The insulation wrapping of the lead wires is a very critical assembly procedure in the transformer assembly process, the crepe paper is generally folded in half and wrapped in two layers according to the insulation wrapping requirement, but the paper disc purchased actually is single-layer crepe paper, and the large-disc single-layer crepe paper is required to be wound into double-layer small-disc crepe paper again before operation, so that no proper tool is needed for the operation, two persons are required to cooperate, and the paper winding efficiency is low.
