Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the present invention provides a fabricated floor, which may generally include a floor assembly 1 and a shoe 2. Optionally, the floor assembly 1 is any one of ceramic tile, floor tile, plastic wood floor, rock plate and artificial lawn; the bottom support 2 is a plastic bottom support and the like. As shown in fig. 2, the side of the base 2 is provided with a positioning structure 22 and a fastening structure 23. The locating formation 22 is used to accurately locate the floor assembly on the shoe body. The fastening structure 23 is used for splicing adjacent assembled floor boards to each other through the fastening structure. The design of the fastening structure 23 can also make a certain gap between adjacent floor modules 1 of the fabricated floor to increase the function of draining rainwater. The fastening structure 23 includes a fastening member 231 and a fastening groove 232. The fasteners 231 and the fastening grooves 232 are alternately arranged around the four sides of the shoe 2. The shape of the fastening slot 232 matches with the shape of the fastening member 231, so that the adjacent bottom supports 2 can be mutually spliced through the fastening structure 23 to form a complete floor. The bottom support 2 is also provided with a drain hole 24. Wash port 24 runs through the upper surface and the lower surface of collet 2 for rainwater etc. can be directly arranged to the below of collet 2 by the upper surface of collet 2 through wash port 24, thereby infiltration ground (or platform), avoid ponding.
As shown in fig. 2, the shoe 2 is also provided with a drainage hole 25. The drainage holes 25 extend through the four sides of the mounting 2 so that rain water or the like can flow laterally from the drainage holes 25 to the underside of the floor 1 covering the floor when it seeps down through the gaps in the floor 1, so as to seep into the ground (or the platform) beneath the fabricated floor. Optionally, the drainage hole 25 is communicated with the drainage hole 24, so that rainwater and the like can penetrate more quickly, and the drainage performance of the bottom support 2 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the fabricated floor provided by the present invention can be constructed in a DIY manner during assembly, and does not require professional operation, so that the installation work can be easily practiced. That is, the fabricated floor boards are spliced to each other by the fastening structure 23 to form a complete flooring. The assembled floor caused by different material floor components, such as ceramic tiles, floor tiles, plastic-wood floors, rock boards, artificial lawns and the like, can be selected for paving, thereby generating more personalized and diversified floor paving effects.
It should be understood that the present invention provides a fabricated floor, wherein the floor assembly 1 and the bottom support 2 can be assembled, such as a fabricated floor using ceramic tiles for the floor assembly, a fabricated floor using floor tiles for the floor assembly, a fabricated floor using plastic wood floor for the floor assembly, a fabricated floor using rock boards for the floor assembly, and a fabricated floor using artificial turf for the floor assembly. In use, the assembled floor boards are directly spliced together by the user through the fastening structures 23 to form a complete floor board. Meanwhile, different materials of floor components can be adopted, so that more personalized and diversified floor laying effects can be generated. Collet 2 makes can enough increase the stability of laying of turf, can also increase hydrophobic function, has that construction period is short, lawn and ground are difficult for sliding, the unobstructed, reuse's of drainage advantage.
As shown in fig. 3, an adhesive 3 may also be provided between the floor assembly 1 and the mounting 2. The adhesive 3 may be a bonding material commonly used by those skilled in the art, such as cement mortar or the like, for the purpose of facilitating the adhesive 3 to bond the floor assembly 1 to the base 2.
As shown in figures 4 and 5, when the floor assembly 1 and the bottom support 2 are assembled together by using screws, the assembled floor has the advantages of being detachable and installable, easy to maintain and protect and recyclable. When assembled floor need be dismantled, only need to dismantle the fastener can, need not to pound rotten floor subassembly 1 at the in-process of tearing down, and the floor subassembly 1 of tearing down can be used in other places again, or accomodate and use again in the future.
The drainage function of the fabricated floor provided by the invention is shown in figures 7 and 8, and after the fabricated floor is assembled, rainwater and the like penetrate through gaps of the floor component 1 and then are dispersed and penetrated underground through the drainage holes 24 and the drainage holes 25, so that water accumulation is avoided, and the potential slip hazard caused by the water accumulation of a platform is prevented.
The assembled floor provided by the invention is simple in paving method, can be easily paved without professional operation, and can be used by stepping on the assembled floor immediately after being paved. Has the advantages of detachability, easy maintenance and protection, and recycling use.
In the actual laying process, the laying shape of the assembled floor and the adjacent relation of the assembled floor caused by selecting floor components made of different materials can be selected at will, so that the assembled floor is more attractive after being laid.
