Abstract

本发明公开了额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,属于电缆技术领域。它包括导体、隔离层、绝缘层、编织层和护套,所述隔离层绕包在导体表面,所述绝缘层套设在隔离层和导体二者形成整体的外部,所述绝缘层的外部设有编织层,所述护套套设在编织层的外部。本发明主要是利用由树脂、交联剂、弹性体、抗氧剂、阻燃剂、防霉剂、防潮剂所组成的涂覆层涂覆在玻纤丝上形成编织层,然后利用绝缘层、护套、隔离层来组成该电缆,从而相比于铠装层来讲,具有易于弯折、耐压、耐潮、耐火、耐老化、耐低温、耐高温等特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,属于电缆技术领 域。
背景技术
传统的绝缘电缆上的编织层往往利用的铠装层去弄,而铠装层主要的材料 为不锈钢或者是钢丝材质,由于不锈钢材质或者钢丝材质在随着使用时间的延 长,往往会出现破损,从而会造成整个电缆的质量、寿命大大折扣,为此,针 对上述问题,设计一种额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆 很有必要。
发明内容
本发明针对上述背景技术所提及的技术问题,而采用以下技术方案来实现:
额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,包括导体、隔离层、绝缘层、 编织层和护套,所述隔离层绕包在导体表面,所述绝缘层套设在隔离层和导体 二者形成整体的外部,所述绝缘层的外部设有编织层,所述护套套设在编织层 的外部;
所述编织层的材料为平均厚度为0.4mm的玻纤丝,所述玻纤丝上涂抹有涂 覆层;
按重量份计,所述涂覆层包括树脂15-35份、交联剂3-8份、弹性体5-10 份、抗氧剂2-5份、阻燃剂2-4份、防霉剂1-3份、防潮剂0.4-0.6份。
作为优选实例,所述导体的单线直径为0.5mm,所述导体的单线单数为1221 单,所述导体的有效截面积为242mm2
作为优选实例,所述绝缘层的标称厚度为3.0mm,所述绝缘层的平均厚度为3.6mm,所述绝缘层的最小厚度为3.04mm。
作为优选实例,所述树脂为硅树脂。
作为优选实例,所述交联剂为BPO、DBHP中的一种。
作为优选实例,所述弹性体为SBS,氢化SBS、SEBS中的一种。
作为优选实例,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂264;所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化 铝中的一种;所述防霉剂为联苯、邻苯基苯酚、2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化锌中的一种、 所述防潮剂为矿物防潮剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明主要是利用由树脂、交联剂、弹性体、抗氧 剂、阻燃剂、防霉剂、防潮剂所组成的涂覆层涂覆在玻纤丝上形成编织层,然 后利用绝缘层、护套、隔离层来组成该电缆,从而相比于铠装层来讲,具有易 于弯折、耐压、耐潮、耐火、耐老化、耐低温、耐高温等特性。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解, 下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一
额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,包括导体、隔离层、绝缘层、 编织层和护套,隔离层绕包在导体表面,绝缘层套设在隔离层和导体二者形成 整体的外部,绝缘层的外部设有编织层,护套套设在编织层的外部;
编织层的材料为平均厚度为0.4mm的玻纤丝,玻纤丝上涂抹有涂覆层;
按重量份计,涂覆层包括硅树脂15份、BPO 3份、SBS 5份、抗氧剂264 2 份、氢氧化镁2份、联苯1份、矿物防潮剂0.4份。
导体的单线直径为0.5mm,导体的单线单数为1221单,导体的有效截面积 为242mm2
绝缘层的标称厚度为3.0mm,绝缘层的平均厚度为3.6mm,绝缘层的最小厚 度为3.04mm。
实施例二
与实施例一中的结构相同,区别在于,涂覆层的物质组成及含量,具体如 下:按重量份计,涂覆层包括硅树脂20份、BPO 5份、氢化SBS 6份、抗氧剂 264 3份、氢氧化铝3份、邻苯基苯酚1.5份、矿物防潮剂0.45份。
实施例三
与实施例一中的结构相同,区别在于,涂覆层的物质组成及含量,具体如 下:按重量份计,涂覆层包括硅树脂25份、BPO 6份、SEBS 8份、抗氧剂264 3 份、氢氧化铝3.5份、2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化锌1份、矿物防潮剂0.5份。
实施例四
与实施例一中的结构相同,区别在于,涂覆层的物质组成及含量,具体如 下:按重量份计,涂覆层包括硅树脂30份、DBHP 7份、氢化SBS 9份、抗氧剂 264 4份、氢氧化铝3.8份、邻苯基苯酚2份、矿物防潮剂0.55份。
实施例五
与实施例一中的结构相同,区别在于,涂覆层的物质组成及含量,具体如 下:按重量份计,涂覆层包括硅树脂35份、BPO 8份、弹性体SEBS 10份、抗 氧剂264 5份、氢氧化镁4份、联苯3份、矿物防潮剂0.6份。
对上述实施例一~五进行相关的测试,测试结果如下表:

本发明主要是利用由树脂、交联剂、弹性体、抗氧剂、阻燃剂、防霉剂、防 潮剂所组成的涂覆层涂覆在玻纤丝上形成编织层,然后利用绝缘层、护套、隔 离层来组成该电缆,从而相比于铠装层来讲,具有易于弯折、耐压、耐潮、耐 火、耐老化、耐低温、耐高温等特性。

1.额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:包括导体、隔离层、绝缘层、编织层和护套,所述隔离层绕包在导体表面,所述绝缘层套设在隔离层和导体二者形成整体的外部,所述绝缘层的外部设有编织层,所述护套套设在编织层的外部;
所述编织层的材料为平均厚度为0.4mm的玻纤丝,所述玻纤丝上涂抹有涂覆层;
按重量份计,所述涂覆层包括树脂15-35份、交联剂3-8份、弹性体5-10份、抗氧剂 2-5份、阻燃剂 2-4份、防霉剂1-3份、防潮剂 0.4-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述导体的单线直径为0.5mm,所述导体的单线单数为1221单,所述导体的有效截面积为242mm2
3.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层的标称厚度为3.0mm,所述绝缘层的平均厚度为3.6mm,所述绝缘层的最小厚度为3.04mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述树脂为硅树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述交联剂为BPO、DBHP中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述弹性体为SBS,氢化SBS、SEBS中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的额定电压3000V屏蔽编织层硅橡胶绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂264;所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝中的一种;所述防霉剂为联苯、邻苯基苯酚、2-吡啶硫醇-1-氧化锌中的一种、所述防潮剂为矿物防潮剂。
