Abstract
本发明提供一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,主要涉及印刷覆膜技术领域。带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,包括支撑框架,所述支撑框架中两侧分别固定安装驱动传送链轮组、从动传送链轮组,支撑框架上固定安装传送电机,所述传送电机通过皮带及皮带轮转动连接驱动传送链轮组,所述驱动传送链轮组、从动传送链轮组上安装传送链条,支撑框架中固定安装若干支撑杆,所述支撑杆上固定连接支撑平板,所述支撑平板上固定安装链条滑轨,所述传送链条滑动安装在链条滑轨上。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能够通过限位装置保证印刷品在传送过程中始终处于正确的位置上,自动裁切多余的覆膜并保证覆膜在裁切过程中不会发生变形,提高印刷品覆膜的成品率。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及印刷覆膜技术领域,具体是一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机。
背景技术
目前,覆膜工艺是对印刷品表面进行加工处理的一种表面整饰工艺,又被人们称为印后过塑或印后贴膜,是指用覆膜机在印刷品的表面覆盖一层透明塑料薄膜而形成一种纸塑合一的产品加工技术,这种产品加工技术对印后加工中的印刷品裁切或者包装起保护作用,并使印刷品美观耐用。
对印品进行覆膜操作时,印刷品在覆膜传输过程中容易发生偏移,而且覆膜在裁切时容易发生变形,导致覆膜表面出现褶皱或者印刷品不能够完全被覆膜包覆,进而导致印刷品的覆膜成品率降低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,它能够通过限位装置保证印刷品在传送过程中始终处于正确的位置上,自动裁切多余的覆膜,并保证覆膜在裁切过程中不会发生变形,提高印刷品覆膜的成品率。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,包括支撑框架,所述支撑框架中两侧分别固定安装驱动传送链轮组、从动传送链轮组,所述支撑框架上固定安装传送电机,所述传送电机通过皮带及皮带轮转动连接驱动传送链轮组,所述驱动传送链轮组、从动传送链轮组上安装传送链条,所述支撑框架中固定安装若干支撑杆,所述支撑杆上固定连接支撑平板,所述支撑平板上固定安装链条滑轨,所述传送链条滑动安装在链条滑轨上,所述支撑平板上固定安装若干限位板,所述限位板一侧安装若干限位滚轮,所述支撑框架顶部安装覆膜辊,所述覆膜辊下方支撑框架上安装压合辊、裁切辊,所述支撑框架中滑动安装压杆,所述支撑框架中固定安装裁切装置,所述裁切装置一侧固定安装控制箱,所述限位板上固定安装热烘装置。
所述支撑框架上安装链条张紧器,所述从动传送链轮组安装在链条张紧器中。
所述传送链条上等间距固定安装T型定位条,T型定位条中开设切割槽。
所述裁切辊包括转轴,所述转轴中部固定安装内压辊,所述转轴外部固定安装外压辊,所述外压辊内侧转轴上固定安装边部切刀。
所述压杆顶部开设限位槽,所述压杆与支撑框架之间设置弹簧套,所述压杆底部转动安装下压滚轮。
所述裁切装置包括固定板,所述固定板固定安装在支撑框架中,所述固定板一侧固定连接三角形支撑板,所述固定板上转动安装皮带轮,所述皮带轮上安装往复皮带,所述固定板一侧安装侧板,所述侧板上安装往复电机,所述往复电机输出轴转动连接皮带轮,所述固定板底部滑动连接裁切座,所述裁切座固定连接在往复皮带上,所述裁切座中固定安装分段切刀。
所述支撑框架上固定安装辊托架,所述覆膜辊转动安装在辊托架中,所述支撑框架上固定安装弹性支架,所述压合辊、裁切辊分别转动安装在弹性支架中。
所述弹性支架包括固定座,所述固定座中滑动安装伸缩杆,所述固定座与伸缩杆之间安装弹簧,所述伸缩杆底部固定安装转动支架。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能够通过限位板及限位滚轮、T型定位条等结构保证印刷品在传送过程中始终处于正确的位置上,防止印刷品偏移出现覆膜包覆不全的情况,通过裁切辊、压杆等装置完成多余覆膜的裁切,并保证覆膜在裁切过程中不会发生变形出现褶皱,提高印刷品覆膜的成品率,进而节约生产成本。

结合附图1-8,一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,包括支撑框架1,所述支撑框架1中两侧分别固定安装驱动传送链轮组2、从动传送链轮组3,所述支撑框架1上固定安装传送电机4,所述传送电机4通过皮带及皮带轮转动连接驱动传送链轮组2,所述驱动传送链轮组2、从动传送链轮组3上安装传送链条5,所述支撑框架1中固定安装若干支撑杆6,所述支撑杆6上固定连接支撑平板7,所述支撑平板7上固定安装链条滑轨8,所述传送链条5滑动安装在链条滑轨8上,所述支撑平板7上固定安装若干限位板9,所述限位板9一侧安装若干限位滚轮10,所述支撑框架1顶部安装覆膜辊11,所述覆膜辊11下方支撑框架1上安装压合辊12、裁切辊13,所述支撑框架1中滑动安装压杆14,所述支撑框架1中固定安装裁切装置15,所述裁切装置15一侧固定安装控制箱16,所述限位板9上固定安装热烘装置20;。
所述支撑框架1上安装链条张紧器17,所述从动传送链轮组3安装在链条张紧器17中。
所述传送链条5上等间距固定安装T型定位条50,T型定位条50中开设切割槽51,T型定位条50具有辅助印刷品定位和支撑印刷品覆膜的作用。
所述裁切辊13包括转轴131,所述转轴131中部固定安装内压辊132,所述转轴131外部固定安装外压辊133,所述外压辊133内侧转轴131上固定安装边部切刀134;边部切刀134能够将印刷品边部多余的覆膜切掉,内压辊132与外压辊133能够在边部切刀134切除边部覆膜时保持压在印刷品表面的覆膜不发生变形,放置产生褶皱。
所述压杆14顶部开设限位槽141,所述压杆14与支撑框架1之间设置弹簧套142,所述压杆14底部转动安装下压滚轮143;支撑框架1中有与限位槽141适应的限位柱使压杆14仅能相对支撑框架1上下滑动,不能相对转动,压杆141在弹簧套142的弹力作用下下压,使下压滚轮143压在覆膜后的印刷品端部上两侧,防止覆膜在裁切过程中变形。
所述裁切装置15包括固定板151,所述固定板151固定安装在支撑框架1中,所述固定板151一侧固定连接三角形支撑板153,所述固定板151上转动安装皮带轮154,所述皮带轮154上安装往复皮带155,所述固定板151一侧安装侧板156,所述侧板156上安装往复电机157,所述往复电机157输出轴转动连接皮带轮154,所述固定板151底部滑动连接裁切座158,所述裁切座158固定连接在往复皮带155上,所述裁切座158中固定安装分段切刀159;往复电机157通过皮带轮154及往复皮带155驱动裁切座158及分段切刀159往复运动,将两个印刷品之间的覆膜切开,分段切刀159从切割槽51中划过即可将覆膜分段切开。
所述支撑框架1上固定安装辊托架18,所述覆膜辊11转动安装在辊托架18中,所述支撑框架1上固定安装弹性支架19,所述压合辊12、裁切辊13分别转动安装在弹性支架19中,在弹性支架19作用下使压合辊12及裁切辊13紧紧压在覆膜及印刷品上。
所述弹性支架19包括固定座191,所述固定座191中滑动安装伸缩杆192,所述固定座191与伸缩杆192之间安装弹簧193,所述伸缩杆192底部固定安装转动支架194。
本装置在使用时,传送链条5将印刷品不断向前传送,限位板9及限位滚轮10能够保证印刷品传送与覆膜过程中位置准确,不发生偏移,覆膜辊11上的覆膜在压合辊12作用下紧紧压在印刷品表面,裁切辊13将印刷品两侧的覆膜切掉,覆膜后的印刷品端部传送到裁切装置15下方后停止,裁切装置将相邻两个印刷品之间的覆膜切断,继续传送经热烘装置20使覆膜稳定的粘接在印刷品表面,完成印刷品的覆膜工作。

1.一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,包括支撑框架(1),其特征在于:所述支撑框架(1)中两侧分别固定安装驱动传送链轮组(2)、从动传送链轮组(3),所述支撑框架(1)上固定安装传送电机(4),所述传送电机(4)通过皮带及皮带轮转动连接驱动传送链轮组(2),所述驱动传送链轮组(2)、从动传送链轮组(3)上安装传送链条(5),所述支撑框架(1)中固定安装若干支撑杆(6),所述支撑杆(6)上固定连接支撑平板(7),所述支撑平板(7)上固定安装链条滑轨(8),所述传送链条(5)滑动安装在链条滑轨(8)上,所述支撑平板(7)上固定安装若干限位板(9),所述限位板(9)一侧安装若干限位滚轮(10),所述支撑框架(1)顶部安装覆膜辊(11),所述覆膜辊(11)下方支撑框架(1)上安装压合辊(12)、裁切辊(13),所述支撑框架(1)中滑动安装压杆(14),所述支撑框架(1)中固定安装裁切装置(15),所述裁切装置(15)一侧固定安装控制箱(16),所述限位板(9)上固定安装热烘装置(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述支撑框架(1)上安装链条张紧器(17),所述从动传送链轮组(3)安装在链条张紧器(17)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述传送链条(5)上等间距固定安装T型定位条(50),T型定位条(50)中开设切割槽(51)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述裁切辊(13)包括转轴(131),所述转轴(131)中部固定安装内压辊(132),所述转轴(131)外部固定安装外压辊(133),所述外压辊(133)内侧转轴(131)上固定安装边部切刀(134)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有限位装置的数字印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述压杆(14)顶部开设限位槽(141),所述压杆(14)与支撑框架(1)之间设置弹簧套(142),所述压杆(14)底部转动安装下压滚轮(143)。
