Referring to fig. 1-3, the invention provides an inclination-adjustable batter post formwork and formwork support bracket comprising a formwork and a formwork support bracket, wherein the formwork is a hollow cylindrical steel formwork, the hollow part of the cylindrical formwork can be cast in situ, the formwork comprises a left formwork 1 and a right formwork 2, the left formwork 1 and the right formwork 2 are respectively provided with a formwork jack 3 at the end heads of the two sides of the left formwork 1 and the right formwork 2, a threaded rod 4 is inserted into the formwork jack 3 to connect the left formwork 1 and the right formwork 2, the threaded rod 4 is a threaded rod with a U-shaped hook at the head, and the tail part of the threaded rod is respectively connected with a threaded rod gasket 5 and a threaded rod nut 6 for fixing the threaded rod 4; before cast-in-place, a left template 1 and a right template 2 are closed, a threaded rod 4 with a U-shaped hook at the head is inserted into two template insertion holes 3 on the side edges of the left template 1 and the right template 2, two feet of the threaded rod 4 respectively penetrate through the left template 1 and the right template 2 and expose two tail ends, and the two tail ends are respectively fastened with a threaded rod nut 6 by a threaded rod gasket 5, so that the left template 1 and the right template 2 are connected into a hollow cylinder whole; after cast-in-place, threaded rod gaskets 5 and threaded rod nuts 6 on two feet of the threaded rod 4 can be detached, the threaded rod 4 is taken out, and then the left template 1 and the right template 2 are detached to obtain the batter post.

A plurality of limiting blocks 15 are arranged on the upper surface of the adjustable supporting steel plate 8, circular arcs 18 are arranged on the limiting blocks 15, and the diameters of the circular arcs 18 are the same as the diameter of the outer circle of a hollow cylinder formed by combining the left template 1 and the right template 2. The hollow cylinder steel template can be placed on the limiting block 15, and can be adjusted at multiple angles along with the adjustable supporting steel plate 8, and inclined columns with different angles can be poured. The method comprises the following steps of: according to the batter post lofting sideline, firstly rolling the universal wheel 14 to move the support bracket to the working position, and fixing the support bracket at the working position through a brake device 19 of the universal wheel 14; rotating an adjustable screw rod 11 inserted into the inclined strut 9 of the support truss, adjusting the adjustable support steel plate 8 to a specified inclination angle, and determining by using an inclinometer; an adjustable screw rod gasket 12 is sleeved at the end part of an adjustable screw rod 11 and is arranged outside an edge jack 10 of an adjustable supporting steel plate 8, an adjustable screw rod nut 13 is sleeved outside the adjustable screw rod gasket 12, and an inclination angle of the adjustable supporting steel plate 8 is fixed to ensure that the adjustable supporting steel plate 8 is not deformed in the concrete pouring process; inserting a threaded rod 4 into circular template jacks 3 of a left template 1 and a right template 2, connecting the left template 1 and the right template 2, placing the connected cast-in-place template on an arc limiting block 15, sleeving the end part of the threaded rod 4 and the outer side of the template jack 3 by using a threaded rod gasket 5, sleeving a threaded rod nut 6 on the outer side of the threaded rod gasket 5, and reinforcing the connection of the left template 1 and the right template 2; pouring concrete; and removing the mold, moving the integrated support bracket to the next inclined column, and repeating the operations. The cast-in-place template and the support bracket can meet construction requirements, reduce construction cost, ensure construction quality, improve construction efficiency, can be repeatedly used, are energy-saving and environment-friendly, and are beneficial to wide popularization.
