Background
The kitchen is the main place that people cook, and the cooking experience is directly influenced by the kitchen air environment. The kitchen is hot in summer and cold in winter, and has the demand of cooling and heating, therefore, people invent various kitchen air conditioners, cool the kitchen air in summer, and provide warm air for the kitchen in winter to improve the cooking comfort level. The existing kitchen air conditioner has no great difference from the common air conditioner in basic form, and generally has two forms, namely an inner machine and an outer machine which are separated, namely the outer machine is positioned outdoors, the inner machine is positioned indoors, the inner machine and the outer machine are respectively provided with a motor fan, the inner machine and the outer machine are separated, the kitchen air conditioner is connected in a connecting mode through pipelines, holes are formed in a wall, decoration is damaged, an outer machine is hung outdoors, the installation difficulty is high, and the structure is not compact enough. The other is that the inner machine and the outer machine are of an integrated structure, and although the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger of the air conditioner can be installed indoors, the heat discharging pipe of the first heat exchanger can be installed only by damaging a wall body with a larger area, so that the installation difficulty is increased, and the indoor attractiveness is also influenced.
Although, at present, products such as air-conditioning smoke exhaust ventilator are also available on the market, namely, an air-conditioning component is added on the basis of a smoke exhaust ventilator platform, so that not only can all functions of the smoke exhaust ventilator be realized, but also the functions of an air conditioner can be realized. However, these air conditioning hoods often combine the simple functions of the indoor unit of the traditional air conditioner and the traditional range hood, and the air conditioner and the range hood work independently of each other and cannot be linked. In addition, the fume exhaust mode of the existing air conditioner fume extractor is the same as that of the conventional fume extractor, namely, the fume is exhausted into the outdoor or public flue through a fume exhaust pipe. In the use process of the air conditioner smoke machine, condensed water is generated by an evaporator of the air conditioner, and is discharged outdoors through a water guide pipe at present, and other discharge modes are not available. In view of the foregoing, there is a need for further improvements in existing air conditioning hoods.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an air-conditioning type range hood which is compact in structure and can realize the internal exhaust of lampblack aiming at the current state of the art.
The air conditioning type range hood comprises an air conditioning component and a range hood component, wherein the air conditioning component comprises a compressor, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, the compressor, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are communicated through a refrigerant pipeline, the range hood component comprises a shell, a range hood fan and a smoke exhaust channel are arranged in the shell, and the air conditioning type range hood is characterized in that an air outlet channel is further arranged in the shell, the first heat exchanger is arranged in the smoke exhaust channel, the second heat exchanger is arranged in the air outlet channel, an air outlet of the smoke exhaust channel is communicated with an air inlet of the air outlet channel, an air outlet of the air outlet channel is arranged on the shell, and a range hood is arranged in at least one of the smoke exhaust channel and the air outlet channel.
In order to enable the wind that the air outlet of air-out passageway air outlet is cleaner, oil smoke purification device includes first oil smoke purification unit and second oil smoke purification unit, in the fume exhaust passageway was located to, along oil smoke flow direction, first oil smoke purification unit locates the upper reaches of first heat exchanger, in the air-out passageway was located to second oil smoke purification unit, and, along air flow direction, the upper reaches of second heat exchanger was located to second oil smoke purification unit.
Preferably, the smoke exhaust channel comprises a first smoke exhaust channel and a second smoke exhaust channel, and the first heat exchanger and the first oil smoke purifying unit are arranged in the first smoke exhaust channel.
In order to open the inlet of one of the smoke exhaust channels, a first valve plate is arranged at the inlet of the first smoke exhaust channel and the inlet of the second smoke exhaust channel, and one of the smoke exhaust channels in the first smoke exhaust channel and the second smoke exhaust channel can be communicated with the air outlet of the smoke exhaust fan by switching the first valve plate.
In order to open the outlet of one of the smoke discharging channels, a second valve plate is arranged at the outlet of the first smoke discharging channel and the outlet of the second smoke discharging channel, and one of the smoke discharging channels in the first smoke discharging channel and the second smoke discharging channel can be communicated with the air outlet channel by switching the second valve plate.
In order to filter the oil smoke that gets into the air-out passageway, install the filter screen in the air-out passageway to, along the air flow direction, the filter screen is located the upstream of second oil smoke purification unit. The filter screen preferably adopts a coarse filter screen to filter large particles in the oil smoke.
In order to enable the air outlet of the air outlet channel to smoothly outlet air, an air outlet fan is arranged in the air outlet channel, and the air outlet fan is arranged at the downstream of the second heat exchanger along the air flow direction.
The compressor may be mounted in a number of different positions, preferably within the housing and outside the smoke evacuation channel and the air outlet channel.
Further preferably, the first heat exchanger is a condenser, and the second heat exchanger is an evaporator.
Further preferably, a water receiving tray for collecting condensed water generated by the evaporator is arranged in the air outlet channel, and the condensed water in the water receiving tray is discharged out of the range hood through a drain pipe or sprayed onto the first heat exchanger through a spraying device. Like this, the comdenstion water can be arranged outward, also can be used for cooling down first heat exchanger, improves first heat exchanger's heat exchange efficiency.
Further preferably, the smoke discharging channel and the air outlet channel are both positioned at the upper part of the smoke sucking fan, and the smoke discharging channel and the air outlet channel are distributed adjacently left and right.
Preferably, a throttle device is mounted on the refrigerant line between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioning type range hood has the advantages that the two heat exchangers of the air conditioning component of the air conditioning type range hood are respectively arranged in the smoke exhaust channel and the air outlet channel, the structure is compact, the oil smoke discharged from the smoke exhaust channel can be discharged from the air outlet of the air outlet channel after being purified by the oil smoke purifying device, and the air outlet of the air outlet channel is arranged on the shell of the range hood, so that the oil smoke can be discharged, and the oil smoke exchanges heat with the heat exchangers in the air outlet channel when passing through the air outlet channel, so that cold air or hot air can be blown out from the air outlet of the air outlet channel as required, and the cooking experience of a user is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air-conditioning type range hood of the present embodiment includes an air conditioning assembly and a range hood assembly. The air conditioning assembly comprises a compressor 11, a first heat exchanger 12 and a second heat exchanger 13, wherein the compressor 11, the first heat exchanger 12 and the second heat exchanger 13 are communicated through a refrigerant pipeline 14, and a throttling part 15 is arranged on the refrigerant pipeline 14 between the first heat exchanger 12 and the second heat exchanger 13. The coolant lines 14 are configured to flow coolant, such as water, glycol or glycerol. The specific operation principle of the air conditioning assembly is the same as that of the existing air conditioner, and will not be described here.
The fume exhaust assembly of this embodiment has a casing 20, and a fume exhaust fan 21, a fume exhaust passage 22 and an air outlet passage 23 are disposed in the casing 20. The smoke exhaust passage 22 and the air outlet passage 23 are provided above the extractor hood 21 with the direction indicated by an arrow a in fig. 1 as the right, and the air outlet passage 23 is located on the right side of the smoke exhaust passage 22. The air inlet of the air outlet channel 23 is communicated with the air outlet of the smoke exhaust channel 22. In this embodiment, the air outlet of the air outlet channel 23 is disposed at the top of the casing 20, and in addition, the air outlet of the air outlet channel 23 may be disposed on the front or side of the casing 20.
The compressor 11 is installed in the casing 20, specifically, the compressor 11 is located at the right side of the range hood 21 and below the air outlet passage 23.
The smoke evacuation path 22 of the present embodiment includes a first smoke evacuation path 221 and a second smoke evacuation path 222. A first valve plate 41 is installed at the inlet of the first smoke exhaust passage 221 and the inlet of the second smoke exhaust passage 222, and one of the first smoke exhaust passage 221 and the second smoke exhaust passage 222 can be communicated with the air outlet of the smoke exhaust fan 21 by switching the first valve plate 41. A second valve plate 42 is installed at the outlet of the first smoke discharge passage 221 and the outlet of the second smoke discharge passage 222, and one of the first smoke discharge passage 221 and the second smoke discharge passage 222 can be communicated with the air outlet passage 23 by switching the second valve plate 42.
A first fume purification unit 31 and a first heat exchanger 12 are installed in the first fume exhaust passage 221, and the first fume purification unit 31 is located upstream of the first heat exchanger 12 along the fume flow direction, avoiding fume from contaminating the first heat exchanger 12. A filter screen 5, a second oil smoke purifying unit 32, a second heat exchanger 13 and an air outlet fan 24 are installed in the air outlet channel 23, and the filter screen 5, the second oil smoke purifying unit 32, the second heat exchanger 13 and the air outlet fan 24 are sequentially distributed along the air flow direction. In this embodiment, the first heat exchanger 12 is a condenser, and the second heat exchanger 13 is an evaporator. The filter screen 5 may preferably be a coarse filter screen, and the first and second fume purification units 31 and 32 may preferably be various electrostatic purification devices in the prior art.
In addition, a water receiving tray 6 is installed in the air outlet passage 23, and the water receiving tray 6 is positioned below the second heat exchanger 13, i.e., the evaporator. When the air conditioner works, condensed water generated by the evaporator flows into the water receiving disc 6, and water in the water receiving disc 6 is discharged through the drain pipe 7. As shown in fig. 3, a water pump 8 is mounted on the drain pipe 7, a water pipe 9 is mounted in the kitchen wall, and condensed water is discharged into the water pipe 9 through the drain pipe 7 by the water pump 8. In addition, the condensed water may be utilized, for example, the condensed water may be utilized to spray and cool the first heat exchanger 12 in the first smoke exhaust channel 221, so as to improve the heat exchange effect thereof.
Taking a refrigerating mode as an example, the working principle of the air-conditioning type range hood is as follows:
As shown in fig. 1, the range hood and the air conditioner are both opened, the first valve plate 41 is deflected to the left, the second valve plate 42 is rotated upward, at this time, the first smoke exhaust channel 221 is opened, the second smoke exhaust channel 222 is closed, and the outlet of the first smoke exhaust channel 221 is communicated with the air outlet channel 23. The oil smoke first gets into first smoke evacuation channel 221, and first oil smoke purification unit 31 purifies the oil smoke, and then, the oil smoke after purifying gets into air-out channel 23, and filter screen 5 and second oil smoke purification unit 32 further purify the oil smoke, and the air that purifies is cooled after the second heat exchanger 13 that is the evaporimeter flows through, blows out from the air outlet of air-out channel 23 under the effect of air-out fan 24 at last, cools down for the kitchen air, promotes user's culinary art experience.
As shown in fig. 2, only the range hood is opened, the first valve plate 41 is deflected rightward, the second valve plate 42 is rotated downward, at this time, the first smoke exhaust channel 221 is closed, the second smoke exhaust channel 222 is opened, and the outlet of the second smoke exhaust channel 222 is communicated with the air outlet channel 23. The oil smoke enters the second smoke exhaust channel 222, then enters the air outlet channel 23, is further purified by the filter screen 5 and the second oil smoke purifying unit 32, and finally is blown out from the air outlet of the air outlet channel 23 under the action of the air outlet fan 24.
In the heating mode, the first heat exchanger 12 is an evaporator, the second heat exchanger 13 is a condenser, and warm air is blown out from the air outlet of the air outlet channel 23, and the switching mode of the smoke exhaust channel 22 is the same as that of the cooling mode, and will not be described here.
As described above, the air-conditioning type range hood of the embodiment realizes the internal exhaust of the oil smoke, thereby solving the problem of outdoor environmental pollution possibly caused by the external exhaust of the oil smoke.
