A grinding workbench of an abrasive belt of a cover plate of a washing machine comprises a workbench (1), an adjusting platform (2) and is characterized by further comprising a grinding assembly (3), a tensioning assembly (4), a linkage assembly (5) and a dust removal assembly (6), wherein the adjusting platform (2) is slidably arranged at the top of the workbench (1), the grinding assembly (3) is arranged at the top of the adjusting platform (2), a support (7) convenient for mounting the grinding assembly (3) is further arranged at the top of the adjusting platform (2), the grinding assembly (3) comprises a grinding wheel (31), a driving wheel (32), an abrasive belt (33), a grinding motor (34), a locking piece (35) and a rotating piece (36), a side plate (8) is further arranged at the top of the adjusting platform (2), the driving wheel (32) is rotatably arranged on the side plate (8), and the grinding motor (34) is fixedly arranged on the adjusting platform (2), and the main shaft of the grinding motor (34) is in transmission connection with the driving wheel (32) through a belt, the rotating part (36) is rotatably arranged on the support (7), the rotating part (36) is provided with a sliding column (37), the rotating part (36) is provided with an accommodating groove (38) with the same shape as the locking part (35), the accommodating groove (38) is further provided with a pressure sensor (39), the locking part (35) is in sliding connection with the rotating part (36) through the sliding column (37), the sliding column (37) is further provided with a spring, the support (7) is provided with a sliding chute for sliding the locking part (35), the grinding wheel (31) is fixedly connected with the locking part (35), the tensioning component (4) is arranged on the support (7), the abrasive belt (33) is sleeved on the grinding wheel (31), the driving wheel (32) and the tensioning component (4), the linkage component (5) is arranged between the grinding component (3) and the tensioning component (4), the dust removal assembly (6) is arranged inside the adjusting platform (2), and the workbench (1) of the dust removal assembly (6) is positioned on the lower side of the grinding wheel (31).

The washing machine cover plate belt sanding workbench according to claim 1, wherein the tensioning assembly (4) comprises a tensioning wheel (41), a sliding block (42), a tensioning frame (43) and a sliding column (44), the tensioning frame (43) is fixedly arranged on the top of the bracket (7), the tensioning frame (43) is of a hollow structure, the sliding column (44) is fixedly arranged inside the tensioning frame (43), the sliding block (42) is slidably connected with the tensioning frame (43) through the sliding column (44), the sliding column (44) is further sleeved with a spring, one end of the spring abuts against the tensioning frame (42), the other end of the spring abuts against the inner top of the tensioning frame (43), and the tensioning wheel (41) is rotatably arranged on the sliding block (42).

4. A washing machine cover plate belt sanding table according to claim 1, characterized in that a hood (9) for protecting the linkage assembly (5) is further provided on the bracket (7).

The abrasive belt grinding workbench for the cover plate of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dust removing assembly (6) comprises a dust removing bin (61), a dust suction pipe (62), a dust suction head (63) and an air suction pipe (64), the dust removing bin (61) is arranged inside the adjusting table (2), one end of the dust suction pipe (62) is arranged at one side of the dust removing bin (61), the dust suction head (63) is arranged at the other end of the dust suction pipe (62), the dust suction head (63) is arranged at the bottom of the grinding wheel (31), the air suction pipe (64) is arranged at the other side of the dust removing bin (61), the dust suction head (63), the dust suction pipe (62), the air suction pipe (64) and the dust removing bin (61) are communicated with each other, and an opening and closing door in movable connection is further arranged on the dust removing bin (61).

The abrasive belt grinding workbench for cover plates of washing machines as claimed in claim 5, wherein the dust removing assembly (6) further comprises an air suction cover (65) and a fan (66), the air suction cover (65) is arranged inside the adjusting table (2), the air suction cover (65) is hollow, a spindle of the grinding motor (34) is located in the air suction cover (65), the fan (66) is arranged in the air suction cover (65), the fan (66) is fixedly connected with the spindle of the grinding motor (34), the air suction pipe (64) is fixedly connected with the air suction cover (65) and communicated with each other, and a filter screen is further arranged at the connection position of the air suction pipe (64) and the dust removing bin (61).
