The invention discloses bolt dismounting equipment and a control system thereof, wherein the control system comprises a main control module, a torque measuring unit, a first drive control unit and a second drive control unit; the main control module is respectively connected with the torque measuring unit, the first drive control unit and the second drive control unit; the torque measuring unit is used for measuring the torque of the setting part of the dismounting device; the first drive control unit can be connected with a first drive mechanism of the dismounting device and can send a control signal to the first drive mechanism; the second driving control unit can be connected with a second driving mechanism of the high-speed small-torque mechanism and can send a control signal to the second driving mechanism; the main control module is used for controlling the working states of the first drive control unit and the second drive control unit according to the torque measured by the torque measurement unit. The bolt dismounting and mounting equipment and the control system thereof can improve the working efficiency and safety of bolt dismounting and mounting operation and improve the convenience of operation.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a plurality of blowout preventer manufacturers exist in China, the specifications and the models of products are large, and blowout preventer repair shops generally adopt pneumatic wrenches to disassemble and assemble bolts of blowout preventers. The pneumatic wrench mainly utilizes an air source to push an impact hammer inside the wrench, so that the impact hammer is accelerated to impact the output shaft, and finally the action of disassembling the bolt and the nut is completed.
The pneumatic wrench mainly has the following defects when the bolts of the blowout preventer product are disassembled and assembled:
(1) the bolt dismounting operation is completed by pneumatic impact, the noise is large, the torsion is unstable, and the hexagonal bolt is easy to damage;
(2) the pneumatic impact operation is relied on, and the torque when the bolt is disassembled and assembled cannot be accurately controlled;
(3) the spanner has no fixed reaction force arm as a fulcrum, and certain potential safety hazard exists when the spanner needs to be righted by both hands of an operator to operate as the fulcrum of the reaction force arm;
(4) the torque is small, and the disassembly and assembly operation of partial high-torque bolts cannot be carried out.
Meanwhile, the existing bolt dismounting equipment can only dismount or mount bolts generally, and the bolt dismounting equipment can be realized only by turning when the working mode is adjusted; sometimes, the worker does not know which state is the removal state and which state is the installation state, thereby affecting the work efficiency.
In addition, the existing bolt dismounting equipment usually needs manual control of operators, and is very dependent on experience of the operators, so that the working effect is poor.
In view of the above, there is a need to design a new dismounting device to overcome the above-mentioned defects of the existing dismounting device.

the second driving control unit can be connected with a second driving mechanism of the high-speed small-torque mechanism and can send a control signal to the second driving mechanism; the second driving mechanism can drive the sleeve assembly to rotate at a high speed;
the main control module is used for controlling the working states of the first drive control unit and the second drive control unit according to the torque measured by the torque measuring unit.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the bolt dismounting and mounting equipment and the control system thereof can improve the working efficiency and safety of bolt dismounting and mounting operation and improve the convenience of operation. The invention can provide low-speed high torque and low-speed small torque, and can realize forward rotation and reverse rotation, thereby improving the convenience of construction.

The torque measuring unit 22 is used for measuring the torque of the set component of the dismounting device and feeding back the measured torque to the main control module 21.
The first driving control unit 23 is connected with a first driving mechanism of the dismounting device and can send a control signal to the first driving mechanism; the first driving mechanism is connected with the direction switching mechanism, and the first driving control unit can adjust the position of the direction switching mechanism and enable the direction switching mechanism to be in a first state connected with the first hydraulic wrench or a second state connected with the second hydraulic wrench.
The second driving control unit 24 can be connected with a second driving mechanism of the high-speed small-torque mechanism and can send a control signal to the second driving mechanism; the second driving mechanism can drive the sleeve component to rotate at a high speed.
The main control module 21 is configured to control the working states of the first driving control unit 23 and the second driving control unit 24 according to the torque measured by the torque measurement unit 22.
The invention discloses a bolt dismounting device, and fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural diagrams of the dismounting device in an embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the above control system, the disassembling and assembling apparatus further includes: the hydraulic wrench comprises a sleeve assembly 2, a high-speed small-torque mechanism, a first driving mechanism 6, a first hydraulic wrench 7, a second hydraulic wrench 9 and a direction switching mechanism 8. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first driving mechanism is an air cylinder, but other driving forms, such as a hydraulic cylinder, an electric motor, etc., may be selected. In an embodiment of the present invention, the first hydraulic wrench 7 and the second hydraulic wrench 9 may be connected to a hydraulic driving device, respectively, and the first hydraulic wrench 7 and the second hydraulic wrench 9 may provide low-speed high-torque.
The first drive mechanism 6 is connected to the direction switching mechanism 8, and can adjust the position of the direction switching mechanism 8, and can place the direction switching mechanism 8 in a first state in which it is connected to the first hydraulic wrench 7 or a second state in which it is connected to the second hydraulic wrench 9.
The direction switching mechanism 8 is connected with the sleeve assembly 2; in a first state where the direction switching mechanism 8 is connected to the first hydraulic wrench 7, the first hydraulic wrench 7 connects the sleeve assembly 2 via the direction switching mechanism 8, and transmits an urging force capable of rotating the sleeve assembly 2 in the first direction to the sleeve assembly 2. In a second state where the direction switching mechanism 8 is connected to the second hydraulic wrench 9, the second hydraulic wrench 9 connects the sleeve assembly 2 via the direction switching mechanism 8, and transmits an urging force that can rotate the sleeve assembly 2 in the second direction to the sleeve assembly 2.
The high-speed small-torque mechanism comprises a second driving mechanism 4 and a transmission mechanism 3, wherein the second driving mechanism 4 is connected with the sleeve assembly through the transmission mechanism 3 and can apply high-speed small torque to the sleeve assembly.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the high-speed small-torque mechanism includes a second driving mechanism 4, a worm gear mechanism, and a second gear 32, the second driving mechanism 4 is a motor; the worm and gear mechanism comprises a worm and gear mechanism 31 and a worm mechanism 33, wherein the worm and gear mechanism 31 is meshed with the worm mechanism 33; a rotating shaft of the second driving mechanism 4 is connected with a worm mechanism 33, the worm mechanism 33 is meshed with a second gear 32, and the second gear 32 is connected with the sleeve component 2; the second driving mechanism 4 can drive the worm mechanism 33 to rotate, the worm mechanism 33 drives the worm gear 31 to rotate, so as to drive the second gear 32 to rotate, and the second gear 32 can drive the sleeve assembly 2 to rotate.
The sleeve component 2 comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, and the outer sleeve is fixedly arranged and does not rotate under the driving of the first hydraulic wrench and the second hydraulic wrench; the inner sleeve can be connected with the first hydraulic wrench or the second hydraulic wrench, and the inner sleeve can be driven to rotate by the first hydraulic wrench or the second hydraulic wrench.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the disassembling and assembling apparatus further includes a housing 10, and the first hydraulic wrench 7, the second hydraulic wrench 9, and the direction switching mechanism 8 are disposed in the housing 10.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the disassembling and assembling device includes a driving rod, one end of which can be engaged with the inner sleeve; the direction switching mechanism is arranged through the driving rod, the first driving mechanism is connected with the driving rod, and the state of the direction switching mechanism is adjusted through the position of the driving rod.

In an embodiment of the invention, the disassembling and assembling device further comprises a reaction force arm 1, the sleeve assembly 2 is connected with the reaction force arm 1, and the reaction force arm 1 is in hexagonal connection with the outer part of the sleeve assembly 2 to provide a reverse acting force for the sleeve assembly 2 when the bolt is twisted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve assembly includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, and the outer sleeve is fixedly disposed and does not rotate due to the driving of the first hydraulic wrench and the second hydraulic wrench; the inner sleeve can be connected with the first hydraulic wrench or the second hydraulic wrench, and the inner sleeve can be driven to rotate by the first hydraulic wrench or the second hydraulic wrench.
