conveying device, a grinding device, a cleaning device, a drying device and a controller, wherein the grinding device is installed at the upper end of the conveying device, the cleaning device and the drying device are installed at the bottom end of the conveying device, the controller is installed on one side of the conveying device, and the controller is electrically connected with the conveying device, the grinding device, the cleaning device and the drying device respectively;
the conveying device comprises a conveying frame, a conveying belt, supporting legs and a rolling device, wherein the conveying frame is arranged on the outer wall of the conveying device, the supporting legs are installed at the bottom end of the conveying frame, the conveying belt is arranged at the upper end of the conveying frame, and the rolling device is installed on one side of the conveying frame;
the polishing device comprises a fixed plate, a movable rod, a third gear, a fourth gear, a movable belt and a sliding block, wherein the movable rod is installed on one side of the fixed plate, the sliding block is arranged at the bottom end of the fixed plate, the movable belt is installed below the movable rod, and the third gear and the fourth gear are arranged at two ends of the movable belt;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning box inner cavity, a first cleaner, a second cleaner and a cleaner, the cleaning box inner cavity is formed in the cleaning device, and the first cleaner, the second cleaner and the cleaner are installed in the cleaning box inner cavity.

The invention provides another technical scheme, and an operation method of an aluminum profile trimming and grinding machine with a chip scraping structure is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
firstly, placing an aluminum profile above a conveying device, wherein the aluminum profile can move on a conveying belt through a rolling device;
secondly, polishing the aluminum profile through a polishing device during movement;
thirdly, the first cleaner in the cleaning device can primarily clean the chips polished on the conveying belt;
fourthly, cleaning the conveying belt by a cleaner after the first cleaner cleans the scraps on the conveying belt;
fifthly, after the conveyor belt is cleaned by the cleaner, water stains and stubborn residues on the conveyor belt are scraped by a second cleaner;
and sixthly, after the water stains and stubborn residues on the conveying belt are scraped by the second cleaner, drying the redundant water stains on the conveying belt by the drying device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the aluminum profile trimming and grinding machine with the scrap scraping structure and the operation method thereof, multiple groups of grinding devices can be arranged, and the moving blocks are embedded into the inner grooves of the moving rods, so that the aluminum profile can be ground by the grinding stones in all aspects, and the grinding effect is better and more comprehensive.

Referring to fig. 1-9, an aluminum profile trimming and grinding machine with a scrap scraping structure comprises a transportation device 1, a grinding device 2, a cleaning device 3, a drying device 4 and a controller 5, wherein the grinding device 2 is installed at the upper end of the transportation device 1, the cleaning device 3 and the drying device 4 are installed at the bottom end of the transportation device 1, the controller 5 is installed at one side of the transportation device 1, the controller 5 is electrically connected with the transportation device 1, the grinding device 2, the cleaning device 3 and the drying device 4 respectively, the speed of a transportation belt 12 in the transportation device 1 can be regulated and controlled on the controller 5, the grinding speed and the pressure value of a grinding stone 211 in the grinding device 2 can be regulated and controlled on the controller 5, the water spray pressure of a hydraulic motor 345 in the cleaning device 3 can be regulated and controlled on the controller 5, the air speed of a fan 42 in the drying device 4 and the heat energy value of a heating pipe 43 can be regulated and controlled on the controller 5, the whole device can work more smoothly by regulating and controlling the controller 5, so that the best effect can be achieved in each step, the drying device 4 comprises a drying box inner cavity 41, a fan 42, heating pipes 43 and heating pipe grooves 44, the drying box inner cavity 41 is arranged inside the drying device 4, the heating pipe grooves 44 are arranged at the bottom end of the drying box inner cavity 41, a plurality of heating pipes 43 are arranged in the heating pipe grooves 44, and the fan 42 is arranged at the upper end of the inner wall of the drying box inner cavity 41.

The cleaning device 3 comprises a cleaning box inner cavity 31, a first cleaner 32, a second cleaner 33 and a cleaner 34, the cleaning box inner cavity 31 is formed in the cleaning device 3, the first cleaner 32, the second cleaner 33 and the cleaner 34 are installed in the cleaning box inner cavity 31, the first cleaner 32 comprises a first cleaner fixing block 321, a first cleaner fixing shaft 322, a first cleaner connecting rod 323, brush rods 324 and brush heads 325, the outer wall of the first cleaner fixing block 321 is installed on two sides of the cleaning box inner cavity 31, the first cleaner fixing shaft 322 is installed on the inner wall of the first cleaner fixing block 321, the first cleaner fixing shaft 322 is respectively connected with two ends of the first cleaner connecting rod 323, the first cleaner connecting rod 323 is provided with a plurality of brush rods 324, the top ends of the brush rods 324 are provided with the brush heads 325, the second cleaner 33 comprises a second cleaner fixing block 331, an upper supporting plate 332, a first supporting plate 332, and a second supporting plate 332 is arranged on the second cleaner fixing block 331, The cleaning device comprises a lower supporting plate 333, damping springs 334 and a scraper 335, the outer wall of a second cleaner fixing block 331 is connected with two sides of the inner wall of the inner cavity 31 of the cleaning box, the upper end of the inner wall of the second cleaner fixing block 331 is connected with two ends of an upper supporting plate 332, the lower end of the inner wall of the second cleaner fixing block 331 is connected with two ends of a lower supporting plate 333, two groups of damping springs 334 are arranged between the upper supporting plate 332 and the lower supporting plate 333, the upper end of each damping spring 334 is connected with the bottom end of the upper supporting plate 332, the upper end of the upper supporting plate 332 is connected with the bottom end of the scraper 335, the cleaning device 34 comprises a cleaning device fixing block 341, a water spray pipe fixture block 342, a water spray pipe 343, a water spray hole 344, a hydraulic motor 345 and a water inlet 346, the outer wall of the cleaning device fixing block 341 is connected with two sides of the inner wall of the inner cavity 31 of the cleaning box, the cleaning device fixing block 341 is provided with the water spray pipe fixture block 342 connected with two ends of the water spray pipe 343, a hydraulic motor 345 is installed at one end of the spray pipe 343, a plurality of spray holes 344 are opened around the outer wall of the spray pipe 343, a water inlet 346 is arranged at one side of the washer fixing block 341, and the water inlet 346 penetrates through the outer wall of the washing device 3 to extend to the washer fixing block 341 to be connected with one end of the spray pipe 343.

fifthly, after the conveyor belt 12 is cleaned by the cleaner 34, water stains and stubborn residues on the conveyor belt 12 are scraped by the second cleaner 33;
and sixthly, after the water stains and stubborn residues on the conveying belt 12 are scraped by the second cleaner 33, the excessive water stains on the conveying belt 12 are dried by the drying device 4.
