In order to ensure the egg cleaning effect, a differential belt 11 is arranged at the bottom of the built-in mounting frame 9, and the differential belt 11 is indirectly in transmission connection with a motor; in operation, the running direction of the differential belt 11 is opposite to the egg conveying direction in the water washing tank 101, or the differential belt runs in the same direction. The term "homodromous differential operation" means: when the running direction of the differential belt 11 is consistent with the egg conveying direction, the running speeds of the differential belt and the egg conveying direction are different. Meanwhile, the outer side of the differential belt 11 is fixedly attached with the bristle brushes 7 which are uniformly distributed; the bristle brush 7 moves along with the differential belt 11, so that the cleaning effect on the surfaces of the eggs can be achieved, the eggs can be pushed to rotate in water, and comprehensive cleaning is conveniently achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to ensure the egg washing effect, the washing assembly comprises a bubble generator 14 arranged outside the frame 1, and the bubble generator 14 is connected with the washing tank 101 through a pipeline. Meanwhile, a spraying device 15 and an air-blowing device 16 are sequentially arranged on one side of the water washing tank 101 close to the rear wiping component along a slideway; the spray washing device 15 can adopt a conventional spray head, and the air blowing device 16 can adopt a common air nozzle; before the egg enters the rear wiping component, the spraying device 15 and the air blowing device 16 sequentially spray and blow the egg, so that the surface cleanliness of the egg is improved.
Meanwhile, the drying device 17 is arranged on one side of the rear wiping component far away from the air blowing device 16; specifically, the drying device 17 can adopt a common UV dryer, and the drying temperature is flexible and controllable; after the eggs are cleaned by the rear cleaning component, the eggs finally enter the drying device 17 to be dried, so that the whole eggs are cleaned and dried, and the later-stage sorting and selling are facilitated.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: in work, eggs are continuously transmitted along with the transmission component 2; when the eggs move to the front wiping component, the wiping belt 4 brushes the impurities on the surfaces of the eggs through the bristle brush 7, and adjusts the posture of the eggs so that the eggs lie down as much as possible and are embedded into the grooves 2221 on the movable rod 222. Subsequently, the eggs enter the washing tank 101 along with the conveying assembly 2; in the process of moving in the water washing tank 101 and passing through the scrubbing component, the scrubbing component further brushes sundries on the surfaces of the eggs through the scrubbing brush 7 while pushing the eggs to rotate through the differential speed belt 11. Subsequently, the eggs are passed with the conveying assembly 2 in turn through the spray washing device 15 and the air-blowing device 16, which spray washing device 15 and air-blowing device 16 in turn spray wash and air-blow the eggs. Next, the egg will move to the rear wiper assembly position; here, unlike the front wiping member, the rear wiping member will wipe the eggs in the reverse direction by the fur brush 8, further brushing off the foreign materials adhered to the surfaces of the eggs, and brushing off the remaining part of the water on the surfaces of the eggs. Finally, the eggs enter the drying device 17 along with the transmission assembly 2 to be dried, so that the overall cleaning and drying operation of the eggs is realized, the surfaces of the eggs are ensured to be clean, the eggs are conveniently sorted and sold in the later period, and the reputation and the economic benefit of an enterprise are ensured.

the conveying assembly (2) is used for sequentially conveying eggs, and the conveying assembly (2) is arranged along the extension direction of the assembly line of the rack (1) and downwards passes through the washing tank (101);
the water washing assembly is matched with the water washing tank (101) to carry out water washing operation on the eggs passing through the water washing tank (101);
the wiping component is used for wiping the surfaces of the eggs and comprises a front wiping component arranged on the front side of the washing tank (101) and a rear wiping component arranged on the rear side of the washing tank (101); the front wiping component wipes sundries on the surface of the eggs before the eggs enter water, and the rear wiping component wipes sundries on the surface of the eggs after the eggs are discharged from the water and preliminarily wipes the eggs dry;
the drying device (17) is used for drying the eggs which are wiped by the rear wiping component;
wherein the wiping directions of the front wiping component and the rear wiping component are opposite.

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 1, wherein: the transmission assembly (2) comprises two chains (21) which are respectively arranged on two sides of the width direction of the rack (1) and a plurality of egg placing rod groups (22) which are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the chains (21), and any two adjacent egg placing rod groups (22) are matched for use and support eggs together; the egg placing rod group (22) comprises a fixed rod (221) and a movable rod (222), wherein two ends of the fixed rod (221) are fixedly connected with the two chains (21) respectively, and the movable rod (222) is sleeved on the fixed rod (221) and is in running fit with the fixed rod (221).

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 2, wherein: the section of the movable rod (222) perpendicular to the axial direction is of a water drop-shaped structure, and a plurality of grooves (2221) which are uniformly distributed along the axial direction and adapt to the appearance of the eggs are formed on two sides of the movable rod (222); a torsion spring is further arranged between the movable rod (222) and the fixed rod (221).

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 1, wherein: the washing assembly comprises a bubble generator (14) which is fixed on the rack (1) and connected with the washing tank (101), and the rack (1) is also sequentially provided with a spray washing device (15) and an air blowing device (16) on the egg water outlet side; eggs are sprayed and blown in sequence and then enter the drying device (17) for drying.

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 1, wherein: the wiping direction of the front wiping component and the wiping direction of the rear wiping component are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the eggs, or the wiping directions are inclined at an acute angle relative to the width direction of the conveying component (2).

The automated washing and drying line of claim 1 or 5, wherein: the front wiping component comprises an external mounting frame (3) movably and adjustably arranged on the rack (1) and a wiping belt (4) circularly arranged on one side, close to the transmission component (2), of the external mounting frame (3), and the outer side of the wiping belt (4) is fixedly attached with uniformly distributed hard hair brushes (7); the rear wiping component comprises an external mounting rack (3), a wiping belt (4) and a soft brush (8) which is fixedly attached to the outer side of the wiping belt (4).

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 1, wherein: the washing tank (101) is also internally provided with a washing wiping component, and the wiping direction of the washing wiping component is opposite to the egg transmission direction or runs in the same direction at a different speed.

The automated cleaning and drying line of claim 7, wherein: the cleaning assembly in the washing process comprises a built-in mounting rack (9) which is arranged on the rack (1) in a lifting adjustable mode, wherein a differential belt (11) is arranged on one side, close to the liquid level, of the built-in mounting rack (9) in a circulating mode, and the outer side of the differential belt (11) is fixedly attached with bristle brushes (7) which are uniformly distributed.
