Through setting up second wire drawing portion for the second handle drives the rotation of second threaded rod, and the cooperation slide bar drives the second mount frame and moves on the slide bar, is convenient for adjust the distance between first mount frame and the second mount frame, and second wire drawing portion can further carry out the wire drawing to the metal, improves the effect of wire drawing.
The processing mechanism is arranged, and by arranging the cooling pipe, external cooling water is sprayed out from the cooling spray head through the connecting pipe to cool the metal wire, so that the metal wire is rapidly cooled and formed, and the wire drawing efficiency is improved; through setting up and cutting the cylinder for the clipper cooperates the groove of cutting to cut the wire, improves the practicality.

The working principle is as follows:

Through the cooling pipe 502, outside cooling water passes through the connecting pipe and is sprayed out from the cooling nozzle 503 to cool the metal wire, so that the metal wire is rapidly cooled and formed; starting the lifting cylinder 5075 to push the sliding block 5076 to slide in the polishing table 5071, so that the polishing belt 5074 on the lifting plate 5073 is pushed to extend out of the polishing table 5071 by matching with the connecting rod 5077, the polishing belt 5074 is enabled to always press the metal wire under the action of the pressing spring 5072, the metal wire is polished by the two polishing belts 5074, and after the rolling is completed, the cutting cylinder 505 is started, so that the cutting knife 506 is matched with the cutting groove to cut the metal wire.
