When first push rod 153 moves left, and then drive sixth push rod 171 and sliding sleeve 172 move left, fifth linear spring 177 is stretched, sliding sleeve 172 drives first layer board 8 reversal and reference column 178 contact through stay cord 175, first linear spring 9 is compressed, torsional spring 7 deformation, make first layer board 8 be in horizontal position, it gets intelligent instrument and meter to be convenient for people to get, when first push rod 153 moves right, and then sixth push rod 171 separates with sliding sleeve 172, and then drive sliding sleeve 172 and move right the reseing under the effect that fifth linear spring 177 resets, stay cord 175 is loosened, and then drive first layer board 8 and reset under the effect that first linear spring 9 and torsional spring 7 reset.
Referring to fig. 1 and 15, the emergency mechanism 18 further comprises an emergency mechanism 18, the emergency mechanism 18 comprises a third fixed column 181, a pedal 182, a fourth fixed column 183, a rack 184, an arc-shaped spring 185 and a straight gear 186, a straight gear 186 is arranged in the middle of a right-side wheel 1, the third fixed column 181 is arranged on the right side of the bottom plate 2, the pedal 182 is arranged in the middle of the lower side of the third fixed column 181, the fourth fixed column 183 is arranged on the right side of the bottom plate 2, the fourth fixed column 183 is located on the left side of the third fixed column 181, a rack 184 for clamping the straight gear 186 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the lower side of the fourth fixed column 183, the rack 184 is arc-shaped, the right side of the rack 184 is connected with the pedal 182, the rack 184 rotates and then contacts with the straight gear 186, and the arc-shaped spring 185 is connected between the rack 184 and the fourth fixed column 183.
When using this device transportation intelligent instrument's in-process, wheel 1 rotates and drives straight-teeth gear 186 and rotates, when this device stop motion of needs emergency control, people just can step on footboard 182, because rack 184 shape is the arc, footboard 182 corotation drives rack 184 corotation, arc spring 185 is compressed, rack 184 just turns round and can contact with straight-teeth gear 186, and then block straight-teeth gear 186, straight-teeth gear 186 stall, make this device stop motion, so need not the manual first pull rod 3 of holding of people and second pull rod 4 and control this device stop motion.

An intelligent instrument protection device comprises wheels (1), a bottom plate (2), a first pull rod (3) and a second pull rod (4), wherein the wheels (1) used for moving the intelligent instrument protection device are rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower side of the bottom plate (2), the first pull rod (3) used for manually pulling the intelligent instrument protection device is arranged on the right side of the top of the wheels (1), the second pull rod (4) used for manually pushing the intelligent instrument protection device is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right side of the upper portion of the first pull rod (3), and the intelligent instrument protection device is characterized by further comprising a first fixing column (5), a rotating shaft (6), a torsional spring (7), a first supporting plate (8), a first linear spring (9), a limiting rod (10), a limiting frame (11), a placing mechanism (12) and an anti-collision mechanism (13), the first fixing column (5) is arranged on the right side of the top of the bottom plate (2), first fixed column (5) are located first pull rod (3) left side, first fixed column (5) upper portion rotary type is equipped with pivot (6), be equipped with first layer board (8) on pivot (6), both sides all are connected with torsional spring (7) around between first layer board (8) and first fixed column (5), torsional spring (7) all overlap on pivot (6), be connected with four first linear spring (9) between first layer board (8) bottom and bottom plate (2), both sides all are equipped with gag lever post (10) around first layer board (8) middle part, both sides all are equipped with spacing frame (11) around the middle part at bottom plate (2) top, spacing frame (11) all contact with gag lever post (10) of homonymy, be equipped with placement machine (12) of placing intelligent instrument on first layer board (8), be equipped with anticollision institution (13) of fixed intelligent instrument on placement machine (12) part.

The intelligent instrument protection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the placement mechanism (12) comprises a first fixing plate (121), a second fixing plate (122), a second supporting plate (123), a first sliding rod (124) and a second linear spring (125), four first fixing plates (121) are arranged at the top of the first supporting plate (8), the second fixing plates (122) are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the four first fixing plates (121), four first sliding rods (124) are arranged on the second fixing plate (122) in a sliding manner, a second supporting plate (123) is arranged between the tops of the four first sliding rods (124) on the same side, four second linear springs (125) having a buffering function are connected between the second supporting plate (123) and the second fixing plate (122) on the same side, and the second linear springs (125) are sleeved on the first sliding rods (124) on the same side.

The intelligent instrument protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the anti-collision mechanism (13) comprises a third fixing plate (131), a damping plate (132), a second sliding rod (133) and a third linear spring (134), two third fixing plates (131) are respectively disposed on the upper and lower sides of the four first fixing plates (121), four second sliding rods (133) are respectively slidably disposed on the third fixing plates (131), the damping plate (132) for fixing the intelligent instrument is disposed between the four first sliding rods (124) on the same side, the four third linear springs (134) for buffering are respectively connected between the damping plate (132) and the third fixing plate (131) on the same side, and the third linear springs (134) are respectively sleeved on the second sliding rods (133) on the same side.

The intelligent instrument protection device of claim 3, further comprising a limiting mechanism (14) for limiting the left side of the intelligent instrument, wherein the limiting mechanism (14) comprises a fourth fixing plate (141), a third sliding rod (142), a limiting plate (143) and a fourth linear spring (144), the fourth fixing plate (141) is arranged on each of the upper side and the lower side of each of the four first fixing plates (121), two third sliding rods (142) are arranged on each of the fourth fixing plates (141) in a sliding manner, the limiting plate (143) for blocking the left side of the intelligent instrument is arranged between the tops of the two adjacent third sliding rods (142), two fourth linear springs (144) are connected between each of the limiting plates (143) and the fourth fixing plate (141) on the same side, and the fourth linear springs (144) are all sleeved on the third sliding rods (142) on the same side.

The intelligent instrument protection device of claim 4, further comprising a pressing mechanism (15) for realizing the automatic movement of the limit plate (143), wherein the pressing mechanism (15) comprises a second fixing column (151), a cylinder (152) and a first push rod (153), second push rod (154), first wedge (155) and second wedge (156), first layer board (8) bottom right side is equipped with second fixed column (151), be equipped with cylinder (152) on second fixed column (151), both sides all are equipped with first push rod (153) around cylinder (152) telescopic link, first push rod (153) top all is equipped with second push rod (154), two second push rod (154) left and right sides all are equipped with first wedge (155), all be connected with second wedge (156) between two limiting plate (143) of homonymy, first wedge (155) remove the back and contact with second wedge (156).

The intelligent instrument protection device of claim 6, further comprising a centering mechanism (17) for people to conveniently take and place the intelligent instrument, wherein the centering mechanism (17) comprises sixth push rods (171), sliding sleeves (172), first guide wheels (173), second guide wheels (174), pull ropes (175), fourth sliding rods (176), fifth linear springs (177) and positioning pillars (178), the sixth push rods (171) are arranged on the lower sides of the two first push rods (153), the fourth sliding rod (176) is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (2), the sliding sleeve (172) is slidably arranged on the fourth sliding rod (176), the sliding sleeve (172) is in contact with the two sixth push rods (171), the fifth linear spring (177) is connected between the right lower side of the sliding sleeve (172) and the fourth sliding rod (176), the first guide wheels (173) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right side of the bottom plate (2), the front side and the rear side of the left side of the bottom plate (2) are respectively provided with a second guide wheel (174), two pull ropes (175) are connected between the sliding sleeve (172) and the first supporting plate (8), the pull ropes (175) are wound on the first guide wheel (173) and the second guide wheel (174) on the same side, the front side and the rear side of the left side of the top of the bottom plate (2) are respectively provided with a positioning column (178), and the first supporting plate (8) is in contact with the two positioning columns (178) after rotating.
