The fixing device (6) comprises vertical plates (61), rotating shafts (62), chain wheels (63), conveying chain plates (64), isolation baffles (65), rotating frames (66) and clamping frames (67), wherein the vertical plates (61) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper end face of the workbench (5), two rotating shafts (62) are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the two vertical plates (61), the chain wheels (63) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the two rotating shafts (62), the chain wheels (63) on the front side and the rear side are connected through the conveying chain plates (64) in a transmission mode, the isolation baffles (65) are uniformly arranged on the side walls of the conveying chain plates (64) on the front side and the rear side in the circumferential direction, one end of one rotating shaft (62) penetrates through the side walls of the vertical plates (61), and the rotating frames (66) are arranged on the opposite faces of the two vertical plates (61) and close to the upper positions of the two vertical plates (61);

the manufacturing steps are as follows:
s1, manufacturing a thyroid retractor: firstly, punching the processed steel plate to obtain a thyroid retractor;
s2, placing a thyroid retractor: after the step S1 is finished, placing thyroid retractor of the first retractor (2) and the second retractor (3) which need to be polished on a fixing device (6), and supporting, clamping and fixing the thyroid retractor through the fixing device (6) after the thyroid retractor is placed;
S3, polishing a thyroid retractor: s2, after the step is finished, rapidly polishing the thyroid retractor which is supported, clamped and fixed by using a polishing device (7);
s4, wrapping a thyroid retractor: s3, after the step is finished, finally, wrapping the anti-slip pad (4) on the pulling plate (1) on the thyroid retractor after finishing polishing;
