The invention provides a novel rolling shutter door body of an automobile storage box and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the existing technical problems.
According to one aspect of the invention, the novel automobile storage box roller shutter door body comprises a hard rubber framework layer and a soft rubber coating layer, wherein the hard rubber framework layer comprises a plurality of framework monomers and hard rubber layers, the framework monomers are arranged at intervals in parallel, two ends of each framework monomer extend outwards to form heads, the hard rubber layers are coated on the surfaces of the framework monomers, the heads of the adjacent framework monomers form a connecting body through the hard rubber layers, the soft rubber coating layer is coated on the surface of the hard rubber framework layer, and the hard rubber layers between the heads of the adjacent framework monomers are removed after the soft rubber coating layer is coated on the surface of the hard rubber framework layer.
On the basis of the scheme, the ebonite skeleton layer is preferably an injection molding body, the injection molding body is formed in an ebonite cavity, the ebonite cavity is formed by combining an upper mold and a lower mold, a plurality of main body parts which are arranged in parallel at intervals and end parts connected with the main body parts are arranged on the upper mold and the lower mold, communicated molding channels are arranged between the adjacent end parts, the main body parts on the upper mold and the lower mold are spliced to form a cavity matched with the skeleton single body, the head parts of the upper mold and the lower mold are spliced to form a cavity matched with the head parts, and the adjacent cavities form mutually communicated structures under the action of the molding channels.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the novel automobile storage box roller shutter door body, which comprises the following steps,
step S1, installing the skeleton monomer in the hard glue cavity, connecting the hard glue cavity into a whole by using a forming channel, and injecting glue for forming by an injection molding machine;
step S2, replacing the forming die on the basis of the step S1, and injecting soft glue through an injection molding machine for forming;
and step S3, cutting off the hard glue between the heads of the adjacent skeleton monomers.
According to the novel rolling shutter door body of the automobile storage box and the preparation method of the rolling shutter door body, a novel product structure is adopted, glue-coating injection molding can be carried out on the same common injection molding machine, the situation that production cannot be carried out due to the lack of double-color injection molding equipment is avoided, meanwhile, the mold development cost is saved, and the conventional practice of double-color injection molding equipment production is broken through, so that the processing cost of parts is greatly reduced.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the framework monomer 13 is 16 small framework monomers 13 and one large framework monomer 10, which are independent, in the process of injection molding, in the conventional process, each framework monomer 13 needs to be provided with a sprue, the framework mold is a cold runner mold, 17 sprues need to be provided with 17 runners, 17 runners are very expensive in material consumption in the process of injection molding, secondary injection molding is performed on the dispersed framework structure by using a two-color injection molding machine, after the framework is subjected to injection molding in a mold cavity, equipment rotates, and the framework is rotated to a soft rubber injection molding station for encapsulation injection molding.

Preferably on the basis of the scheme, the ebonite skeleton layer is an injection molding body, the injection molding body is formed in the ebonite cavity, the ebonite cavity is formed by combining an upper mold and a lower mold, a plurality of main body parts arranged in parallel at intervals and end parts connected with the main body parts are arranged on the upper mold and the lower mold, a communicated molding channel is arranged between the adjacent end parts, a cavity matched with the skeleton monomer is formed after the main body parts on the upper mold and the lower mold are spliced, a cavity matched with the head part is formed after the head part of the upper mold and the head part of the lower mold are spliced, and adjacent cavities form a mutually communicated structure under the action of the molding channel.
According to the invention, 17 dispersed framework monomers 13 are connected at two ends through the forming channels, the framework monomers 13 form a part after injection molding, and the injection molding only needs one sprue, so that compared with the structure shown in figure 1, 16 sprue and sub-runners are reduced in the part, and the material consumption is saved; the part is convenient to store after being molded, one part is a unit, and if the part structure in the prior art needs to be stored after being molded by injection alone, 17 scattered frameworks need to be stored together, so that the packaging difficulty is increased, the packaging quantity is reduced, and the packaging cost is directly increased.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the novel automobile storage box roller shutter door body, which comprises the following steps,
step S1, installing the skeleton monomer in the hard rubber cavity, connecting the hard rubber cavity into a whole by using a forming channel, and injecting glue for forming by an injection molding machine;
step S2, replacing the forming die on the basis of the step S1, and injecting soft glue through an injection molding machine for forming;
and step S3, cutting off the hard glue between the heads of the adjacent skeleton monomers.

Through the structural design, the subsequent encapsulation injection molding is feasible, the encapsulation molding is to firstly arrange the frameworks into the mold, if the framework monomer parts are not connected together, 17 frameworks are required to be assembled into the mold at one time, the assembly time of each framework is 5 seconds, the assembly time of 17 frameworks is 85 seconds, the production period of the encapsulation part is long, and the cost is high; the framework monomers are connected together through the connecting cavity, only one integral framework needs to be assembled once in the rubber coating mold, the assembling time is 5 seconds, the production period of 80 seconds is saved compared with that before the structure is not improved, and the production cost is low.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, after the product and the mold are formed by injection molding, the frames are still connected together after injection molding, and the product cannot meet the use function of the roller shutter door, because the frames are connected together, the roller shutter effect cannot be achieved, and the frame connecting part needs to be cut off, referring to fig. 5, the connecting part added in fig. 2 compared with fig. 1 is cut off, so that the roller shutter effect of the product is achieved.
The invention is mainly applied to finishing secondary rubber coating injection molding without being limited by an injection molding machine, only needs twice injection molding on the same common injection molding machine, reduces the waste of materials in the process of carrying out the process production, and improves the production efficiency through structure optimization. The double-color injection molding machine is high in price and low in universality, only a specific product can be used by the injection molding machine of the type, and a plurality of injection molding manufacturers do not have the injection molding machine of the type, so that the rolling door of the original structure cannot be produced by most of the injection molding manufacturers.
