the sewage sterilized by steam flows into the cooling chamber 3 through the communicating pipe 7 for natural cooling, because the front side of the lower part of the cooling chamber 3 is provided with a plurality of heat radiation copper pipes 5, therefore, the waste heat of the mixed hot sewage entering the cooling chamber 3 is absorbed by the heat dissipation copper pipe 5 and the plurality of heat dissipation fins 6 on the front side of the cooling chamber 3, the rotating disc 15, the front part of which is driven by the steam to rotate, drives the transmission shaft 11 connected with the outer end of the rotating disc to rotate, the rotating transmission shaft 11 drives the heat conduction fan 17 connected with the rear end of the rotating disc and arranged on the outer sides of the plurality of radiating fins 6 to rotate, the rotation of the heat conduction fan 17 not only accelerates the heat dissipation of the radiating copper pipe 5, but also accelerates the heat loss of the mixed heat steam in the cooling chamber 3, the hot air generated by the rotation also blows to one side surface of the steam mixed heat chamber 1, the waste heat of the mixed hot sewage is effectively utilized, the temperature rise in the mixed hot room is accelerated, and the sterilization efficiency is accelerated;
the sewage at the tail end entering the cooling chamber 3 is inactivated and sterilized by an ultraviolet germicidal lamp arranged at the upper side in the cooling chamber, then flows into the magnetic manganese sand filter 4 through the water outlet pipe I8, and is subjected to magnetic adsorption and filtration by manganese sand to kill organisms and bacteria remains;
under the condition that the magnetic manganese sand filter 4 is used for a long time, a large amount of killed germ biological debris is adhered to a filter material layer of the filter, if the filter is not subjected to regular back washing, the filter effect of the filter is poor, so that the steam compression tank 13 and the water compression tank 14 are connected to two sides of the water outlet pipe II 27 through the back washing pipe 28, the filter material layer is subjected to reverse water washing and steam washing through high-pressure airflow and water flow sprayed from the tanks, and the backflow washing sewage flows out through the sewage flow pipe 9 because the one-way valve is arranged at the position 8 of the water outlet pipe I;
the specific operation mode of the regular flushing is as follows: when steam in the steam mixing chamber 1 drives the turntable 15 and the transmission shaft 11 connected to the rear side of the turntable to rotate, the rotating transmission shaft 11 enables the first rotating shaft 21 to rotate through the first helical gear 19 and the second helical gear 20 which are meshed with each other, the first rotating shaft 21 drives the second rotating shaft 23 to rotate through the third helical gear 22 and the fourth helical gear 24 which are meshed with each other, and the second rotating shaft 23 drives the reciprocating screw rod 26 with one end fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft to rotate;
the rotating reciprocating screw rod 26 enables the threaded sleeve connected with the rotating reciprocating screw rod to slide left and right on the mounting plate 25 in a reciprocating manner, the moving plate 29 fixedly connected with the lower side of the threaded sleeve moves in a left-right reciprocating translation manner, the tooth grooves arranged on two sides of the moving plate 29 are in transmission with the incomplete gear 30 on the inner side of the moving plate, in the process of meshing transmission of the tooth grooves and the incomplete gear 30, the incomplete gear 30 is driven to rotate by ninety degrees, so that the valve plate 31 in the back flushing pipe 28 is opened, the steam in the steam compression tank 13 guides the redundant steam in the steam mixing chamber 1 into the steam compression tank 13 through the steam connecting pipe 10, after the back flushing pipe 28 connected with the steam tank is opened, high-pressure steam flows into the water outlet pipe II 27 through the back flushing pipe 28, so that bacteria debris and impurities adsorbed on the filter material layer are blown down, the water compression tank 14 is externally connected with a water source through the water receiving pipe 12, then the interior is pressurized by the pressurizing pump 18, when the backwashing pipe 28 connected with the water compression tank 14 is opened, the high-pressure water flow washes the filter material layer, so that bacterial biological remains are discharged to other places through the sewage pipe 9, when the tooth spaces on the movable plate 29 on the lower side of the screw sleeve are not meshed with the incomplete gear 30, the incomplete gear 30 is limited by the movable plate 29, the incomplete gear 30 and a valve plate 31 connected with the lower side of the incomplete gear 30 and positioned in the backwashing pipe 28 cannot rotate, therefore, the backwashing pipes 28 on the two sides are alternately and intermittently opened or closed, the filter material layer of the magnetic manganese sand filter 4 is periodically backwashed, and the normal filtering effect of the filter is ensured.

the one end front side of cooling chamber (3) is connected with outlet pipe (8), just magnetism manganese sand filter (4) are installed to the front end of outlet pipe (8), the front end of magnetism manganese sand filter (4) is connected with outlet pipe two (27), the left and right sides of outlet pipe two (27) is provided with vapor compression jar (13) and water compression jar (14) respectively, all be connected with between vapor compression jar (13) and water compression jar (14) and outlet pipe two (27) backwash pipe (28).
2. The municipal domestic sewage sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein an ultraviolet germicidal lamp is disposed at the top inside the cooling chamber (3), and a communication pipe (7) is connected between the cooling chamber (3) and the steam mixing chamber (1).
3. The municipal domestic sewage sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein a one-way valve is installed on the first outlet pipe (8), and a sewage pipe (9) is connected to the outside of the first outlet pipe (8) between the magnetic manganese sand filter (4) and the one-way valve.

The municipal domestic sewage sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein a first rotating shaft (21) rotatably connected to the rear side of the steam mixing and heating chamber (1) is provided at the lower side of the first rotating shaft (11), a first helical gear (19) is fixedly installed at the peripheral side of the first rotating shaft (11), and a second helical gear (20) engaged with the first helical gear (19) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the first rotating shaft (21).

The municipal domestic sewage sterilization device according to claim 4, wherein a second rotating shaft (23) rotatably connected to the steam mixing and heating chamber (1) is arranged on one side of the first rotating shaft (21), a fourth gear (24) is fixedly mounted at the inner end of the second rotating shaft (23), and a third helical gear (22) meshed with the fourth helical gear (24) is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the first rotating shaft (21).

The municipal domestic sewage sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein a mounting plate (25) is fixedly mounted between the steam compression tank (13) and the lower part of the water compression tank (14), a reciprocating screw rod (26) is rotatably connected to the mounting plate (25), and the reciprocating screw rod (26) is fixedly connected to the outer end of the second rotating shaft (23).

step three: and finally, the biological and debris are adsorbed and filtered through the manganese sand magnetic property by a magnetic manganese sand filter connected with a water outlet pipe of the cooling chamber.
