The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tire as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling mechanism comprises a sleeve coaxially disposed with the cooling tank, the sleeve is disposed in the cooling tank, the outer wall of the sleeve is provided with helical blades along the length direction thereof for abutting against the inner wall of the cooling tank, the left and right ends of the sleeve are respectively provided with a baffle plate connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the cooling tank, the top of the outer wall of the cooling tank is provided with a plurality of spraying chambers at regular intervals along the length direction thereof for being communicated with the cooling tank, each spraying chamber is correspondingly disposed between two adjacent blades of the helical blades, each spraying chamber is respectively provided with a branch pipe, each spraying chamber is respectively provided with an atomizing nozzle connected with the branch pipe, each branch pipe is respectively connected with a water supply pipe in parallel, the bottom of the cooling tank is provided with a water supply chamber, the bottom of the cooling tank between two adjacent blades of the helical blades is respectively provided with a plurality of drain holes communicated with the water supply chamber, delivery pipe lower extreme links to each other with the suction pump that sets up lateral wall left end before the feed water storehouse, and the end of intaking of suction pump is linked together with the feed water storehouse, and the intercommunication is equipped with the condenser on the delivery pipe, the condenser links firmly on cooling tank outer wall through the support, and the intercommunication is equipped with the inlet tube on feed water storehouse right-hand member one side lateral wall, is equipped with level sensor in the feed water storehouse.

The cleaning and dust removing apparatus for processing rubber tires as claimed in claim 2, wherein a water pipe is connected to the water supply pipe between the condenser and the spray chamber, a switch valve is provided at the outer end of the water pipe, a spray pipe is provided at the outer end of the switch valve, and a spray head is provided at the outer end of the spray pipe.
4. The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tires as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fixed bracket is arranged on the outer wall of the cooling tank, and the spray pipe close to one end of the spray head is movably clamped on the fixed bracket.
5. A cleaning and dust removing device for processing rubber tires as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filter mechanism is vertically arranged on a plurality of filter screens in the induced draft cover, and said collection bin is opposite to the position of each filter screen.
6. The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tire as claimed in claim 5, wherein each filter screen is movably inserted at the top of the induced draft cover.

The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tires as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hinge comprises a fixed ring sleeved on the air outlet pipe, a hinged plate is vertically arranged at the bottom of the fixed ring, and the hinged plate is movably hinged on the support frame through a rotating shaft arranged at the lower part of the hinged plate.

The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tire as claimed in claim 2, wherein the height adjusting mechanism comprises pillars symmetrically arranged at the front and rear sides of the right end of the water supply bin, hinged seats are symmetrically arranged on the bottom plates corresponding to the two pillars, respectively, the two hinged seats are movably hinged with the supporting cylinders, respectively, and the piston rods of the two supporting cylinders are hinged with the pillars on the corresponding side, respectively.
9. The cleaning and dust removing device for processing the rubber tire as claimed in claim 5, wherein the diameters of the meshes of each layer of the filter screen in the induced draft cover are sequentially reduced from outside to inside.
