The limit block 52 and the connecting plate 42 are matched to enable the plugboard 43 to be always aligned with the connecting groove 114 on the unit half plate 11 which does not start to push the groove 113, so that when the two unit half plates 11 are attached or separated, the possibility of moving the plugboard 43 is reduced, the stability of accurately inserting the plugboard 43 into the connecting groove 114 is improved, the stability of smoothly separating the plugboard 43 from the connecting groove 114 is improved, and the assembly and disassembly efficiency of the partition wall unit plate 1 is further improved.
The implementation principle of the assembled inner partition wall system of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the inner partition wall is installed, the filling plate 7 is firstly installed at the side wall through the installation bolts 81 and the installation nuts 82 and is positioned between the lower sliding rail 2 and the upper sliding rail 3. Then, mounting the partition wall unit boards 1, aligning the plugboards 43 with the connecting grooves 114 on the unit half boards 11 which do not start to push the grooves 113, attaching the two unit half boards 11, pushing the pushing boards 41, inserting the plugboards 43 into the slots 115, inserting the fixing boards 441 into the fixing grooves 1131, and finally screwing the fixing bolts 442 and the fixing boards 441; then the partition wall unit boards 1 are slid between the lower slide rail 2 and the upper slide rail 3 one by one, the cutting 111 on the partition wall unit board 1 close to the side wall is inserted into the clamping groove 711 on the filling board 7, and finally the outermost partition wall unit boards 1 are fixed through the limiting mechanism 9, so that all the partition wall unit boards 1 are tightly attached to each other, and the installation efficiency of the partition wall unit boards 1 is improved.
If a certain partition wall unit board 1 needs to be dismantled, the filling board 7 is firstly dismantled through the mounting bolts 81 and the mounting nuts 82, at this time, a plurality of partition wall unit boards 1 can slide until the cutting 111 on the partition wall unit board 1 needing to be dismantled is completely exposed, the fixing bolts 442 on the partition wall unit board 1 are unscrewed, the slide push plate 41 enables the plugboard 43 to be separated from the slot 115, the two unit half boards 11 can be dismantled, other partition wall unit boards 1 do not need to be separated from the lower slide rail 2 and the upper slide rail 3, and the dismantling efficiency of the single partition wall unit board 1 is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a construction method of the assembled inner partition wall, which comprises the following steps:
s1, fixing a lower slide rail 2 on the upper surface of a lower floor slab, fixing an upper slide rail 3 on the lower surface of an upper floor slab, and enabling the lower slide rail 2 and the upper slide rail 3 to be arranged opposite to each other;
s2, mounting the partition wall unit board 1, namely aligning the plugboard 43 with the connecting groove 114 on the unit half board 11 which does not start to push the groove 113, bonding the two unit half boards 11, pushing the push plate 41 to enable the plugboard 43 to be inserted into the slot 115 and the fixing plate 441 to be inserted into the fixing groove 1131, and finally screwing the fixing bolt 442 and the fixing plate 441 to form the partition wall unit board 1;
s3, fixing the two filling half plates 71 between the lower slide rail 2 and the upper slide rail 3 through mounting bolts 81 and mounting nuts 82 to form a filling plate 7 attached to the side walls;
s4, sequentially sliding the partition wall unit boards 1 between the lower sliding rail 2 and the upper sliding rail 3, and enabling the adjacent partition wall unit boards 1 to be mutually attached; finally, the limiting plate 91 is fixed on the outermost partition wall unit plate 1, the lower sliding rail 2 and the upper sliding rail 3 through a plurality of limiting screws 93, so that the construction of the inner partition wall can be completed.
The embodiments of the present application are all preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application in this way, therefore: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the application should be covered in the scope of protection of the application.
