背景技术
风电、光伏具有波动性和不确定性,很难准确预测,由于新能源比重的增大,且新能源发电调度具有很强的政策性,目前传统调度技术支持系统,不能实时监测场站功率和变化趋势,不能预测风电光伏发电功率,无法制定风电场光伏电站发电计划,能源利用率低,因此传统调度技术支持系统已无法应对大规模新能源并网给电网调度运行带来的挑战。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种基于滚动调整的新能源发电优化调度系统,包括:
采集模块:用于采集新能源发电数据并发送到处理模块;所述新能源发电数据包括风、光资源的实时信息、全网各电源有功出力、全网用电负荷、断面各电源有功出力、断面实际值、断面限额信息、常规电源计划、全网开机容量及全网电量可调容量;
处理模块:用于采用同步时钟验证接收到的新能源发电数据的有效性与可用性,并将验证后的新能源发电数据发送到人机工作站;
监测模块:用于监测风能发电机与光能发电机的实时功率,并根据传输周期发送到人机工作站;
新能源发电功率预测子模块:用于与每个场站的视频系统联动,将异常情况生成报警信息实时发送到人机工作站;预测全场网及每个场站的短期与超短期新能源发电功率,并将预测结果发送到多场站分析模块;
多场站分析模块:用于实时采集每个场站的遥信和遥测量,分析每个场站的新能源接纳能力,根据接收到的预测结果进行调度排序,进一步编制每个场站的日内新能源电量计划与中长期新能源电量计划,并分别发送到每个场站;
人机工作站:用于展示接收到的每项数据。

统计模块:用于统计电网运行信息,按照年月日方式生成新能源发电信息统计表,根据电网运行信息预测全场网及每个场站的短期与超短期新能源发电功率,并将预测结果发送到多场站分析模块;所述电网运行信息包括线路有功、无功负荷与主变有功、无功负荷。

本发明实施例中,如图1所示,基于滚动调整的新能源发电优化调度系统,通过基础平台提供的消息总线与服务总线,实现电网实时采集与监视控制、调度计划、安全校核和调度管理之间的数据交互,具体包括:
采集模块:采集风、光资源的实时信息,获取常规电源计划、全网开机容量、全网可调容量,并从D5000平台采集全网各电源有功出力、全网用电负荷、断面各电源有功出力、断面实际值与断面限额信息,将上述数据发送到处理模块,为新能源发电优化调度提供数据基础。
本发明实施例中,所述风、光资源的实时信息包括气温、天气、湿度、气压、风速、风向、降水量、紫外线指数、日辐射量与日照时间。
处理模块:根据设定的数据有效周期,采用同步时钟验证接收到的新能源发电数据的有效性与可用性,舍弃超过有效周期范围的新能源发电数据,并将有效周期范围内的新能源发电数据通过消息总线发送到人机工作站。
监测模块:用于监测风能发电机与光能发电机的实时功率,并根据传输周期发送到人机工作站;所述传输周期的范围根据实时性要求设定为1秒钟到15分钟。
新能源发电功率预测子模块:包括报警模块、校验模块和统计模块;
报警模块:用于与每个场站的视频系统联动,以新能源发电的全景地理分布图为基础,对每个场站的母线电压越限、频率降低与装置异常情况生成报警信息,并将报警信息实时发送到人机工作站;
校验模块:用于通过基础平台提供的管理接口,与调度管理系统(OMS)实现一体化联动,实现I区到III区的在线同步,对基础数据校核并建立电网一次设备档案,便于人工校核与修改;所述基础数据包括气象信息、电网遥信信息与遥测信息;
统计模块:用于统计电网运行信息,按照年月日方式生成新能源发电信息统计表,根据电网运行信息预测全场网与每个场站的短期与超短期新能源发电功率,并将预测结果发送到多场站分析模块,为调度运行、变电运行提供辅助决策和数据支持;所述电网运行信息包括线路有功、无功负荷与主变有功、无功负荷。
多场站分析模块:用于实时采集每个场站的遥信和遥测量,分析每个场站的新能源接纳能力,根据接收到的预测结果进行调度排序,进一步编制每个场站的日内新能源电量计划与中长期新能源电量计划,并分别发送到每个场站;
本发明实施例中,基于新能源发电功率超短期预测,对每个场站的日前调度计划进行实时调整,日内滚动计划调整周期为15min,如果日前限电,日内接纳能力增大,需要调整新能源发电计划,增大新能源接纳空间;如果日前不限电,日内接纳能力变小,不能接纳日前安排的新能源,那么调整新能源计划,保证系统运行安全;最终,通过滚动调整,挖掘新能源消纳潜力,提高新能源利用率和系统安全性。
人机工作站:用于实时向调度员展示接收到的每项数据。

报警模块:用于与每个场站的视频系统联动,对每个场站的母线电压越限、频率降低与装置异常情况生成报警信息,并将报警信息实时发送到人机工作站;
校验模块:用于对基础数据校核,建立电网一次设备档案并发送到人机工作站,便于人工校核与修改;所述基础数据包括气象信息、电网遥信信息与遥测信息;
统计模块:用于统计电网运行信息,按照年月日方式生成新能源发电信息统计表,根据电网运行信息预测全场网及每个场站的短期与超短期新能源发电功率,并将预测结果发送到多场站分析模块;所述电网运行信息包括线路有功、无功负荷与主变有功、无功负荷。
