And a second function: the leg rest is lengthened by the short leg rest. Through the disconnect-type structure of cushion portion 3 and leg rest portion 4 to and the ottoman extension subassembly that drives leg rest portion 4 and stretch out or contract for cushion portion 3, can separate the extension as required, the total length of cushion portion 3 and leg rest portion 4 can be changed from about 1.15 meters to about 1.45 meters. Based on the above functions, when the present invention is used, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8 to fig. 14, there are at least the following eight operation modes, which are respectively:
sofa mode one, basic form: the lifting assembly, the footrest extension assembly and the horizontal moving assembly do not act, the headrest part 1 and the waist rest part 2 of the sofa cushion lie on the same inclined plane, and the cushion part 3 and the leg rest part 4 of the sofa cushion lie on the same horizontal height and are connected;
sofa mode two, the seat extension: on the basis of the first sofa mode, the leg rest part 4 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion extends forwards relative to the cushion part 3 through the footrest extension assembly by means of external force, the lifting assembly and the horizontal moving assembly do not act, the headrest part 1 and the waist rest part 2 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned in the same inclined plane, and the cushion part 3 and the leg rest part 4 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned at the same horizontal height and have intervals;
sofa mode three, seat forward shift: on the basis of the first sofa mode, the first telescopic unit 9 of the horizontal moving assembly moves to drive the whole lying and leaning sofa cushion to move horizontally forwards relative to the armrest part 5, the lifting assembly and the footrest extension assembly do not move, the headrest part 1 and the waist rest part 2 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned in the same inclined plane, the cushion part 3 and the leg rest part 4 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned at the same horizontal height and are connected, and meanwhile, the space at the rear side of the headrest part 1 is emptied;
a sofa mode IV, wherein the chair seat is lengthened and moved forwards: on the basis of the second sofa mode, the first telescopic unit 9 of the horizontal moving assembly moves to drive the whole lying and leaning sofa cushion to move horizontally forwards relative to the armrest part 5, the lifting assembly does not move, the headrest part 1 and the waist leaning part 2 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned in the same inclined plane, the seat cushion part 3 and the leg leaning part 4 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion are positioned at the same horizontal height and have intervals, and meanwhile, the space at the rear side of the headrest part 1 is left;
in the first lying mode, the seat is laid flat: on the basis of the sofa mode two, the second telescopic unit 16 of the lifting assembly acts to drive the waist rest part 2 of the lying and leaning sofa cushion to be laid backwards along with the hinged seat until the waist rest part 2 and the cushion part 3 are positioned at the same horizontal height, and the sofa is switched into a bed body state;
a lying mode II, wherein the lying mode is characterized in that the lying mode is moved forwards: on the basis of the first lying mode, the first telescopic unit 9 of the horizontal moving assembly acts to drive the whole lying-back sofa cushion to horizontally move forwards relative to the armrest part 5, and the space at the rear side of the headrest part 1 is emptied;
a third lying mode, namely the lying is lifted: on the basis of the first lying mode, the second telescopic unit 16 of the lifting assembly continues to act, under the limiting action of the limiting rod 35, the movable frame 15 drives the lying sofa cushion to integrally lift relative to the fixed frame 14, and the form switching of the common bed body and the physiotherapy bed is realized (the height of the physiotherapy bed is generally 60 cm to 70 cm, and physiotherapy skills, physiotherapy equipment and the like are matched with the physiotherapy bed at the height);
and (4) a lying mode is four, the lying mode is lifted and moved forward: on the basis of the third lying mode, the first telescopic unit 9 of the horizontal moving assembly acts to drive the whole lying sofa cushion to move horizontally forwards relative to the armrest part 5, so that the space at the rear side of the headrest part 1 is left (so that under the condition of not exchanging the positions of the head and the feet, enough space is provided for head nursing).
When the invention is used, the lifting assembly, the footrest extension assembly and the horizontal moving assembly can be combined at will.
