Description

Antibacterial lining aluminum plate applied to household appliances and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of materials for household appliances, in particular to an antibacterial lining aluminum plate applied to household appliances and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the household appliance industry, particularly white household appliances, the household appliance lining coating plate with antibacterial and other functions is developed, is applied to food contact type household appliance linings such as freezers, medical cabinets, wine cabinets, display cabinets and the like, and is an important mark for embodying the process quality level, the management level and the product innovation capability of household appliance manufacturers and suppliers thereof. A refrigerator is a common household appliance, and is generally used for storing food and other articles at a low temperature. The existing refrigerator inner liner is generally made of aluminum plates, however, the aluminum plates are not usually subjected to antibacterial treatment, so that a large amount of bacteria are generated in the using process, and the pollution to articles in the refrigerator is caused. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an antibacterial lining aluminum plate for home appliances.
The traditional antibacterial lining aluminum plate applied to household appliances is generally sprayed with an antibacterial coating on the surface of the aluminum plate to realize the antibacterial function. However, the existing antibacterial lining aluminum plate applied to the household appliances has the defects of low bonding strength, insufficient weather resistance, limited antibacterial function, short service life and the like. In the long-term use process, the antibacterial functional components can be leaked, so that the antibacterial durability of the material is poor, the antibacterial function is single due to the selection of the antibacterial functional components, the antibacterial material can only be effective to partial strains, and the antibacterial broad spectrum is not sufficient.
In order to solve the problems, Chinese patent application CN112521788A discloses a preparation method of an antibacterial coating for an aluminum plate of a lining of a refrigerator, which comprises the following raw materials of 50-55 parts of polyester resin, 2-3 parts of an adhesion agent, 1-2 parts of hexamethylenetetramine, 4-8 parts of dimethylbenzene, 3-6 parts of ethyl acetate, 2-4 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 0.1-0.2 part of manganese naphthenate, 25-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 2-4 parts of yellow powder, 0.2-0.3 part of a catalyst, 0.3-0.6 part of a dispersing agent, 0.2-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 0.15-0.25 part of a flatting agent; by preparing the antibacterial coating, the problem that the existing aluminum plate is not subjected to antibacterial treatment usually, so that a large amount of bacteria can be generated in the using process, and the pollution to articles in a refrigerator is caused can be effectively solved. However, the weather resistance, antibacterial property and adhesive strength of the coating are to be further improved.
Therefore, the development of the antibacterial lining aluminum plate applied to the household appliances and the preparation method thereof, which have the advantages of obvious antibacterial effect, good antibacterial durability and long service life, meet the market demands, have higher market value and application prospect, and have very important significance for promoting the development of the field of household appliance materials.
