Background
When the underground cavern works, a large amount of electricity is needed, the use of a generator is common, but the vibration and the huge noise of the generator seriously affect the physical and psychological health of workers in the closed space of the underground cavern; meanwhile, the generator can generate huge heat when working for a long time, on one hand, the working efficiency of the generator is influenced, and on the other hand, the generator can be damaged when working for a long time at high temperature. Traditional fan cooling, when carrying out heat exchange to generator box inside, can bring external dust into the inside of generator, the long-term accumulation of dust is on generator equipment surface to influence the radiating problem of equipment.

The invention aims to provide a noise-reducing and temperature-reducing device for a generator, which aims to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a noise reduction and temperature reduction device for a generator comprises a generator fixing shell, a ventilation device, a temperature reduction device and a noise reduction structure; one end of the motor fixing shell is provided with a cooling device, the other end of the motor fixing shell is provided with a ventilation device, and the noise reduction structures are arranged at the bottom and the inner side of the motor fixing shell;
the cooling device comprises a water tank, a water pump, a support frame and an atomizing device; the water tank is arranged at the bottom of the support frame, the atomizing device is arranged at the top of the support frame, the water tank is connected with the atomizing device through a pipeline, and a water pump is arranged on the pipeline; the atomizing device sprays water in a direction towards the water tank.
Furthermore, the top of the water tank is provided with an opening, and a filter screen is arranged on the opening.
Furthermore, nylon water retaining cloth is arranged on two sides of a space surface formed by the water tank and the atomizing device.
Furthermore, one side of the support frame close to the generator fixing shell is provided with a circle of magnet, and the support frame is magnetically connected with the generator fixing shell.

according to the invention, through the atomizing nozzle arranged at the upper end of the frame, when the equipment is ventilated and cooled, dust is reduced on gas entering the box body, so that dust accumulation on the surface of the generator equipment is reduced, the cooling effect of the generator is improved, and the problem that the heat exchange of the inner part of the generator box body is carried out by a traditional fan, external dust is brought into the generator, and the dust is accumulated on the surface of the generator equipment for a long time, so that the heat dissipation of the equipment is influenced is solved.
According to the invention, the atomizing nozzle at the upper end of the cooling device is used for evaporating and absorbing moisture of air entering the box body, so that the heat of the air entering the box body is reduced, the generator is rapidly cooled, and the problem that the cooling effect is poor because the traditional generator is cooled and only a fan is used for carrying out simple heat exchange with the outside is solved.
The support frame is connected with the generator fixing shell in a magnetic type manner, so that the support frame is convenient to disassemble, clean and install.
The nylon water-retaining cloth can be used for placing a large amount of water vapor to enter a generator and realizing ventilation.
The soundproof cotton and the damping spring of the invention act together to reduce vibration noise and isolate noise, thus realizing noise reduction.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention includes a generator fixing housing 1 and a cooling device 2 disposed right behind the generator fixing housing 1, wherein the cooling device 2 is magnetically connected to the generator fixing housing 1;
an exhaust fan 3 is arranged on one side, away from the cooling device 2, of the generator fixing shell 1, gas is exhausted from the interior through an air outlet, the cooling device 2 comprises a support frame fixed on one side of the generator fixing shell 1, and an atomizing device is arranged at the upper end of the support frame 23, so that dust can be conveniently reduced at an air inlet end, the surface of the generator is reduced in floating and sinking, and the cooling effect is improved; support frame 23 lower extreme is provided with water tank 21, and 21 one side of water tank are provided with the water pipe, are convenient for supply water to atomizer, and support frame bilateral symmetry is provided with nylon and keeps off water cloth, and inside the moisture that prevents after the atomizing enters into the box, causes the internal plant short circuit, and the water piping connection department is provided with water pump 22, power when providing hydrologic cycle, water pump 22 and support frame 23 fixed connection.
The water pump 22 is preferably a centrifugal water pump.
The noise reduction structure comprises soundproof cotton 5 and a vibration damper 4; damping device sets up in the bottom of the fixed casing of generator 1, and soundproof cotton 5 pastes at the fixed casing of generator 1 inside wall, reduces vibrations and the noise that produces in equipment operation process.
When the invention is used, the water pump 23 is connected with a power supply, the generator is fixedly arranged in the generator fixing shell, sufficient clear water is added into the water tank, when the water pump runs, the clear water in the water collecting tank runs to the atomizing nozzle through the water supply pipe and is atomized in the direction of the water tank, the exhaust fan works at the moment, so that the gas in the generator fixing shell is under negative pressure, the gas enters the generator through the nylon water retaining cloth, the weight of the gas with dust is increased under the action of atomized water and drops into the water tank 21 along the nylon water retaining cloth, thereby reducing the accumulation of dust on the surface of the generator in the heat exchange process, improving the heat dissipation effect of the generator, and simultaneously, the atomizing nozzle absorbs the heat in the exchange process, thereby reducing the heat of the air entering the box body, thereby the effectual cooling to the box that has improved.
