Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机,其通过可调节位置的定位装置可定位圆形切刀,并通过调节定位装置来调节圆形切刀的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度,可适应不同规格食品的加工,工作效率高;圆形切刀工作时上端比较危险,设置罩盖可消除安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品生产设备领域,尤其涉及一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机。
背景技术
食品生产过程中,经常需要将食品切成条状。目前的切条设备较繁琐,而且切条长度为固定模式,不利于不同规格食品的加工。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机,其利用圆形切刀以及可以调节的定位装置,可以调节切条长度,在加工不同规格食品时的效率极高。
一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机,所述食品切条机包括机架1,所述机架1由下至上依次活动连接输送台2和转动辊4,所述输送台2穿过所述机架1连接第一传动轮3,所述转动辊4穿过所述机架1连接第二传动轮5;所述转动辊4上安装圆形切刀6,所述圆形切刀6中间开设中心孔61,所述圆形切刀6通过所述中心孔61可套装在所述转动辊4上;所述转动辊4上安装有可调节位置的定位装置7,通过所述定位装置7可调节所述圆形切刀6的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度。
进一步的,所述第一传动轮3或所述第二传动轮5与动力设备连接。
进一步的,多个所述输送台2上安装履带,形成连续输送平台。
进一步的,所述转动辊4上在纵向方向开有“T”形槽41,所述定位装置7由“T”形块71和锁定块72组成,所述“T”形块71可在所述“T”形槽41中滑动,所述“T”形块71与所述锁定块72通过螺纹配合。
进一步的,所述机架1顶部安装罩盖8。
本发明的优点:
1、本发明通过可调节位置的定位装置可定位圆形切刀,并通过调节定位装置来调节圆形切刀的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度;
2、“T”形块可在所述“T”形槽中滑动,再通过锁定块定位“T”形块,即可达到调节圆形切刀的位置和间距的作用;
3、圆形切刀工作时上端比较危险,设置罩盖可消除安全隐患。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机,食品切条机包括机架1,机架1由下至上依次活动连接输送台2和转动辊4,输送台2穿过机架1连接第一传动轮3,转动辊4穿过机架1连接第二传动轮5;第一传动轮3或第二传动轮5与动力设备连接,多个输送台2上安装履带,形成连续输送平台;转动辊4上安装圆形切刀6,圆形切刀6中间开设中心孔61,圆形切刀6通过中心孔61可套装在转动辊4上;转动辊4上安装有可调节位置的定位装置7,转动辊4上在纵向方向开有“T”形槽41,定位装置7由“T”形块71和锁定块72组成,“T”形块71可在“T”形槽41中滑动,“T”形块71与锁定块72通过螺纹配合;通过定位装置7可调节圆形切刀6的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度;机架1顶部安装罩盖8。
本发明通过可调节位置的定位装置来调节圆形切刀的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度,可适应不同规格食品的加工,工作效率高。

1.一种可调节切条长度的食品切条机,其特征在于:所述食品切条机包括机架,所述机架由下至上依次活动连接输送台和转动辊,所述输送台穿过所述机架连接第一传动轮,所述转动辊穿过所述机架连接第二传动轮;所述转动辊上安装圆形切刀,所述圆形切刀中间开设中心孔,所述圆形切刀通过所述中心孔可套装在所述转动辊上;所述转动辊上安装有可调节位置的定位装置,通过所述定位装置可调节所述圆形切刀的位置和间距,以此调节切条长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品切条机,其特征在于:所述第一传动轮或所述第二传动轮与动力设备连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食品切条机,其特征在于:多个所述输送台上安装履带,形成连续输送平台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品切条机,其特征在于:所述转动辊上在纵向方向开有“T”形槽,所述定位装置由“T”形块和锁定块组成,所述“T”形块可在所述“T”形槽中滑动,所述“T”形块与所述锁定块通过螺纹配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食品切条机,其特征在于:所述机架顶部安装罩盖。
