Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tower cranes, and particularly relates to an adjustable foundation platform for a tower crane.
Background
The tower crane can cause the foundation to sink due to long-time operation, and the foundation sinking amount is monitored by equipment, so that certain difficulty and high cost are caused. In the prior art, the foundation is generally in a cast-in-place type or a prefabricated assembly type, the settlement angle or the settlement height of the foundation cannot be changed after the foundation is made or assembled, and a large amount of time is required to pass if a simulation test is required;
therefore, there is a need for an experimental facility that can adjust the foundation, monitor the foundation settlement, shorten the time course, and perform a certain function in practical applications.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an adjustable foundation platform for a tower crane.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an adjustable foundation platform for a tower crane comprises a reinforced concrete base and N threaded rods, wherein N is more than or equal to 1 and is a positive integer, the N threaded rods are arranged at the bottom of the reinforced concrete base in a centrosymmetric manner, and the tower crane is fixed at the top of the reinforced concrete base; the bottoms of the N threaded rods are respectively connected with an adjusting device, and the adjusting device comprises an adjusting piece, a threaded pipe and a support; the adjusting piece is arranged on the threaded rod, the adjusting piece is rotated through external force, and meanwhile, the length of the threaded rod is changed through the adjusting piece, so that the threaded rod can carry out lifting adjustment on the reinforced concrete base; the threaded pipe is correspondingly in threaded connection with the threaded rod, and a support is arranged at the bottom of the threaded pipe; and the different heights of the reinforced concrete base are changed through the adjusting piece, so that a settlement simulation experiment of the tower crane foundation is formed.
Further, the reinforced concrete base is rectangular, circular, cross-shaped or the like.
Further, the shape of the threaded rod adopts a threaded rod with partial threads, or a threaded rod with full threads, or a screw with coarse threads, or a screw with fine threads, or a hollow screw, or a solid screw, etc.
Further, the adjusting piece adopts a bolt structure or other structures. Preferably, the adjusting piece is a conventional bolt, a special bolt or the like.
Further, the external force for rotating the adjusting member is provided by manual or other power means.
Further, the shape of the threaded pipe adopts a circular shape, a rectangular shape, an irregular shape, and the like.
Further, the supports are fixedly connected together through a connecting structure, or the supports are respectively and independently arranged at the bottom of each threaded pipe.
Further, the joint of the support and the threaded pipe can rotate relatively or be fixedly connected.
Has the advantages that: the invention has simple structure, is convenient and practical, and can adjust the settling volume of the tower crane foundation according to actual needs.

The invention is illustrated below with reference to specific examples. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
An adjustable foundation platform for a tower crane is shown in figures 1 to 3 and comprises a reinforced concrete base 1, four threaded rods 2 and an adjusting device, wherein the four threaded rods 2 are arranged at the bottom of the reinforced concrete base 1 in a centrosymmetric manner, and the tower crane is fixed at the top of the reinforced concrete base 1; the bottoms of the four threaded rods 2 are respectively connected with an adjusting device, and the adjusting device comprises an adjusting piece 3, a threaded pipe 4 and a support 5; the adjusting piece 3 is arranged on the threaded rod 2, the adjusting piece 3 is rotated through external force, meanwhile, the adjusting piece 3 changes the length of the threaded rod 2, and then the threaded rod 2 carries out lifting adjustment on the reinforced concrete base 1; the threaded pipe 4 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 2 correspondingly, and a support 5 is arranged at the bottom of the threaded pipe 4. The different heights of the reinforced concrete base 1 are changed through the adjusting pieces 3, and a settlement simulation experiment of the tower crane foundation is formed.
In this embodiment, the reinforced concrete base 1 has a rectangular shape.
In this embodiment, the threaded rod 2 is formed of a threaded rod having all threads.
In the embodiment, the adjusting piece 3 adopts a conventional bolt and a special-shaped bolt; the external force for rotating the adjusting member 3 can be provided manually or by other power modes.
In this embodiment, the shape of the threaded pipe 4 is circular.
In this embodiment, the four supporting seats 5 are fixedly connected together by a connecting structure, or the four supporting seats 5 are respectively and independently arranged at the bottom of the respective threaded pipe 4.
In this embodiment, the connection between the support 5 and the threaded pipe 4 can be rotated relatively or fixedly connected.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: rotate regulating part 3 through external force and make the height that can change threaded rod 2, threaded rod 2 drives the foundation base and goes up and down.
