Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a novel bladder fistulation tube for urinary surgery.
Background
In the actual clinical practice of urology, permanent fistulation of the bladder is common for a variety of reasons. Currently, for cystostomy, a dedicated cystostomy tube is generally used.
The bladder fistulation tube in the prior art generally comprises a fistulation tube, a water sac is arranged on the fistulation tube, the tube head of the fistulation tube is provided with a urine inlet, the tail end of the fistulation tube is provided with a urine outlet and a water filling port, and a baffle plate or a fixing plate is also arranged on the fistulation tube for fixing the fistulation tube. When the device is used, the tube head of the fistulation tube is stretched into the proper position of the bladder, the water sac is filled with water, the fistulation tube is slightly pulled, so that the water sac is attached to the inner wall of the bladder, and then the fistulation tube is fixed by winding a medical adhesive tape or a suture.
The prior bladder fistulation tube has the following technical defects:
1. the existing bladder fistulization tube usually adopts an expansion bag in the aspect of urine leakage prevention, and the expansion bag is filled with physiological saline to the inside of the expansion bag, so that the bladder is pressed by the expansion bag, the leakage prevention effect is realized, and the mode needs to connect a water injection tube into the fistulization tube, has a complex structure and needs a larger fistulization opening.
2. At present, a fistulization tube after a cystostomy operation is not fixed or fixed firmly, so that the cystostomy tube cannot be tightly attached to the front wall of a bladder easily, the inner section of the bladder of the fistulization tube stimulates a trigone of the bladder, urinary tract stimulation symptoms, bladder spasm pain and the like are caused, and the life quality of a patient is influenced.
3. The bladder fistulization tube generally needs to be replaced once a month, and the bladder fistulization tube needs to be taken out during replacement, but after the bladder fistulization tube is taken out, part of urine can flow out from the fistulization opening, and the infection to surrounding tissues is easily caused.
4. Current cystostomy pipe need link to each other with the urine bag, and the ostomy pipe itself does not possess and stores the urine function, leads to the patient to need carry the urine bag always, influences daily life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel urinary bladder fistulation tube, which changes the mode of filling normal saline in the prior art, and prevents urine leakage by pressing the bladder after the expansion of an expansion sac by the urine of a patient; the double-expansion-bag design is adopted, so that the bladder inner section of the bladder fistulization tube can be effectively fixed, and the stimulation to the trigone of the bladder is prevented or reduced; meanwhile, in the replacement process of the bladder fistulation tube, one expansion bag is always in a pressing state with the bladder, so that the phenomenon of urine leakage in the replacement process is avoided; finally, the double-balloon designed by the invention has the purpose of storing urine, so that a patient does not need to hang a urine collecting bag all the time within a certain time, and the effect of convenient carrying is achieved.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a novel urinary surgery bladder fistulation tube comprises a first expansion bag and a second expansion bag, wherein the top of the second expansion bag is in contact with the bottom of the first expansion bag, a through hole penetrating through the top and the bottom of the second expansion bag is formed in the center of the second expansion bag, and an annular flow guide device is arranged at the bottom of the second expansion bag; two liquid inlet devices II are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the second expansion bag II; the top of the first expansion bag is provided with a first liquid inlet device; the bottom of the first expansion bag is provided with a circular flow guide device; the end part of the circular flow guide device far away from the first expansion bag penetrates through the through hole.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first liquid inlet device is arranged at the top of the first expansion bag, the second liquid inlet devices are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the second expansion bag, so that urine can directly enter the two expansion bags, and the first expansion bag and the second expansion bag expand to press the bladder by the first expansion bag and the second expansion bag, thereby achieving the effect of preventing urine leakage; the round flow guide device is installed at the bottom of the first expansion bag, the annular flow guide device is installed at the bottom of the second expansion bag, urine in the first expansion bag and the urine in the second expansion bag can be discharged through the round flow guide device and the annular flow guide device respectively, the bladder fistula can be effectively fixed, the bladder fistula can be replaced, the phenomenon that the urine leaks is prevented from occurring, the urine collecting bag does not need to be hung all the time, and the carrying convenience effect is achieved.
The invention is further configured to: one of the liquid inlet devices comprises a liquid inlet pipe I and a one-way diversion valve, the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe I is connected with the top of the expansion bag I, the side wall of the liquid inlet pipe I is provided with a plurality of liquid inlet holes I, the one-way diversion valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the liquid inlet pipe I, and the one-way diversion valve is located between the liquid inlet holes I and the expansion bag I.
By adopting the technical scheme, the one-way diversion valve is arranged on the inner side wall of the first liquid inlet pipe, so that the phenomenon that urine flows back into the bladder from the first expansion bag can be prevented.
The invention is further configured to: the second liquid inlet device comprises a first liquid inlet pipe and a one-way diversion valve, the end part of the second liquid inlet pipe is connected with the side wall of the second expansion bag, the side wall of the second liquid inlet pipe is provided with a plurality of second liquid inlet holes, the one-way diversion valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the second liquid inlet pipe, and the one-way diversion valve is positioned between the second liquid inlet holes and the second expansion bag.
By adopting the technical scheme, the one-way diversion valve is arranged on the inner side wall of the liquid inlet pipe II, so that the phenomenon that urine enters the bladder in a reverse flow manner from the expansion bag II can be prevented.
The invention is further configured to: the circular flow guide device comprises a first catheter, a circular guide pipe, a first circular piston valve and a circular horn mouth; one end of the first round catheter is connected with the bottom of the first expansion bag, the other end of the first round catheter is connected with the round horn mouth, the outer side wall of the first round piston valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the first round catheter, one end of the first catheter penetrates through the first round piston valve, and the other end of the first catheter is located outside the first round catheter.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, installation circular piston lamella one in circular pipe, when need not put urine, under the sealing action of circular piston lamella one, the urine keeps in expansion bag one, and when needs put urine, catheter one can directly pass circular piston lamella one and emit the urine, reaches the effect of conveniently putting urine.
The invention is further configured to: the annular flow guide device comprises an annular piston valve, an annular guide pipe, an annular horn mouth and a catheter II; the annular guide pipe is sleeved on the circular guide pipe, one end of the annular guide pipe is connected with the bottom of the second expansion bag, the other end of the annular guide pipe is connected with the annular bell mouth, and the annular piston valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the annular guide pipe; one end of the second catheter penetrates through the annular piston valve, and the other end of the second catheter is located outside the annular catheter.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, installed annular piston flap in annular catheter, when need not put urine, under annular piston flap's effect, urine keeps in expansion bag two, and when needs put urine, catheter two can directly pass annular piston flap and emit the urine, reaches the effect of conveniently putting urine.
The invention is further configured to: the annular flow guide device comprises an annular baffle plate, a plurality of circular piston valves II, an annular bell mouth and a catheter II; the annular guide pipe is sleeved on the circular guide pipe, one end of the annular guide pipe is connected with the bottom of the expansion bag II, the other end of the annular guide pipe is connected with the annular horn mouth, the side wall of the annular baffle plate is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the annular guide pipe, and the circular piston valve II is embedded in the annular baffle plate.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when needs put urine, the operator uses catheter two directly to pass one of them circular piston lamella two, and urine flows out from catheter two.

By adopting the technical scheme, the effect that urine flows into the first expansion bag or the second expansion bag in a single direction can be realized.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the first liquid inlet device is arranged at the top of the first expansion bag, the second liquid inlet devices are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the second expansion bag, so that urine can directly enter the two expansion bags, and the first expansion bag and the second expansion bag expand to press the bladder by the first expansion bag and the second expansion bag, thereby achieving the effect of preventing urine leakage;
2. the circular diversion device is arranged at the bottom of the first expansion bag, the annular diversion device is arranged at the bottom of the second expansion bag, urine in the first expansion bag and urine in the second expansion bag can be discharged through the circular diversion device and the annular diversion device respectively, the urine leakage phenomenon can be prevented when the bladder ostomy tube is replaced, the urine collecting bag does not need to be hung all the time, and the carrying convenience effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-6.
The first embodiment is as follows: a novel urinary surgery bladder fistulation tube is shown in figures 1 to 5 and comprises a first expansion bag 15 and a second expansion bag 13, wherein the top of the second expansion bag 13 is in contact with the bottom of the first expansion bag 15, a through hole 14 penetrating through the top and the bottom of the second expansion bag 13 is formed in the center of the second expansion bag 13, and an annular flow guide device is installed at the bottom of the second expansion bag 13; two liquid inlet devices II are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the second expansion bag 13; the top of the first expansion bag 15 is provided with a first liquid inlet device; the bottom of the first expansion bag 15 is provided with a circular flow guide device; the end of the circular flow guide device far away from the first expansion capsule 15 penetrates through the through hole 14.
In the embodiment, after the urinary bladder 12 is provided with the stoma 11, an operator inserts the first expansion bag 15 and the second expansion bag 13 into the urinary bladder 12 through the stoma 11, urine respectively enters the first expansion bag 15 and the second expansion bag 13 through the first liquid inlet device and the second liquid inlet device, the first expansion bag 15 and the second expansion bag 13 are full, and the first expansion bag 15 and the second expansion bag 13 together compress the position of the stoma 11 of the urinary bladder 12, so that the effect of preventing urine leakage is achieved; when the first expansion bag 15 or the second expansion bag 13 needs to release urine, the urine in the first expansion bag 15 and the urine in the second expansion bag 13 are released through the circular diversion device or the annular diversion device respectively; when the fistulization tube needs to be replaced, firstly, urine in the first expansion bag 15 is completely discharged through the circular flow guide device, then the urine is pulled outwards through the circular flow guide device, the first expansion bag 15 and the first liquid inlet device penetrate through the through hole 14 to leave the urinary bladder 12, and after the first expansion bag 15 and the first liquid inlet device are drawn out, the expansion bag two 13 expands to fill the position of the through hole 14. The operator inserts bladder 12 through stoma 11 with new expansion bag one 15 and inlet means one again, and pass original through-hole 14 positions, after expansion bag one 15 becomes full, the urine in expansion bag two 13 is all discharged through annular guiding device again, then extract expansion bag two 13 and two inlet means two through annular guiding device, extract the back, cup joint new expansion bag two 13 and two inlet means on circular guiding device again, pass stoma 11 along circular guiding device and insert bladder 12, through changing in turn like this, the problem that the urine flowed out from stoma 11 when having reached and prevented to change the stoma takes place.
The liquid inlet device I comprises a liquid inlet pipe I16 and a one-way diversion valve, the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe I16 is connected with the top of the expansion bag I15, a plurality of liquid inlet holes I17 are installed on the side wall of the liquid inlet pipe I16, the one-way diversion valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the liquid inlet pipe I16, and the one-way diversion valve is located between the liquid inlet holes I17 and the expansion bag I15.
In this embodiment, when the first expansion bag 15 is in the urinary bladder 12, urine enters the first liquid inlet pipe 16 through the first liquid inlet hole 17, and enters the first expansion bag 15 through the one-way diversion valve, so that the first expansion bag 15 becomes full; the urine in the first expansion bladder 15 can be prevented from flowing back into the bladder 12 due to the function of the one-way diversion valve.
The liquid inlet device II comprises a liquid inlet pipe I16 and a one-way diversion valve, the end part of the liquid inlet pipe II 2 is connected with the side wall of the expansion bag II 13, the side wall of the liquid inlet pipe II 2 is provided with a plurality of liquid inlet holes II 3, the one-way diversion valve is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the liquid inlet pipe II 2, and the one-way diversion valve is positioned between the liquid inlet holes II 3 and the expansion bag II 13.
In the embodiment, when the second expansion bag 13 is in the urinary bladder 12, urine enters the second liquid inlet pipe 2 through the second liquid inlet hole 3 and enters the second expansion bag 13 through the one-way diversion valve, so that the second expansion bag 13 becomes full; due to the action of the one-way diversion valve, the urine in the second expansion bag 13 can be prevented from flowing back into the bladder 12.
The circular flow guide device comprises a first catheter 5, a circular guide pipe 9, a first circular piston valve 1 and a circular bell mouth 6; one end of the round catheter 9 is connected with the bottom of the first expansion bag 15, the other end of the round catheter 9 is connected with the round bell mouth 6, the outer side wall of the round piston valve 1 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the round catheter 9, one end of the catheter 5 penetrates through the round piston valve 1, and the other end of the catheter 5 is located outside the round catheter 9.
In the embodiment, when urine is not required to be put, the end part of the first round piston flap 1 in the first expansion bag 15 is slightly tilted upwards, and the round piston flap plays a role in sealing; when an operator urinates, the urinary catheter I5 enters the circular catheter 9 along the circular bell mouth 6, and then the circular piston valve I1 is jacked open, so that urine flows out along the urinary catheter I5, and the urination process is realized; the circular bell mouth 6 plays a role in navigation, so that the first catheter 5 can conveniently enter the circular catheter 9, and the circular bell mouth 6 is made of soft materials.
The annular flow guide device comprises an annular piston valve 4, an annular guide pipe 8, an annular bell mouth 7 and a catheter II 10; the annular guide pipe 8 is sleeved on the circular guide pipe 9, one end of the annular guide pipe 8 is communicated with the bottom of the second expansion bag 13, the other end of the annular guide pipe 8 is fixedly connected with the annular bell mouth 7, and the annular piston flap 4 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the annular guide pipe 8; one end of the second catheter 10 penetrates through the annular piston valve 4, and the other end of the second catheter 10 is positioned outside the annular conduit 8.
In the embodiment, when urine drainage is not needed, the urine flows in the second expansion bag 13, the end part of the annular piston flap 4 slightly tilts upwards, and the annular piston flap 4 plays a role in sealing; when an operator urinates, the catheter II 10 enters the annular catheter 8 along the annular bell mouth 7, and then the annular piston valve 4 is jacked open, so that urine flows out along the catheter II 10, and the urination process is realized; the annular bell mouth 7 rides the navigation effect, is convenient for the second catheter 10 to get into the annular duct 8, and the annular bell mouth 7 is soft material.
The one-way diversion valve comprises a light spring 22, a circular partition plate 21, an annular partition plate 20 and a parallel baffle plate 19, the side walls of the circular partition plate 21 and the annular partition plate 20 are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of a liquid inlet pipe I16 or a liquid inlet pipe II 2, the circular partition plate 21 is provided with a through hole 18 penetrating through the top and the bottom of the circular partition plate 21, the top of the annular partition plate 20 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the circular partition plate 21, one end of the light spring 22 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the circular partition plate 21, the other end of the light spring 22 is fixedly connected with the top of the parallel baffle plate 19, and the top of the parallel baffle plate 19 is in contact connection with the bottom of the annular partition plate 20.
In this embodiment, when the pressure of urine in the bladder 12 is higher, the urine enters the through hole 18 to push the parallel baffle 19 open, so as to enter the first expansion bag 15 or the second expansion bag 13, when the pressure of urine in the bladder 12 is lower, the parallel baffle 19 is tightly attached to the annular baffle 20 under the action of the light spring 22, and the urine in the first expansion bag 15 or the second expansion bag 13 can only tightly attach the parallel baffle 19 to the bottom of the annular baffle 20, so that the urine in the first expansion bag 15 or the second expansion bag 13 is prevented from flowing backwards.
Example two: as shown in fig. 6, the first difference from the present embodiment is that: the annular flow guide device comprises an annular baffle plate 23, a plurality of second circular piston valves 24, an annular bell mouth 7 and a second catheter 10; annular pipe 8 cup joints on circular pipe 9, and the one end of annular pipe 8 is connected with the bottom of expansion bag two 13, and the other end and annular horn mouth 7 fixed connection of annular pipe 8, the lateral wall of annular baffle 23 and annular pipe 8's inside wall fixed connection, a plurality of circular piston lamella two 24 inlay and locate in annular baffle 23.
In this embodiment, a plurality of circular piston flaps two 24 are arranged on the annular baffle plate 23 three, when an operator urinates, the catheter two 10 can be inserted into any one circular piston flap two 24, and the other circular piston flaps two 24 are in a sealing state, so that urine can only flow out of the catheter two 10.
The working principle is as follows: the top of the first expansion bag 15 is provided with a first liquid inlet device, the side walls of the second expansion bag 13 are symmetrically provided with two second liquid inlet devices, so that urine can directly enter the two expansion bags, and the first expansion bag 15 and the second expansion bag 13 expand to press the bladder 12, so that the effect of preventing urine leakage is achieved; the circular flow guide device is arranged at the bottom of the first expansion bag 15, the annular flow guide device is arranged at the bottom of the second expansion bag 13, and urine in the first expansion bag 15 and the urine in the second expansion bag 13 can be discharged through the circular flow guide device and the annular flow guide device respectively, so that the urine leakage phenomenon can be prevented when the bladder 12 stoma is replaced, the urine collection bag does not need to be hung all the time, and the portable effect is achieved.
