Meanwhile, tinning of the copper wire can prevent the tacky wire core of the insulating rubber from blackening and becoming brittle and improve the weldability of the tacky wire core. The tinned copper wire is mainly used for rubber-insulated mining cables, flexible wires, flexible cables, marine cables and the like as a conductive wire core and as an outer shielding braided layer and a brush wire of the cable.
The copper wire needs to use a lubricant in a drawing production process, a layer of oil film is attached to the surface of a finished copper wire, and in order to improve the tinning compactness and flatness of the wire, the copper wire needs to be subjected to a tinning pretreatment process before tinning, and the oil film on the surface of the wire is removed. However, in the aspect of the cleanliness detection technology, the industry is still in a search stage, and the oil film participation amount cannot be accurately detected.
