As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the control device 10 controls the cooking appliance to perform first-baking and then steaming, the second valve port 312 of the three-way valve 31 is communicated with the third valve port 313 to communicate the external atmosphere with the pumping assembly 32, and the pumping assembly 32 is controlled to operate at the third pumping power to control the air flow entering the heating device 4, and the heating device 4 is controlled to operate at the third heating power to ensure that the air entering the heating device 4 is heated to the hot air suitable for baking the food in time, when the baking time reaches the third preset time, the food is baked with enough flavor, the control device 10 then controls the first valve port 311 of the three-way valve 31 to communicate with the third valve port 313 to communicate the water tank 2 with the pumping assembly 32, and the pumping assembly 32 is controlled to operate at the fourth pumping power to control the water flow entering the heating device 4, and the control device controls the heating device 4 to work at a fourth heating power so as to ensure that water entering the heating device 4 is heated and gasified into steam in time until the steaming time reaches a fourth preset time, so that the cooked food has both fragrance and soft and glutinous taste, and the cooking effect is improved.
The steam for steaming the food is generated by heating water, the fourth pumping power determines the water flow entering the heating device 4, the fourth heating power determines the speed of the water converted into the steam, the hot air for baking the food is generated by heating the air, the third pumping power determines the air flow entering the heating device 4, the third heating power determines the air heating speed, the water entering the heating device 4 is fully converted into the steam during steaming, the fourth pumping power is relatively small, the fourth heating power is relatively large, the heat of the heating device 4 is timely conducted to the food for baking during baking, the amount of the hot air entering the cooking space 131 is sufficient, the third pumping power is relatively large, and the third heating power is relatively small.
Therefore, in some specific embodiments, the third pumping power is equal to or greater than the fourth pumping power, and the third heating power is equal to or less than the fourth heating power.
It should be noted that the first preset time, the second preset time, the third preset time and the fourth preset time may be calibrated according to actual conditions, and may be adjusted within an interval of 5 minutes to 180 minutes, for example, to adapt to cooking of different foods.
In a specific example, when the cooking appliance performs steaming first and then baking, the first preset time is 20 minutes, the second preset time is 10 minutes, and the food to be cooked is steamed for 20 minutes first and then baked for 10 minutes. When the cooking utensil is baked firstly and then steamed, the third preset time is 15 minutes, the fourth preset time is 25 minutes, and the food to be cooked is baked firstly for 15 minutes and then steamed for 25 minutes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, during the steaming stage, the pumping power of the pumping assembly 32 and the heating power of the heating device 4 have a positive correlation, that is, the larger the pumping power of the pumping assembly 32 is, the more water is pumped, and the larger the heating power of the heating device 4 is, so as to ensure that the water entering the heating device 4 during steaming can be fully converted into steam.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, during the toasting phase, the pumping power of the pumping assembly 32 is directly correlated with the heating power of the heating device 4, i.e. the greater the pumping power of the pumping assembly 32, the more air is pumped and the greater the heating power of the heating device. During baking, the pumping power of the pumping assembly is large to provide the cooking space 131 with a sufficient amount of air, and the heating device 4 also needs a large heating power to heat the air to a sufficient temperature to ensure that the hot air can bake the food.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance further includes a water level detection device 21, the water level detection device 21 is disposed corresponding to the water tank 2 to detect water level information in the water tank 2 and send the water level information in the water tank 2 to the control device 10, the control device 10 controls the cooking appliance to send an alarm message when determining that the water level in the water tank 2 is lower than a preset water level according to the water level information in the water tank 2, and prohibits the cooking appliance from performing first steaming and then baking or first baking and then steaming, and at this time, water is added to the water tank 2 to be higher than the preset water level, so that the cooking appliance can be released from a cooking prohibition state.
Specifically, water level detection device 21 may be a water level sensor, and may be disposed at a lower side of water tank 2 near the bottom, and when the water level in water tank 2 is lower than a preset water level, the water amount in water tank 2 is not satisfied with the water amount required for steaming food, and control device 10 prohibits cooking utensil to steam first and then bake or to bake first and then steam, so as to prevent from steaming food, because the water amount is insufficient, heating device 4 is dried and burned, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance further includes: a first pipe 5 and a second pipe 6, the first pipe 5 communicating the water tank 2 with a first valve port 311 of the three-way valve 31 so that water in the water tank 2 can enter the three-way valve 31, and the second pipe 6 communicating the heating device 4 with the cooking space 131 so that hot air or steam generated by the heating device 4 can enter the cooking space 131. Wherein, as a specific example, the appliance body 1 may include: the cooking pot comprises a pot cover 11, a pot body 12 and an inner pot 13, wherein the inner pot 13 is positioned in the pot body 12, the inner pot 13 is formed with a cooking space 131 suitable for cooking food, the cooking space 131 is opened towards the pot cover 11, the pot cover 11 is pivotally connected to the pot body 12 and moves between a closed position and an open position to close or open the cooking space 131. The water tank 2, the first pipeline 5, the conveying device 3 and the heating device 4 are all arranged in the pot body 12, and when the three-way valve 31 is powered off, the first valve port 311, the second valve port 312 and the third valve port 313 are all closed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the heating device 4 can heat both water and air, the three-way valve 31 can be used for introducing water and air, by changing the communication mode of the three-way valve 31, food can be simultaneously baked or steamed on one cooking utensil, the heating device 4 and the three-way valve 31 are suitable for being applied to an air fryer, the cooking mode of the air fryer can be increased, the defect of single cooking mode of the air fryer is eliminated, thereby being beneficial to meeting the cooking requirements of different users, fully meeting the needs of the users, improving the taste of cooked food, and further being beneficial to improving the market competitiveness of the air fryer.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention. The cooking appliance may be the cooking appliance described in the above embodiments, and may include an appliance body defining a cooking space to be suitable for cooking food, a water tank for containing water required for cooking food, a conveying device for conveying air or water in the water tank to the heating device, and a heating device for heating air or water to generate hot air or steam and conveying the hot air or steam to the cooking space to bake or steam the food to be cooked. As shown in fig. 3, the method for controlling a cooking appliance includes the steps of:

The first pumping power is less than or equal to the second pumping power, the first heating power is greater than or equal to the second heating power, so that water entering the heating device during steaming is fully converted into steam, heat of the heating device is taken away in time during baking, and the amount of hot air entering the cooking space is sufficient.
When the cooker is used for firstly baking and then steaming, the second valve port of the three-way valve is controlled to be communicated with the third valve port, the pumping assembly is controlled to work at a third pumping power, the heating device is controlled to work at a third heating power, the heating device heats air pumped by the pumping assembly into hot air, the hot air is conveyed to the cooking space to bake food, when the baking time reaches a third preset time, the first valve port of the three-way valve is controlled to be communicated with the third valve port, the pumping assembly is controlled to work at a fourth pumping power, the heating device is controlled to work at a fourth heating power, the heating device heats water pumped by the pumping assembly into steam, and the steam is conveyed to the cooking space to steam the food until the steaming time reaches the fourth preset time, so that the cooked food has both fragrance and soft and glutinous taste. The third pumping power is more than or equal to the fourth pumping power, the third heating power is less than or equal to the fourth heating power, so that water entering the heating device during steaming is fully converted into steam, heat of the heating device is taken away in time during baking, and the amount of hot air entering the cooking space is sufficient.
According to one embodiment of the invention, during the toasting phase, the pumping power of the pumping assembly is positively correlated with the heating power of the heating device; and/or the pumping power of the pumping assembly and the heating power of the heating device are in positive correlation in the steaming stage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the pumping power of the pumping assembly and the heating power of the heating device are in a positive correlation relationship, so that water entering the heating device during steaming is fully converted into steam, and heat of the heating device is timely taken away by hot air during baking.
According to one embodiment of the invention, before the conveying device and the heating device are controlled according to cooking parameters, water level information in the water tank is detected, the cooking appliance is controlled to send alarm information when the water level in the water tank is judged to be lower than a preset water level according to the water level information in the water tank, and the cooking appliance is prohibited from steaming before baking or baking before steaming, so that the heating device is prevented from being dried due to insufficient water when food is steamed, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
A computer-readable storage medium according to a third aspect of the present invention is described below, on which a control program of a cooking appliance is stored, the control program implementing a control method of the cooking appliance as described in the above embodiments when executed by a processor.
According to the computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor executes the control program of the cooking appliance stored in the readable storage medium, so that the cooking appliance can be steamed and then baked or baked and then steamed, the food cooked by steaming and then baking is scorched and tender outside, and the food cooked by baking and then steaming has both fragrance and soft and glutinous taste, thereby being beneficial to meeting the cooking requirements of different users and improving the cooking experience of the users.

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
an appliance body defining a cooking space adapted to cook food;
the water tank is used for containing water required by cooking food;
the heating device is used for heating the air or the water to generate hot air or steam and conveying the hot air or the steam to the cooking space so as to bake or steam food to be cooked;
and the control device is used for controlling the conveying device and the heating device so that the cooking appliance is steamed and then baked or baked and then steamed.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein said delivery means comprises:
a first valve port of the three-way valve is communicated with the water tank, and a second valve port of the three-way valve is communicated with the outside atmosphere;
a pumping assembly having an input port in communication with a third port of the three-way valve, an output port connected to the heating device, the pumping assembly pumping water from the tank to the heating device when the first port is in communication with the third port and pumping the air to the heating device when the second port is in communication with the third port.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the control device controls the first port of the three-way valve to communicate with the third port and controls the pumping assembly to operate at a first pumping power, and controls the heating device to operate at a first heating power, and controls the second port of the three-way valve to communicate with the third port and controls the pumping assembly to operate at a second pumping power when the steaming time reaches a first preset time, and controls the heating device to operate at a second heating power until the baking time reaches a second preset time, wherein the first pumping power is less than or equal to the second pumping power, and the first heating power is greater than or equal to the second heating power.
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the control device controls the second port of the three-way valve to communicate with the third port and controls the pumping assembly to operate at a third pumping power, and controls the heating device to operate at a third heating power, and controls the first port of the three-way valve to communicate with the third port and controls the pumping assembly to operate at a fourth pumping power when the cooking appliance is controlled to perform the first baking and then the second steaming for a third preset time, and controls the heating device to operate at a fourth heating power until the cooking time reaches a fourth preset time, wherein the third pumping power is greater than or equal to the fourth pumping power, and the third heating power is less than or equal to the fourth heating power.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 3 or 4, wherein during the toasting phase, the pumping power of the pumping assembly is positively correlated with the heating power of the heating device; and/or
In the steaming stage, the pumping power of the pumping assembly and the heating power of the heating device are in positive correlation.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a water level detection device disposed corresponding to the water tank to detect water level information in the water tank and send the water level information in the water tank to the control device, wherein the control device controls the cooking appliance to send an alarm message when determining that the water level in the water tank is lower than a preset water level according to the water level information in the water tank, and prohibits the cooking appliance from steaming first and then baking or baking first and then steaming.
7. A control method of a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance comprises an appliance body, a water tank, a conveying device and a heating device, the appliance body defines a cooking space to be suitable for cooking food, the water tank is used for containing water required for cooking food, the conveying device is used for conveying air or water in the water tank to the heating device, the heating device is used for heating the air or the water to generate hot air or steam, and conveying the hot air or the steam to the cooking space to bake or steam the food to be cooked, and the control method comprises the following steps:
receiving a cooking instruction;
analyzing the cooking instruction to obtain cooking parameters;
and controlling the conveying device and the heating device according to the cooking parameters so that the cooking appliance is steamed and then baked or is baked and then steamed.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the delivery device comprises a three-way valve and a pumping assembly, a first port of the three-way valve is in communication with the tank, a second port of the three-way valve is in communication with the outside atmosphere, an input port of the pumping assembly is in communication with a third port of the three-way valve, an output port of the pumping assembly is connected to the heating device, the pumping assembly pumps water in the tank to the heating device when the first port is in communication with the third port, and pumps air to the heating device when the second port is in communication with the third port, wherein,
when the cooking appliance is steamed and then baked, controlling a first valve port of a three-way valve to be communicated with a third valve port, controlling the pumping assembly to work at a first pumping power, controlling a heating device to work at a first heating power, heating water pumped by the pumping assembly into steam by the heating device, transmitting the steam to the cooking space to steam food, controlling a second valve port of the three-way valve to be communicated with the third valve port when the steaming time reaches a first preset time, controlling the pumping assembly to work at a second pumping power, controlling the heating device to work at a second heating power, heating air pumped by the pumping assembly into hot air by the heating device, transmitting the hot air to the cooking space to bake the food until the baking time reaches a second preset time, wherein the first pumping power is less than or equal to the second pumping power, and the first heating power is greater than or equal to the second heating power;
when the cooker is used for baking and then steaming, controlling the second valve port of the three-way valve to be communicated with the third valve port, controlling the pumping assembly to work at a third pumping power, controlling the heating device to work at a third heating power, heating the air pumped by the pumping assembly into hot air by the heating device, conveying the hot air to the cooking space to bake food, controlling the first valve port of the three-way valve to be communicated with the third valve port when the baking time reaches a third preset time, controlling the pumping assembly to work at a fourth pumping power, controlling the heating device to work at a fourth heating power, heating the water pumped by the pumping assembly into steam by the heating device, conveying the steam to the cooking space to steam the food until the steaming time reaches a fourth preset time, wherein the third pumping power is greater than or equal to the fourth pumping power, and the third heating power is less than or equal to the fourth heating power.
9. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein during the toasting phase, the pumping power of the pumping assembly is positively correlated with the heating power of the heating device; and/or
In the steaming stage, the pumping power of the pumping assembly and the heating power of the heating device are in positive correlation.
