In one embodiment, the automatic plate collecting and releasing machine further comprises a temporary storage device 5 arranged on the frame 1, and the temporary storage device 5 is used for clamping and temporarily storing the product on the lifting device 2. In one embodiment, the automatic trigger releasing and releasing machine receives a signal sent by the external service host 8, and triggers a corresponding motion mode based on the signal includes: if the automatic plate collecting and releasing machine receives signals of a first surface and a second surface of a processed product sent by the external overhaul host machine 8, the clamping device 3 is controlled to clamp the product lifted by the lifting device 2 based on the signals; after the product is positioned by the positioning sensor, the clamping device 3 moves the product to the board placing table surface 6 of the external overhaul host machine 8 to overhaul the first surface of the product; after the first side of the product is overhauled, the adsorption piece 45 of the plate turnover device 4 adsorbs the product; after the clamping device 3 adsorbs the product on the plate turning device 4, the product is positioned through the positioning sensor, and the clamping device 3 moves the product to the plate placing table board 6 of the external overhauling host machine 8 so as to overhaul the second surface of the product.

Claims (15)

1. An automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with maintenance equipment is characterized by comprising a rack, and a lifting device, a clamping device and a plate turnover device which are arranged on the rack; the lifting device is used for lifting the product; the clamping device is used for clamping the product lifted by the lifting device and moving the product, an adsorption piece is arranged on the plate turnover device, and the plate turnover device adsorbs the product through the adsorption piece.

The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the overhauling equipment as recited in claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises a clamping assembly and a transporting assembly, the transporting assembly is arranged on the frame, the clamping assembly is connected with the transporting assembly, the clamping assembly is used for clamping the product lifted by the lifting device, and the transporting assembly is used for driving the clamping assembly to move.

The automatic plate retracting and releasing machine matched with the overhauling equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the transporting assembly comprises a multi-shaft manipulator, one end of the multi-shaft manipulator is fixed on the frame, the other end of the multi-shaft manipulator is connected with the clamping assembly, and the multi-shaft manipulator can drive the clamping assembly to move and rotate.

The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the overhauling equipment as recited in claim 3, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a first connecting piece, a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are respectively and oppositely arranged at two ends of the first connecting piece, and a connecting shaft is arranged on the first connecting piece and is used for connecting the multi-shaft manipulator.

The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the maintenance equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the first connecting piece; the first clamping piece and/or the second clamping piece are/is provided with a material shaking mechanism; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are both of sucker structures.

The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the maintenance equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lifting device comprises a lifting assembly and a forklift frame, the lifting assembly is arranged on the machine frame, the forklift frame is arranged on the lifting assembly, and the lifting assembly drives the forklift frame to lift.

The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the maintenance equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the plate turnover device comprises a driving piece, a second connecting piece and a turnover piece, two ends of the second connecting piece are respectively connected with the driving piece and the turnover piece, the driving piece drives the second connecting piece to rotate, and the adsorption piece is arranged on the turnover piece and used for adsorbing the product.
8. The automatic plate collecting and releasing machine matched with the maintenance equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the plate turnover device further comprises a telescopic cylinder, and the telescopic cylinder is used for connecting the second connecting piece and the turnover piece.

14. The method of operating an automatic trigger release associated with service equipment of claim 13, wherein the automatic trigger release receives a signal from an external service host and triggers a corresponding motion profile based on the signal comprises:
if the automatic plate collecting and releasing machine receives a signal sent by an external maintenance host machine for only processing the first surface of the product, the clamping device is controlled to clamp the product lifted by the lifting device based on the signal;
after the product is positioned by the positioning sensor, the clamping device moves the product to a board placing table top of an external maintenance host;
if the automatic plate collecting and releasing machine receives a signal sent by an external maintenance host machine for only processing the second surface of the product, the clamping device is controlled to clamp the product lifted by the lifting device based on the signal;
after the product is positioned by the positioning sensor, the clamping device moves the product to the position near the plate turnover device, and the plate turnover device adsorbs the product by the adsorption piece and then places the product on the plate placing table top of the external maintenance host machine.
15. The method of operating an automatic trigger release associated with service equipment of claim 13, wherein the automatic trigger release receives a signal from an external service host and triggers a corresponding motion profile based on the signal comprises:
if the automatic plate collecting and releasing machine receives signals of the first surface and the second surface of the processed product sent by the external maintenance host machine, the clamping device is controlled to clamp the product lifted by the lifting device based on the signals;
after the product is positioned by the positioning sensor, the clamping device moves the product to a plate placing table top of an external maintenance host machine to maintain a first surface of the product;
after the first side of the product is overhauled, the adsorption piece of the plate turnover device adsorbs the product;
after the clamping device adsorbs the product on the plate turnover device, the product is positioned through the positioning sensor, and the clamping device moves the product to the plate placing table board of the external overhauling host machine so as to overhaul the second surface of the product.
