Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological environment protection, in particular to kitchen waste liquid wastewater treatment equipment, an organic fertilizer and a preparation method.
Background
The kitchen waste is a general name of the residual meal discarded in families, hotels, restaurants, institutions, enterprises, institutions, restaurants, dining halls and the like. The kitchen waste is characterized by high water content, high organic matter content, high oil content and high salt content, the main components of the kitchen waste comprise starch contained in staple food, cellulose and pentosan contained in vegetables and plant stems and leaves, protein and fat contained in meat, and the like, the content of polymeric aluminum chloride in inorganic salt is the highest, and a small amount of trace elements such as calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), potassium (K) and the like are also contained. The chemical composition of the material mainly comprises carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and chlorine (Cl). The kitchen waste is rich in organic matter content, high in nutrient content, complete in nutrient variety and high in moisture content, if the kitchen waste is not treated in time and is easy to decay, the properties and the smell of the kitchen waste can cause bad influence on environmental sanitation, and harmful substances such as pathogenic microorganisms and mycotoxin are easy to grow. From the existing form of the substances, the organic matters in the kitchen waste have a large amount of solid matters and organic matters dissolved or suspended in water, wherein the solid matters account for more than 30 percent and are the main existing form of the organic matters in the kitchen waste.
The treatment technology of the current kitchen waste mainly comprises the following steps: burying, burning, aerobic composting and anaerobic fermentation.
Landfill of kitchen garbage
At present, most of the centralized treatment of the kitchen waste in China still adopts a direct landfill treatment mode, and the collected and transported kitchen waste is mixed with other household waste and directly enters a landfill for landfill. The process has the advantages of simple method, low operation cost and huge treatment capacity. The disadvantages are that a large amount of land resources are occupied, and a large amount of land utilization expenses are consumed.
After the kitchen waste is buried, due to the characteristics of high water content, high organic matter content and the like, garbage leachate, odor and the like can be formed to directly influence natural resources such as underground water, atmosphere and the like, secondary pollution is formed, and the environment and the human health are harmed.
Under the current conditions that land resources are in short supply, people have higher and higher attention to environmental problems, and the kitchen waste yield is increasing day by day, the landfill treatment technology is obviously not suitable for the actual condition of kitchen waste treatment in China.
(II) incineration of kitchen waste
The waste treatment process is used for generating power by generating heat after combustible substances in the waste are combusted, so that the waste is recycled. The process has the advantages of large treatment capacity and obvious reduction effect of garbage. The heat generated after incineration can be used for generating power, and the resource utilization of garbage is realized. However, the incineration process has a high requirement on the calorific value of the waste, the water content of the kitchen waste is usually between 80% and 90%, and the excessively high water content causes the calorific value of the kitchen waste to be very low, so that if the kitchen waste is treated by using the incineration technology, the treatment cost is greatly increased. Meanwhile, the gas and solid products generated by incomplete combustion can also harm human health after being discharged.
In recent years, the dispute caused by the waste incineration project in China in the implementation process is large, and the trust degree and the acceptance and approval degree of people on the incineration technology are not high, so that the feasibility of applying the incineration technology to the kitchen waste treatment project is low in both technology and social influence.
(III) aerobic composting of kitchen waste
The aerobic composting technology is a process of degrading high molecular organic matters into inorganic matters under the action of aerobic microorganisms (mainly fungi) under the aerobic condition. The aerobic composting technology is mature and has wide application in foreign countries. The process has the advantages that the technology is simple, and the product after aerobic treatment is generally used for agricultural fertilizers. However, the aerobic composting technology is mainly applied to the treatment of garbage rich in fiber tissue structures such as green plant garbage (branches, leaves and the like generated by municipal maintenance) and straws, and has no technical advantages for the treatment of garbage which does not contain fiber tissue structures such as kitchen garbage. In addition, the aerobic compost occupies a large area, the treatment period is prolonged, and the operation cost is increased. The aerobic process is carried out in an unsealed environment, and the generated odor can form secondary pollution to influence the surrounding environment.
Because the water content of the kitchen waste is relatively high, the treatment of liquid in the aerobic composting technology is also a technical difficulty. Therefore, the aerobic composting of the kitchen waste also has problems in the aspects of waste recycling and economy.
(IV) anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste
Anaerobic fermentation treatment of kitchen waste refers to a process of degrading organic substances in the waste into micromolecular substances from macromolecular substances under the action of anaerobic bacteria and finally converting the micromolecular substances into methane. As the kitchen waste contains a large amount of organic matters, the solid degradation rate can reach 90 percent at most.
Biogas generated after anaerobic fermentation and degradation of the kitchen waste can be converted into electric energy and heat energy through a cogeneration generator set, the electric energy can be accessed into a power grid for production and living to be practical, the heat energy can supplement partial heat energy requirements of municipal heating facilities after being supplied to the waste treatment equipment for use, and the situation that economic benefits and social benefits win together is realized.
The kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation to obtain liquid waste water and solid residue, the liquid waste water is subjected to biological anaerobic fermentation, the generated biogas can be used for power generation, and the biogas slurry generated after fermentation can be used as a liquid organic fertilizer after denitrification, desalting and desulfurization treatment.
The technical problem to be solved is how to perform independent fermentation treatment on different batches of liquid wastewater to obtain the same organic fertilizer because the batches of the liquid wastewater are different and the fermentation time of different batches of liquid wastewater is different.

The working principle of the kitchen waste liquid wastewater treatment equipment is explained as follows:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the kitchen waste, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste to obtain liquid waste water and solid residues, carrying out anaerobic fermentation on the liquid waste water, and carrying out aerobic fermentation on the solid residues, wherein the invention mainly relates to how to carry out anaerobic fermentation on the liquid waste water, but does not relate to how to carry out aerobic fermentation on the solid residues;
liquid wastewater is injected into the liquid wastewater transportation tank 220, the transportation vehicle body 210 is used for transporting the liquid wastewater transportation tank 220 to the upper part of the vacant liquid wastewater storage tank 110, and it should be noted that at this time, the left door panel 121 is in an open state and the right door panel 122 is in a closed state, so that the whole movable door 120 is in a semi-open state, and the liquid wastewater in the liquid wastewater transportation tank 220 is favorably injected into the liquid wastewater storage tank 110; it is further described that when the left door panel 121 is in the open state, the normally open valve 500 at the through position between the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300 is closed, that is, the through position is blocked, and the biogas in the entire biogas conveying pipeline 300 cannot leak through the through position; when the right door panel 122 is in a closed state, the normally closed valve 600 at the through position between the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is closed, that is, the through position is also blocked, and when the liquid wastewater is injected into the liquid wastewater storage tank 110, the liquid wastewater cannot flow out of the through position to the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400;
opening the open-close valve body at the bottom of the liquid wastewater transport tank 220 so that the liquid wastewater in the liquid wastewater transport tank 220 is injected into the liquid wastewater storage tank 110;
after the liquid wastewater is injected, the left door plate 121 is closed by the door plate driving mechanism, the notch of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 is completely closed by the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122, at the moment, the normally open valve 500 at the through part of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300 is opened, and the normally closed valve 600 at the through part of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is closed; it should be noted that when the left door panel 121 and the right door panel 122 are in the closed state, the normally open valve 500 at the through position of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300 is opened, and the normally closed valve 600 at the through position of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is closed, so that during the anaerobic fermentation process of the liquid wastewater in the whole liquid wastewater storage tank 110, the biogas generated by the anaerobic fermentation is discharged from the through position of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300 into the biogas conveying pipeline 300;
after anaerobic fermentation is carried out for a period of time, liquid waste water can be converted into organic fertilizer, so that the carrier vehicle body 210 reaches the position above the liquid waste water storage tank 110 after the anaerobic fermentation is finished, the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122 are opened simultaneously by utilizing the door plate driving mechanism, at the moment, the normally open valve 500 at the through position of the liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the methane conveying pipeline 300 is closed (methane is prevented from leaking from the normally open valve), the normally closed valve 600 at the through position of the liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is opened, and the organic fertilizer is discharged into the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 from the through position of the liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400;
after the organic fertilizer in the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 is discharged, the right door plate 122 is closed by the door plate driving mechanism (the left door plate 121 is in an open state), so that the normally closed valve 600 at the through position of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is closed again; the normally closed valve 600 is reclosed in preparation for the next injection of new liquid wastewater.
The structural design features of the kitchen waste liquid wastewater treatment device 10 are explained below:
1. because the liquid waste water has different batches and the fermentation time of the liquid waste water of different batches is different, a plurality of independent liquid waste water storage tanks 110 are specially arranged for this purpose, and the liquid waste water of different batches is loaded into different liquid waste water storage tanks 110 for independent fermentation;
2. although the liquid waste water is different in batches, the same methane and organic fertilizer can be produced, therefore, a methane conveying pipeline 300 and an organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 are arranged, one methane conveying pipeline 300 is communicated with a plurality of independent liquid waste water storage tanks 110, methane generated by fermentation is discharged into the methane conveying pipeline 300, one organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 is communicated with a plurality of independent liquid waste water storage tanks 110, and organic fertilizer generated by fermentation is discharged into the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400, so that the whole equipment is simpler and more efficient;
3. in the fermentation process, liquid waste water can generate continuous biogas, and the liquid waste water in the tank body cannot be leaked, so that a normally open valve 500 and a normally closed valve 600 are particularly arranged, the normally open valve 500 is convenient for the biogas to be continuously discharged, and the normally closed valve 600 can prevent the liquid waste water in the tank from being leaked;
4. after the fermentation is completed, the through position of the liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300 needs to be blocked, the biogas conveying pipeline 300 is prevented from leaking from the through position, the through position of the liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 needs to be opened, the fermented organic fertilizer is discharged from the through position, therefore, the normally open valve 500 and the normally closed valve 600 are particularly arranged, the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122 are opened simultaneously by using the door plate driving mechanism, after the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122 are opened, the left door plate 121 enables the normally open valve 500 to be temporarily in a closed state to prevent gas leakage, and the right door plate 122 enables the normally closed valve 600 to be temporarily in an open state to facilitate the discharge of the organic fertilizer.
During the operation of the kitchen waste liquid wastewater treatment device 10, the technical problem that: discharging the organic fertilizer in the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 to the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400 requires a certain time, and the door plate driving mechanism for controlling the movable door 120 is arranged on the carrier body 210, so that the carrier body 210 is required to stay at the current position until the organic fertilizer in the tank is completely discharged, the carrier body 210 can leave the current position, and the door plate driving mechanism can withdraw from the movable door 120. Thus, the operation efficiency of the whole equipment is inevitably lowered.
Therefore, the structure of the movable door 120 is improved, and as long as the door plate driving mechanism on the transport vehicle body 210 touches the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122, the left door plate 121 and the right door plate 122 can be temporarily and stably stopped in the open or closed state, so that the transport vehicle body 210 can leave the current position to perform other tasks, and organic fertilizer in the current tank can naturally flow out.
The left door panel 121 is slidably disposed at the notch of the liquid waste storage tank 110 by the left positioning mechanism 700.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the left positioning mechanism 700 includes: a left fixing rod 710 fixed at the notch of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110, a left reset spring 720 for providing elastic restoring force for the left door panel 121, a left hemisphere positioning member 730, a left unlocking member 740, and a left latch member 750. The left hemispherical positioning piece 730 is fixed on the left fixing rod 710, the left unlocking piece 740 is movably sleeved on the left fixing rod 710 through the left return spring 760, and a left accommodating groove 731 for accommodating the left unlocking piece 740 is formed in the end surface of the left hemispherical positioning piece 730; the left latch member 750 is mounted to the left door panel 121 by a tension spring 751.
Similarly, the right door panel 122 is slidably disposed in a slot of the liquid waste storage tank 110 by a right positioning mechanism 800. The structure of the right positioning mechanism 800 is the same as the structure of the left positioning mechanism 700. Wherein, right side positioning mechanism includes: the right side fixed rod is fixed at the notch of the liquid waste water storage tank, and the right side reset spring, the right side hemispheroid positioning piece, the right side unlocking piece and the right side locking pin piece are used for providing elastic restoring force for the right side door plate; the right hemispherical positioning piece is fixed on the right fixed rod, the right unlocking piece is movably sleeved on the right fixed rod through a right homing spring, and a right accommodating groove for accommodating the right unlocking piece is formed in the end surface of the right hemispherical positioning piece; the right side latch piece is installed on the right side door panel through expanding spring.
The operation of the left positioning mechanism 700 will be explained below (the operation of the right positioning mechanism 800 refers to the operation of the left positioning mechanism 700):
as shown in fig. 9, when the left door panel 121 is in the closed state, the left door panel 121 needs to be opened, and the left handle 1211 on the left door panel 121 is driven by the left driving cylinder of the door panel driving mechanism, so that the left door panel 121 slides along the notch of the liquid wastewater storage tank 110;
as shown in fig. 10, in the process of sliding the left door panel 121, the left door panel 121 drives the left latch member 750 thereon to approach the left hemisphere positioning member 730, when the left latch member 750 contacts with the left hemisphere positioning member 730, the left latch member 750 slides and contracts along the smooth spherical surface of the left hemisphere positioning member 730, and after the left latch member 750 completely passes over the left hemisphere positioning member 730, the left latch member 750 resets and is clamped on the end surface of the left hemisphere positioning member 730 under the action of the expansion spring 751;
as shown in fig. 10, the left driving cylinder stops driving and contracts, and the left door panel 121 has a tendency of returning in the opposite direction under the action of the left return spring 720, however, the left latch 750 is already clamped on the end surface of the left hemisphere positioning element 730, so that the left door panel 121 is limited and cannot return, and thus, the left door panel 121 is in an open state;
when the left door panel 121 is in the open state, the left door panel 121 needs to be closed, and the left driving cylinder of the door panel driving mechanism drives the left handle 1211 on the left door panel 121 (at this time, the total stroke of the left driving cylinder is larger than that of the original cylinder);
as shown in fig. 11, the left door panel 121 continues to slide forward a short distance, and the left door panel 121 will drive the left latch 750 thereon to approach the left unlocking member 740 (the left latch 750 and the left unlocking member 740 travel together a short distance), and when the left unlocking member 740 travels to the extreme position, and stops, the left latch 750 will continue to travel a short distance, and at this time, the left latch 750 will completely cross the left unlocking member 740 along the inclined surface of the left unlocking member 740;
as shown in fig. 12, the left driving cylinder stops driving and contracts, the left door panel 121 has a tendency of resetting in the opposite direction under the action of the left return spring 720, the left door panel 121 drives the left unlocking member 740 to move in the opposite direction through the left locking pin member 750 thereon, the left unlocking member 740 partially moves into the left accommodating groove 731, the left unlocking member 740 and the left hemisphere positioning member 730 form a temporary whole with a smooth outer surface, and thus, the left locking pin member 750 smoothly passes over the left unlocking member 740 and the left hemisphere positioning member 730 (the left locking pin member 750 is not obstructed by the end surface of the left hemisphere positioning member 730); at this time, the left unlocking member 740 is reset under the action of the left return spring 760 (the left unlocking member 740 and the left hemispherical positioning member 730 keep a distance therebetween);
as shown in fig. 12, after the left latch 750 completely passes over the left unlocking member 740 and the left hemispherical positioning member 730, the left door panel 121 returns to the closed state again under the action of the left return spring 720.
Next, the specific structures of the normally open valve 500 and the normally closed valve 600 will be explained:
as shown in fig. 4 and 6, a biogas through hole 301 is formed at the through part of each liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the biogas conveying pipeline 300; the normally open valve 500 includes: a biogas plugging telescopic rod 510, a biogas plugging spring 520 and a left transmission rod 530; the methane plugging telescopic rod 510 penetrates through the methane through hole 301, a methane plugging block 511 is arranged on the methane plugging telescopic rod 510, and the methane plugging spring 520 is used for providing elastic force for the methane plugging telescopic rod 510 so that the methane plugging block 511 plugs the methane through hole 301; the left driving rod 530 is disposed on the left door panel 121, and the left driving rod 530 abuts against or is separated from the biogas plugging expansion link 510.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, an organic fertilizer through opening 401 is formed at the through position of each liquid waste water storage tank 110 and the organic fertilizer conveying pipeline 400; the normally closed valve 600 includes a right transmission rod 610 disposed on the right door panel 122 and an organic fertilizer plug 620 disposed on the right transmission rod 610, and the right door panel 122 drives the organic fertilizer plug 620 through the right transmission rod 610, so that the organic fertilizer plug 620 is plugged or separated from the organic fertilizer through opening 401.
The operation of the normally open valve 500 will now be explained (as shown in fig. 4 and 6):
in a normal state, because the left door plate 121 is in a closed state, the left transmission rod 530 abuts against the methane blocking telescopic rod 510, the methane blocking spring 520 is compressed, the methane blocking plug 511 on the methane blocking telescopic rod 510 does not block the methane through hole 301, that is, the methane through hole 301 is in an open state, and methane generated in the liquid waste water storage tank 110 can be discharged into the methane conveying pipeline 300 through the methane through hole 301;
when the left door panel 121 is in the open state, the left driving rod 530 is separated from the biogas plugging telescopic rod 510, that is, the left driving rod 530 does not abut against the biogas plugging telescopic rod 510 any more, under the elastic force of the biogas plugging spring 520, the biogas plugging block 511 on the biogas plugging telescopic rod 510 plugs the biogas through hole 301, the biogas through hole 301 is in the closed state, and biogas in the biogas conveying pipeline 300 cannot leak through the biogas through hole 301.
The operation of the normally closed valve 600 will now be described (as shown in fig. 4 and 6):
in a normal state, because the right door plate 122 is in a closed state, the organic fertilizer seal plug 620 on the right transmission rod 610 plugs the organic fertilizer through hole 401, so that the liquid wastewater in the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 can be normally fermented, and the liquid wastewater cannot leak through the organic fertilizer through hole 401;
when the right door plate 122 is in the open state, the right door plate 122 drives the organic fertilizer sealing plug 620 to break away from the organic fertilizer through hole 401 through the right transmission rod 610, so that the organic fertilizer through hole 401 is in the open state, and the fermented organic fertilizer in the liquid wastewater storage tank 110 can be discharged through the organic fertilizer through hole 401.
